24/11/2024: A success that does not surprise me: impeccable cuisine, without forgetting the attention given to customers. We see that the restaurateurs and their team love their job! We have a good time there and the prices remain affordable compared to comparable establishments.
Obviously, the reputation of this address requires reservations.

06/04/2025: Nous avions decouvert cet endroit lors d'un passage il y a un an et nous y avions garde un excellent souvenir, de retour dans la region nous y sommes retournes. Ambiance bistro tres agreable, les serveuses souriantes, rapides, de bons conseils sur les plats et les vins, le patron qui passe vous voir, Tout est parfait, ce fut un bon moment et surtout le repas etait excellent.

24/09/2024: Food was excellent, very delicious take on the simple baked potatoes with cream, cheese and your choice of meat or fish. The service really good and attentive. Simple food very well made, and very reasonable prices. They even invited a Francois Mitterand lookalike (complete with Beret) to seat at the table next to us.
17/09/2024: We thought it was excellent. Traditional decor, local cuisine and staff very friendly. Quality of food very good and a lot cheaper than most restaurants in Epernay. We thought that the fact that most of the diners were "local" spoke a lot and we liked their innovative Ipad style of ordering, with the waiter than taking your order from it.

08/07/2025: Great delicious refined food, fast and friendly service, overall very good experience. If there’s one thing that could be better, the only thing we could think of was the bread which was not completely on point. But the rest was really great! Can absolutely recommend this place!
06/07/2025: We had a dinner for two in the nice wine cellar. We started with a cheese and charcuterie platter which was a nice way to start. For the main course we had the steak tartar and the hamburger, which were both really good (especially price quality wise). For the desserts we had the crème brûlée and the French toast, which I’d definitely recommend. We had a bottle of wine which was decent for 34 euros but by googling this the wholesale price was roughly 8-10 euros so this is an okay deal. The staff was really nice even for mwah french speakers. even making some jokes and trying to talk english.

31/10/2024: Hello, I called on La Fringale for a birthday party. Excellent communication before and during the event, particularly for the organization. The paella was really delicious and the portions generous, all the guests were delighted and so was I. I highly recommend Marion for her professionalism and the quality of the meal/service. 20/03/2025: Unmissable, that’s how I would define the Eurasian. In fact, no one can pass through Champagne without coming to have a drink or eat a pizza! Champagne address par excellence, both in terms of conviviality and in terms of cuisine, I highly recommend it!

Little extra, refined cuisine with my favorite “the bo bun”, comforting in all circumstances!
As well as the wine and champagne list chosen with care and love of the profession!

01/09/2024: Went for lunch today (Sunday) after checking website which confirmed they were open. When we arrived there (after a significant walk) we found a piece on the the door stating that they weren't opening until 16:00 - so thanks for that !

24/08/2024: Excellent French fare! Had the lamb shank and lamb shoulder, so good! Beautiful setting both inside and out.
