19/07/2024: Pauline's warm welcome immediately put us at ease. The setting is simply sumptuous for nature lovers. Silence is king at the Pavilion, a very very pleasant stay we had ;-)

Everything is made available to the customer with kindness and availability.
We were won over by this place where calm reigns and are eagerly waiting to return.

30/07/2024: Ideal for a little break! In the city center, at the foot of the Basilica, we discovered this place that we recommend. There were 3 of us and the prices were more than fair (even when being greedy). Our advice: try the homemade ice creams, a delight (especially wild mint - chocolate 😋).
23/07/2024: If you are looking for a tea room for a quality, relaxing snack break, go there with your eyes closed! Special mention to the strawberry ice cream which is incredible with its pieces of biscuit inside (just like the apricot pavlova ice cream, a delight).

26/09/2024: For a so-called double comfort room, the space around the bed is very narrow and the toilets are inaccessible from the front given the narrowness of the bathroom. A magnificent shine adorns the sink.
Access to the reception was impossible this Sunday afternoon given the closure of the premises which did not allow us to know where to park safely and where the swimming pool was located and to take advantage of it.
26/09/2024: Quite dilapidated hotel which could do with a good overhaul overall. Beautiful spa area.
There was an electricity problem on the day of our arrival, a commercial gesture was made and another room was quickly found for us. However, we discovered the problem (known since the morning) once we arrived in the room without having been warned in advance.
The hostess's attire is unsuitable for the standard of the establishment (hotel/restaurant).

PS: they were adorable with our dog accepted in the restaurant 👍

Too many ingredients, too many different tastes, this dish would benefit from simplicity. The Minervois rosé accompanied our lunch very well. Attentive service. A little sad decor...

28/08/2024: 2 olats portent le nom de normande.le patron le sait mais vous qui avez regardé les dessert n avait pas remarqué l existence aussi d un galette. Au lieu d admettre l erreur, c est la faute du client qui a commandé une normande. J ai proposé de partager le prix de l erreur mais le ronchonchon ronchonne
16/08/2024: Excellent bar / brasserie which in addition to good biscuits, serves excellent Thai dish. Good cider and very friendly environment. The owner is very nice and kind and can even speak a little Italian. 😉
