22/07/2026: Very good. Calm. Quick. A minor issue during my visit with the meal. The rice wasn't cooked enough? There was too much dressing in the salad, and the tiramisu wasn't soaked at all: I had to ask for a coffee to moisten it.

14/02/2026: I'm not very happy with the owner's behavior. David, I'm a good, regular customer with my partner, and all this over a drink we bought for less than at his place. Yelling in front of people is unprofessional. A real boss doesn't behave like that. I won't be going back, and I'll save my money for real, respectful professionals.

13/02/2026: Disappointed. The pizzas are good, but since the change of ownership, pizza has gone to his head. Being treated like lepers in front of everyone for a drink we bought at Leclerc (since he sells them for twice the price) is unacceptable. It's always about the bottom line. People often forget that a loyal customer brings in much more than a passing one, all for a drink, lol. This isn't a 3-star restaurant, it's just a pizzeria, nothing to get so worked up about! And yes, times are tough, and that's when you see people's true colors. We won't be going back. There are so many other options. We miss the old owner; he was much cooler. That's all, David. 01/07/2026: I've been a regular customer at this Intermarché for years. It's always nice to know the staff, who are welcoming. Since the change of manager, we've noticed a decline. Tonight was the last straw: I bought two beautiful sea bream, and the fishmonger didn't gut or scale them—understandable, she doesn't know how. I won't even mention the fact that the vegetables were subpar. It would be desirable for this manager to train the new staff or hire qualified personnel (it's true that profitability isn't the same), like in the butcher's department where the staff is excellent.

26/06/2026: Terrible. Frequent labeling errors, vegetables that are not fresh at all, products very close to their expiry date, products that are impossible to find to force you to choose their selections and, sometimes, sales that are not sales at all.

09/06/2026: Absolutely awful AVOID !! Our quiche of the day wasn't cooked the pastry on the bottom was raw and it looked like they had just slopped a sauce mix of left overs in the partially cooked case and heated it up with a little grilled cheese on the top. 24 euros down the drain

27/03/2026: Before writing this review, I sent an email (no reply) and a message through the website (no reply). Here is the message I sent: Hello, I placed an order for over €30 which I picked up yesterday evening at 7:50 PM on March 9th. Unfortunately, the fish was spoiled, the sushi was sharp, the salad was wilted—in short, the entire order was inedible. This ruined our evening, and we had to improvise another meal. I request a refund or some form of compensation. If we cannot find an amicable solution, I will have to leave reviews on Google and TripAdvisor and inform the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). Thank you for your understanding and prompt reply. ---- My partner suffered from food poisoning the next day—so, for me, never again, and I will inform my friends and neighbors.

27/01/2026: I received a very warm welcome and ordered the lunch menu with skewers and California rolls. The fish portion was noticeably more generous than other sushi I've tried. The miso soup was delicate and mild, and the cabbage salad was perfectly seasoned. The skewers are definitely worth the trip.

21/10/2025: Homemade, high-quality cuisine. A small menu that blends Corsican and local specialties. A minimalist atmosphere, but with a beautiful fireplace where the meats are cooked.

02/12/2025: Takeaway pizzas for me, excellent, ordered at the counter and made right in front of you. A very wide selection, I've never seen such a great offering.

24/07/2026: I find it appalling to read about food poisoning a while back at Maison MARCHESE in the reviews... If there's one bakery where everything is fresh, it's MARCHESE... Your child was sick, but one thing is for sure, it didn't come from there. We're daily customers and that's not about to change. We've never been sick in our lives, and yet we're frequent customers. Besides, when you see day-old bread sold for animal feed, at least it's not reheated like some others... When I read that someone prefers to go to industrial bakeries because of this, well, I'm just stunned... Yes, it's easy to see why industrial bakeries overload their breads and pastries with gluten. It's impossible to digest. The employees who make the bread in these industrial bakeries aren't even bakers. Baking is a real profession. With that, we're going to have a lovely aperitif and dinner by the pool and enjoy some delicious foie gras and the divine forest baguette (the combination is truly exceptional). And a little green tapenade with the black olive fougasse. Yum! Thank you to Maison Marchese for creating such wonderful products, and what's more, they're a local artisan in our village who deserves everyone's support. And for those who complain about the lack of parking, it's a non-issue. There's plenty of parking in Labruguière, even in front of the bakery, and walking 100 or 200 meters at most to get your bread isn't the end of the world. It also gives you the chance to run into people you know and chat. It's a nice change from social media. I wholeheartedly support Maison Marchese; I support the reliable artisans in my village.
