24/11/2024: A success that does not surprise me: impeccable cuisine, without forgetting the attention given to customers. We see that the restaurateurs and their team love their job! We have a good time there and the prices remain affordable compared to comparable establishments.
Obviously, the reputation of this address requires reservations.

24/09/2024: Food was excellent, very delicious take on the simple baked potatoes with cream, cheese and your choice of meat or fish. The service really good and attentive. Simple food very well made, and very reasonable prices. They even invited a Francois Mitterand lookalike (complete with Beret) to seat at the table next to us.
17/09/2024: We thought it was excellent. Traditional decor, local cuisine and staff very friendly. Quality of food very good and a lot cheaper than most restaurants in Epernay. We thought that the fact that most of the diners were "local" spoke a lot and we liked their innovative Ipad style of ordering, with the waiter than taking your order from it.

31/10/2024: Hello, I called on La Fringale for a birthday party. Excellent communication before and during the event, particularly for the organization. The paella was really delicious and the portions generous, all the guests were delighted and so was I. I highly recommend Marion for her professionalism and the quality of the meal/service. Mme me prend de haut car mon billet de 20.00€ ne lui plaisait pas. Une dernière poir moi!
02/08/2024: Certainly the best burger I have ever had the opportunity to eat! Meat from the butcher, homemade bread and even cheese makes the difference.
The price is justified by quality products and it is rare to obtain such successful taste quality.
A real experience for me, I would come back!

01/09/2024: Went for lunch today (Sunday) after checking website which confirmed they were open. When we arrived there (after a significant walk) we found a piece on the the door stating that they weren't opening until 16:00 - so thanks for that !
