19/08/2024: Well located in the city center, pleasant terrace. Efficient and polite service. I chose a pretty good plate of tapas: octopus and new potatoes; my companion had fries, excellent. We returned there another evening. I hesitated between the vegetarian plate and a dish with fish and vegetables. I chose the dish by asking the waitress in advance about the quantity since I have little appetite. The plate was huge, I inevitably left half of it; the sea bream was good, the vegetables not varied enough (carrots and eggplant) extremely salty and peppery and too oily. Industrial ice creams with basic flavors.

06/08/2024: Passing through Gaillac for the wine festival, I wanted to have a coffee at 7 p.m. it was not possible so I had a half and the bartender apologized with a smile to make me change my mind but To my surprise it was a very good choice! I recommend 👍

15/12/2024: The food was awful it had absolutely no flavour (not even salt & pepper) and just tasted like paper. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with working tastebuds. Definitely not worth the price

26/03/2024: Surprenant ce restaurant "chalet" à la déco originale que l'on s'attendrait à voir à Chamonix plutôt qu'à Albi. Personnel jeune, dynamique, professionnel. L'établissement s'apprêtait à fermer pour la période d'été mais néanmoins on nous a accueillis, nous étions les seuls clients. Servis avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Plats copieux, de bonne qualité, bon rapport qualité prix.

23/03/2024: Rien à redire sur la qualité des plats servis ni sur le professionnalisme du service en lui même. Le bémol se porte sur le fait que notre groupe de 15 personnes a consommé sans modération et qu'aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé (café, digestif) alors que la note finale était plutôt importante compte tenu du nombre et du profil des convives. Dommage, ils auraient pu (et dû) nous fidéliser, cela fera surement la différence pour notre prochaine sortie de groupe.

01/11/2024: Just horrible...!!! We come from Marseille, we took takeaway because we rent nearby. I trusted the star rating that it WRONG! THE MEAT IS NOT COOKED, FROM THE NOODLES TO THE OIL NOT FROM THE OIL TO THE NOODLES, REUSED CHOPSTICKS the proof the chopsticks are already detached with mold on the end due to washing! 70 euros! It's disrespectful to serve this kind of thing! I think I'm going to swallow a can of bleach after the mouthful I took, the rest just ended up in the 🚮 where it belongs! 1 star is only because it is mandatory.

09/09/2024: Pleasant surprise, weekend evening menu for €20, copious and wide choice. Service a little slowed down by the success of the takeaway meals but pleasant person who asks each dish if everything went well. Excellent value for money. We will come back

14/08/2024: Great discovery with my family, my father bought cuttlefish twice because he enjoyed it so much. Pleasant service, despite a bit of a wait, it's worth it. Very well managed cooking and great seasoning. Bravo to the chef and the waitress who manages the service for two, we had a great time!

23/09/2024: Very beautiful castle in the heart of the vineyards! A warm, relaxing and charming place. The rooms are impeccable, and the staff takes great care, I recommend, thank you again for your welcome!

22/09/2024: We went to discover this restaurant with 3 people thinking that it was a gourmet restaurant recommended by the Michelin guide. The setting is nice as is the room but the rest is not up to par: the wines by the glass the level of the wines being low, the vacuum was not made, the 2 Gaillac wines tasted were stale. On the menu at €58, the appetizers: shortbreads are not of the day, the starters: the perfect egg with a very spicy pepper soup is ordinary, the main course: the duck cooked at low temperature is good but the accompaniment of 3 dauphine potatoes is a little tight, a vegetable would have been welcome. As the fish on the menu was not delivered, we were offered prawns…. Dessert: the ice cream machine being broken, no ice cream for desserts...instead a fine chocolate tart, good but tiny. The other strawberry dessert is served with sugar-free cream... Frankly disappointed, we then tested the reserve in Albi which for an equal price is clearly above all points of view.

25/09/2024: Mother of 2 little boys aged 5 and 7, we had a great time. They were able to have fun between the main course and the dessert in a space provided for this purpose while I relaxed while being able to watch them. The food is very good and the waitresses are attentive and kind. I recommend!
