The pizzas are superb, both in terms of size and the generous toppings.
The ingredients are clearly fresh (a welcome change from pizzas made with frozen ingredients), and of high quality.
In short, the best pizzas we've ever had!

14/03/2026: A truly wonderful surprise and a fantastic find in Castres! 🤩🤪 A real treat: exquisite, melt-in-your-mouth meat accompanied by delicious fries, perfectly cooked vegetables, and flavorful sauces... all homemade and brilliantly prepared 👍 and a special mention for the very friendly and competent staff 👌 Finishing with a perfectly balanced Irish coffee... it was so good!
05/03/2026: Excellent welcome and great value for money. They were also very kind to our dog, who was given water and little biscuits.

The welcome was wonderful and the entire team was incredibly attentive.
We had dinner there and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The rooms are spacious enough.
We had an excellent weekend.

06/04/2026: We had a wonderful stay, we received a very warm welcome and the restaurant is exceptional, with fresh, homemade products – a real treat. We appreciated the spacious and very quiet room.
17/12/2025: We visited Cordes-sur-Ciel and were looking for a restaurant outside the historic center. We were so happy to have discovered this restaurant, just a stone's throw from the old town. The service was attentive, the dishes were refined and delicious, and the setting was so pleasant.
We will definitely be back.

26/03/2026: I went to this restaurant for afternoon tea with my boyfriend.
We ordered two simple macarons to take away…
Unfortunately, the wait was excruciating, over 10 minutes…
Luckily, I managed to speak to a manager (a woman with dark hair and glasses) who was incredibly kind. She apologized several times and even offered us a discount!
25/03/2026: I placed an Uber Eats order for three ice creams, but I only received two! I called McDonald's and they told me I had to go pick up my ice cream myself, even though I ordered through their delivery service. And to top it off, they said it was the delivery driver's fault... I don't think he's the one who prepares the deliveries.

The restaurant is warm and welcoming, with a wide variety of choices on the menu; I've never been disappointed!
A major plus is the originality of their cheese melting machine—I haven't seen it anywhere else!
A must-try!
