29/04/2024: Serving refreshments since 1874 wth a great location — we decided to stop by for a drink. Although it was a busy Thursday evening, we managed to find a table. Drinks were generous and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop by again.

02/05/2026: I'm usually understanding, but my experience at this restaurant was very unpleasant. The waiter was not only rude, but his behavior went too far: he clearly told me why I didn't go somewhere else, practically throwing me out. There was no attempt at dialogue, just aggression. The service was very poor overall. I do not recommend this establishment if you expect even a minimum of respect and professionalism.

16/07/2024: Easily accessible station. Second floor is the train station and first floor has access to board the bus service like flixbus and BLA BLA car

02/10/2025: A brand new concept: a party bar has just opened! A young, trendy, and super friendly team, a DJ, great music, and good vibes. The platters are generous and the cocktail menu is anything but ordinary. They even have non-alcoholic drinks that are just as good as the real thing 🫶 Check it out now! ❤️

27/04/2026: Excellent meal for under €15 (dish of the day + coffee) with very friendly service. I highly recommend it!

24/11/2025: A perfect neighborhood restaurant in the middle of a residential no-man's-land, in the heart of Lyon's 8th arrondissement medical district, near the Natecia Clinic and the funeral home district! A great little neighborhood restaurant, just the way we like them, with regulars at the bar and a bartender who creates a lively atmosphere: darts are on the agenda. A warm welcome and atmosphere, and good, simple, homemade food: a set menu and a glass of wine 🍷 all for under €25. Thank you to La Maison du Petit Régal for the comfort and this welcome meal on a rainy day, an hour before attending a funeral. Highly recommended!

18/09/2024: Beautiful cafe in the city centre. At the same time that the food was mouthwatering, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming. If I get back to Lyon, I would go back to this place!

15/09/2024: Very pretty pocket establishment with simple and healthy cuisine, quiet in a small street, a secluded organic haven of peace but 20 meters from rue Victor Hugo. Everything is very good.
