22/07/2026: An unacceptable experience. No sooner had I entered the bar than a customer exclaimed "Oh no!" upon seeing me arrive. I immediately felt humiliated and unwelcome. This kind of atmosphere is deplorable and completely ruined my evening. I left with a very bad impression and will not be returning. I advise against this establishment for anyone who wishes to be welcomed in a respectful atmosphere.

07/07/2026: This morning around 7 am, my husband stopped by to buy four croissants, one Venetian bread, one chocolate brioche, four pain au chocolat, one Micaline (a type of French pastry), two brioches, one freshly squeezed orange juice, and one donut. She charged us €23. However, when we got home, the saleswoman hadn't given us the orange juice or the donut. It's outrageous! We paid for our entire order and she only gave us half.

17/07/2026: Upon arrival, the cashier was friendly and helpful. My husband, grandchildren, and I paid for our meals before heading to the hot food counter. We immediately noticed that the buffet was practically empty, especially the fry containers, which were completely bare. Several customers were already waiting in front of the buffet. When I asked them how long they had been waiting, they told me it had been over fifteen minutes. I then asked the employee not to cook the children's hamburgers until the fries were available, so they could have a hot and complete meal. This simple request triggered a particularly unpleasant reaction. The employee told me she "didn't have all day" and that I was wasting her time. When my children finally changed their minds and wanted hamburgers, her attitude remained just as aggressive and disrespectful. Faced with this situation, I asked to speak with the manager, Maryse. I calmly explained the situation to her. Unfortunately, I didn't feel truly listened to or taken seriously. When the fries finally arrived, after a wait of over thirty minutes, the employee placed them down abruptly, practically throwing the tray onto the counter. His attitude and gaze were clearly inappropriate before he went to chat with his colleague while looking at me. I was also very shocked to hear the employee make inaccurate statements to her manager, giving a version of events that didn't correspond to what had actually happened. I felt like I was being portrayed as a liar, even though several customers had themselves noticed the abnormally long wait for the fries to be refilled. Beyond the deplorable service, the state of the restaurant was also unacceptable. The restrooms were filthy (urine on the floor, litter) and many tables weren't cleaned after customers left. Finally, the quality of the meal was disappointing. My granddaughter herself told me, "Grandma, it wasn't good." It's particularly regrettable that a meal intended for a family with young children should be so underwhelming. I want to emphasize that, despite my frustration with the situation, I remained polite and respectful. In return, I felt I was treated with contempt, aggression, and a complete lack of consideration. This is not the behavior one has the right to expect from the staff of a restaurant open to the public. I therefore request that you seriously examine this situation and provide me with a response. I also hope that measures will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure a similar experience. I had a loyalty card, and I think it's going straight in the bin because I don't think I'll ever return. Luckily, my daughter wasn't there that day. The stamp wouldn't have been the same. 21/11/2025: If I could give more stars, I would!! The manager, Rodrigue, and the employee, Tamara, were super friendly, kind, and very pleasant. I loved eating there, and so did my friend!! To all the students who want to go, don't hesitate; there are several great deals. It was delicious, and we'll definitely be back. Get ready to see us every week! Thank you so much! 💗

15/03/2026: We were disappointed when we ordered takeout and had to wait a long time. In the end, we got soggy fries, an undercooked burger bun, and very little cheese. Things have changed a lot, which is a shame.

14/06/2026: Excellent pizza 🍕 and thanks again to the owners for a great time 👌 I thought there weren't any old-fashioned bars left in this country… that kind of atmosphere is rare these days, especially with all these trendy, soulless restaurants popping up every day!
