08/06/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance one stormy evening. The staff were friendly, but the service was incredibly slow… we ordered 5 minutes after being seated… and were served after 55 minutes. The food was good, but not extraordinary. My fish wasn't cooked enough, but given how long we waited, I didn't ask for it to be sent back. A bit pricey for what it is. Yes, it's filling, yes, the atmosphere is pleasant, a cozy cottage feel, yes, the dishes seem a bit gourmet, but don't go if you're in a hurry. Very few vegetarian options. €95 for 2 without drinks.

18/04/2026: The location is amazing you have a view of the canyon and there is a restaurant underneath with one Michelin star I definitely recommend staying there.

15/04/2026: A warm welcome with parking available, which is a real plus in Rocamadour. The room is splendid with a view of the valley. The excellent breakfast allowed us to start the day perfectly. The restaurant offers a varied menu, making it a place we'd return to again and again. 09/05/2026: If you're visiting Rocamadour, go to La Bonne Famille if you want something other than pizza and ordinary salads. At La Bonne Famille, you'll find gourmet cuisine at reasonable prices. The welcome from the former manager and her daughter-in-law is warm. Chantal Guerby has a great sense of humor. Furthermore, Sarrazac is a very peaceful village.

25/05/2026: Two days of pure bliss at Domaine des Falaises. Everything was beautiful: the setting, the garden, the pool. Our room was a true haven, clean and comfortable. We could hear the neighbors a little, but it didn't bother us at all. And the restaurant... wow! A small menu, but all dishes executed to perfection. A feast for the eyes and the palate. A huge thank you to the chef and the entire team. We left with only one desire: to return soon.

13/05/2026: A fantastic wine and spirits shop with a small gourmet food section. The friendly owner has impressive expertise and is happy to offer competent advice. The prices are very fair, and there are always attractive special offers. A visit is definitely worthwhile!

27/06/2026: A wonderful moment of sharing and exchange. We are pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago and we made a detour of only 500 meters from the GR (long-distance hiking trail) to stock up on supplies. The shopkeeper allowed us access to the church, which was closed due to theft. She then advised us to visit the convent right next to her shop. We recommend you take this short detour, which will enrich your pilgrimage.

07/08/2026: This is our fourth time having lunch at La Monnaie, and it's always a pleasure. This time, there were four adults and four children in our party, and everyone left delighted. Every plate was finished, proof that the dishes were a hit! The food was generous, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The terrace is very pleasant, with a friendly and family atmosphere. A big thank you to our server, who was smiling, attentive, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the meal. An excellent restaurant in Figeac that we highly recommend. We will gladly return on our next visit! 😊

06/08/2026: Yesterday we ate there for the first time during our short trip to Auvergne and we had a very good meal. The welcome was very warm and the owners were very friendly and pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is to put fewer biscuits on top of the chocolate mousse because, as it is, the mousse is so good, but the layer of biscuit first detracts a little from it, even though the biscuit was very good; I would have preferred to have it whole on the side as decoration.

17/07/2026: We were coming back from the Montreal campsite and stopped by for lunch, but it was late and the kitchen was already closed. They apologized politely and offered that if we brought food from a supermarket we could eat it there even with the dog. Very friendly and attentive, you can't ask for more.

15/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at this inn. The food was delicious, especially the foie gras and Chef Guillaume's potato gratin. The welcome was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The setting is pleasant and a real change of scenery. We highly recommend this inn. Give Voyou a pat for him 😉 and a kiss from Rumba 😉

17/06/2026: A group of 13 motorcyclists for 3 nights Booked in December Upon arrival, our room key was thrown onto the counter without explanation, and we were put up in the pilgrims' hostel! We were surprised by a minimalist room, especially considering it was the same price as a hotel room! There was no gesture of goodwill from the owner, who, without competent and attentive staff, might have to close his establishment. So, very disappointed with this experience. On the other hand, the food was perfect. Sir, a welcoming smile would have been appreciated by everyone. Best of luck.

09/06/2026: We live in the next village, and yet last night was our first time at the Hôtel des Grottes restaurant. We had a wonderful meal, and I was very pleasantly surprised to have a duck breast cooked exactly as I requested, which never happens in other restaurants. But above all, we want to thank our waiter, Lucas, who, in addition to being very professional, is incredibly kind and generous. A real gem! We can't wait to eat at this establishment again.
