They serve whatever they have cooked for lunch no choice but v good
10/08/2025: A rustic setting with unobtrusive and truly pleasant music.
The server was really nice.
The meal was excellent; you could tell everything was homemade (I had the Norwegian omelet for dessert, the first time I've ever had one made at home, and it was amazing).
I highly recommend this restaurant.

21/05/2024: We spent 2 timeless nights in this beautiful mansion. The rooms are large and carefully furnished in keeping with the location. The garden which we were able to enjoy despite the hail storm the evening of our arrival is magnificent and relaxing. Breakfast is very good too. Bravo to our host who takes care of everything 7 days a week. What a job!
15/05/2024: Came for the night of May 3 to 4, this place is quite simply a dream come true, a relaxing and magnificent setting, a very warm and attentive welcome, a most generous breakfast, with homemade food, frankly not To go there once in your life is to miss out on happiness.

13/11/2024: Halong Bay doesn't look like much. And yet... The best spring rolls I have eaten, with a good taste of meat and vegetables. And cuttlefish with excellent curry sauce: a cooked sauce, fresh vegetables, aromatics. We are a long way from these pseudo Asian restaurants where everything is unlimited and everything is frozen. And we are closer to the Land of Smiles. Well done ! Recommended with your eyes closed.

14/08/2024: Great discovery with my family, my father bought cuttlefish twice because he enjoyed it so much. Pleasant service, despite a bit of a wait, it's worth it. Very well managed cooking and great seasoning. Bravo to the chef and the waitress who manages the service for two, we had a great time!

10/08/2024: Très bon accueil et cadre exceptionnel au bord du Tarn. Ce restaurant, dont le nom rappelle l'ancienne fabrique de pâtes, se situe dans l'hôtel Mercure, avec une magnifique terrasse pour admirer la Cathédrale et la ville rive gauche.
Les saveurs sont au rendez-vous, avec en particulier un magret de canard et sa sauce.... vraiment excellent!
09/06/2024: séjournant à l'hotel MERCURE, nous avons diner 2 soirs de suite et avons apprécié le décor, la vue, le service et bien sûr les plats, qui sont sans prétention, MAIS le résultat est bien supérieur à l'Hôtel
