22/08/2024: I had the pleasure of tasting many of M Foucher's creations during my visits to Cherbourg and I was happy to be able to offer his desserts to the guests at my wedding. It's a pastry that is excellent, whether taste or visual, and Mr. Foucher and his staff members are very friendly. The prices are fair, a visit to JFF is definitely worth it.

22/09/2024: Superbe expérience. Nous avons choisi ce restaurant pour notre dîner de mariage ( 6 personnes). Personnel attentionné, privatisation d’un charmant petit salon joliment décoré pour l’occasion avec aussi un beau chemin de table. Excellent repas ! Mention spéciale pour les langoustines rôties, sauce au cidre ! Tout a été parfait . Cerise sur le gâteau: Les propriétaires nous ont offert un magnifique bouquet de fleurs en l’honneur de notre mariage. Je recommande ce bel établissement , très bien situé sur le port de Cherbourg.

09/09/2024: Very good pancakes and crepes. Friendly service with a smile. You must reserve especially on Sunday evening, because it is the only establishment open in Coutance. Unthinkable in our time for a town like Coutance.

Diverse and varied dishes, each as good as the next!
Nice little background music!
Superb wooded decoration!
A perfect moment spent with my darling in this restaurant!
You have to taste everything and above all recommend them, as much for drinking as for eating!
PS: very few restaurants offer fresh fruit and chocolate fondue for dessert!!

Good food and choice for all tastes.

22/08/2024: Ci sediamo alle 14 salutando ed il proprietario da dietro il bancone fa finta di non vederci.inizia a servire in esterno ignorandoci(probabilmente perché eravamo gli unici turisti.)al mio terzo "buongiorno"ignorato si gira come una furia urlando che ci avrebbe servito dopo tutti gli altri che era inutile continuate a dire buongiorno anche se non ci rispondeva.gli ho risposto malamente che un buongiorno a volte è solo un buongiorno e ce ne siamo andati,ci ha apostrofato malamente mentre persino i suoi clienti abituali erano contriti.....che delusione....

02/05/2024: Très bon accueil, chaleureux. Salle très propre et bien décorée. Serveuses, réceptionniste en aux petits soins. Viande et poisson exceptionnels et superbement bien cuit. Tous nos plats étaient très bons. Bravo au cuisinier qui vient même nous dire un bonjour en salle. Restaurant à recommander pour tous. Mérite le détour et pas seulement réservé à la clientèle de l'hôtel Mercure...

01/08/2024: Very cozy place with a large lake and indoor pool, petanque area and a cozy little restaurant. However, they only accepted cash, so be careful to bring cash. They are not very good at English, but they try and they are super nice. Will definitely come and visit them again....
28/07/2024: Magnificent manor and beautiful green spaces: very beautiful trees and two ponds, one smaller and bucolic with beautiful dragonflies, and the other, larger, surrounded by geese and ducks, with pedal boats.

11/09/2024: Visited McDonald's today, it's been a long time since I've been there.
Result a best of double cheese menu, the sandwich is smaller than my daughter's in her happy meal. The price is still expensive though.
Too bad, I wanted to try again but this will be the last time. A great scam.

20/09/2024: Restaurant with a beautiful view and a varied menu. The value for money remains reasonable, we had a good time there. It just lacks a little refinement in the preparation of the dishes
07/09/2024: Really not great at all. I had frozen fries, I asked for extra salad, I had to wait 15/20 minutes to get them, the waitress had forgotten. As a result, my steak was cold. She offers to warm it up, anything! Go and reheat a rare steak, then it's even worse.
My daughter had a pizza, she didn't even eat half. The dough was undercooked and the chicken on top was tough. We saw her arrive straight away, we knew she wasn't going to be good.
All this for €91 and quite frankly it's not worth it.
The people around us were mainly eating mussels/fries. There you definitely have to leave Bocuse. NULL
