07/01/2026: A very pleasant place. The welcome is warm. The dishes are generous and delicious. The food arrives hot and at the perfect temperature, which is becoming rare in restaurants. The pizzas are excellent. The ingredients are of good quality. The waiter is very friendly and passionate about his work. Perfect for a lovely time as a couple or with the family.

14/12/2025: Chez Pito isn't what it used to be. We came as a group of about twenty for a birthday celebration. At €35 for the aperitif and wine menu, you can do the math... we could have expected a little more professionalism. The waiter was constantly milling around the table, plates arrived at lightning speed, and they forgot the birthday music and a candle (we had to ask for dessert to be brought back so they could light the candle)! The atmosphere was anything but warm without music (except for the screen on a TV), the pizza was tasteless, the pasta was barely lukewarm, the slices of yule log were ordinary, and to top it all off, I was sick an hour after the meal and stayed sick for part of the night. I strongly advise against going there.

12/10/2025: Very bad experience. Improper shopkeeper: under the pretext that he closes at 6:30 p.m., he had already prepared to close an hour earlier. Access to the terrace was blocked. Unacceptable behavior, especially in a tourist spot. It's a shame, because the area is magnificent, but this shopkeeper ruins everything. Avoid if you want to have a good time.

13/08/2025: A real favorite! We came as a family, my husband, and our 2.5-year-old daughter, and we had an absolutely perfect time. The welcome was warm and attentive from start to finish. The dishes were delicious, perfectly presented, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors were there from start to finish. We particularly loved the balanced seasonings and the generous portions. The atmosphere is both friendly and elegant; you immediately feel at home. A special mention goes to the service: fast, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. We left wanting to return very soon. A place to recommend without hesitation for a gourmet experience with family or friends!

20/08/2025: A lovely setting, a terrace with a great view, friendly and welcoming staff, a good main course with excellent value for money (18 euros), an excellent tiramisu at a low price (4.50), a pleasant regional wine and a coffee. All this good meal for 27 euros for lunch. I will come back.

22/11/2025: We relied on the positive reviews about the quality of the pizzas, but we were very disappointed. The taste was overwhelming: too much Gruyère cheese, tomato sauce, and cheap ham. Ultimately, it tasted quite mass-produced. Perhaps we just caught them on an off night...

05/10/2025: While passing through Gaillac, I stopped at this pizzeria. Very warm welcome, very friendly. I highly recommend it, pizza and pâté made on site, very good quality, fast and efficient. I can only recommend this excellent pizzeria. Thanks again to the very good cook. 🧑‍🍳

13/01/2026: Excellent pizzas, top-notch service, and the owner is super friendly. The desserts are amazing, profiteroles and ice cream with real melted chocolate, a variety of appetizers, and excellent wine—in short, we love this restaurant and come often (and it's best to book).

20/08/2024: Great place, the meal was excellent, seasonal, local, and homemade with an extremely reasonable price. Not to mention the 5-star service, dishes and wines explained divinely well by a young woman, passionate, and very professional, worthy of a great restaurant, bravo to her!

13/08/2024: Excellent cuisine, prepared with fresh, local produce. Special mention goes to the foie gras and red fruit insert with brioche. The restaurant is located in a quiet, bucolic, and very pleasant setting. I highly recommend it.
