06/11/2025: We came for lunch without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. The meal was very good and excellent value for money. They gave us good advice on the white wine... a friendly place, just the way we like it.

05/11/2025: The "standard" room was tiny, not to say cramped. The bed was pushed up against the wall, there was no bedside table, and the lighting was practically nonexistent. A ridiculously small, cluttered shelf served as an unusable desk. The bathroom sliding door had broken rollers. The sink had several cracks and chips, and no drain. The toilet seat was broken, just placed there. The shower grout was moldy. The light switch was dirty. Ventilation was inadequate because the window was too high. The old-fashioned shower faucets were rather annoying. The toilet paper dispenser was unsuitable because the sheets tore constantly! And the dispenser was right behind you! The breakfast was simple but adequate, the staff was pleasant, and the location was central. Public parking was extra because the hotel didn't have its own. In short... the negatives far outweighed the positives.

28/11/2024: Very good pizzeria, it is rare to find pizza made over a wood fire and that is very appreciable, they are excellent. The little extra is the decor that I find brilliant every time.

29/12/2024: While passing through Soreze, we tasted refined and excellent dishes. Homemade.. salmon, seafood gratin, capon medallion.. and with a super rum baba for dessert.. to discover without hesitation..

16/12/2024: Passing through Dourgne on Sunday lunchtime, lunch was excellent, rare these days to find fine and sought-after traditional cuisine, very good value for money, I will come back on purpose to taste another menu, excellent welcome and fast service despite a full room, nothing to say about perfection.

08/12/2024: Lots of choice in this tastefully renovated restaurant. A warm welcome from the boss and his team. The products are excellent and varied with oysters, scallops etc. for a very acceptable price at 23.90 on a Sunday lunchtime. Very nice discovery.

29/09/2024: Today Sunday, we went to the garage sale in Lavaur 81, it was impossible to eat in town, all the restaurants were closed, shame! We went to Giroussens, bar le girou, and without having reserved we were able to eat, simple but hearty meal, affordable price, what more could you ask for?

22/09/2024: We had lunch at Bar le Girou, simple, good quality cuisine with an exceptional view of the Agout valley. The welcome is warm, we will not hesitate to come back!

25/10/2025: Lamentable 😡 Burger ordered the calzone for 10 euros, this is what I received! Fries supposedly homemade for 3 euros, I received crumbs. I do not recommend at all!!! I never thought I would say this one day, but frankly, it's better to go to McDonald's.

25/10/2025: Burger not up to par, strange taste, like it was thawed. The potatoes are dry. In short, very disappointing. We won't be back.
