03/09/2025: The waitress's disgusting behavior was that she scolded me for moving the table on the terrace 1 meter to get some shade!!! She also advised me to look elsewhere in the future; she would do better to clear the dirty tables full of glasses before making aggressive comments or, above all, changing jobs!! A place to avoid urgently;

24/11/2025: The waiter was very pleasant, smiling, and provided good information about the dishes. The beef burger was clearly high-quality meat. I thoroughly enjoyed the side salad and fries. The accompanying sauce was just okay, like an enhanced mayonnaise. Next time I come, because I liked the relaxed atmosphere, the dining room is spacious, there's plenty of room, and no one is crammed into your seat, I'll choose a salad; they looked very good.

10/11/2025: We arrived with a reservation, but the daily special was unavailable and not replaced. We were directed to the menu, only to find that the dishes we wanted were no longer available. Despite the waitress's friendliness, we decided to go elsewhere. We left the restaurant without a word from the manager; I even had to say goodbye three times before getting a response!

16/12/2025: Exquisite experience! The team was fantastic—friendly, smiling, and very responsive—a real pleasure! From the menu, I chose the warm goat cheese salad, which was delicious and full of flavor. My partner also enjoyed the tomato and mozzarella tart. It's a shame this restaurant is so far from my home (800 km). A real treat, thank you! 👏

03/10/2025: One of my favorite places in the region, especially on a sunny day. Unique panoramic views of Roussergue and the Causse. Reserve a table on the balcony, at the front of the terrace. This old house has had the wall facing the void removed. The food is simple but good.

02/02/2026: ORIGINAL REVIEW: The pizzas are good, even very good, but the prices remain very high (€19.70 for ours) for pizzas that are rather small (even the large size). For us, one large pizza was just enough for an adult and a child... CORRECTION FOLLOWING YOUR RESPONSE: I may have made a mistake of a few cents on the price of the pizza we bought; it was €18.80 and not €19.70. My apologies. However, you do offer two pizza sizes (screenshot of your online menu attached), and I reiterate that your pizzas are small compared to other pizzas in Lavaur. Furthermore, another pizzeria also offers high-quality products at more competitive prices and doesn't forget their customers' orders, unlike you, which were placed only 15 minutes earlier by phone... I deliberately omitted this initially out of courtesy, but I don't appreciate your condescension.

31/01/2026: Order placed via Uber Eats. The pizza is very good, a 5/5. However, a few points for improvement: The €2.50 ham topping was missing from both pizzas. The 26cm pizzas have rather thick crusts (about a quarter of the pizza). This is a bit much compared to the 31cm pizza, which was excellent. The toppings are a bit light considering the price. €18 per pizza on average. Apart from that, it's a great find with a very good crust!

26/12/2025: This was a real saga! Thanks to Tempete Benjamin we were stranded at Albi station. After 2 hours, our promised train was cancelled. We had to get off. No alternative! As we got off, all of the passengers were hit by an epic downpour. There were about 300 wet people crammed into the waiting room. I had to act quickly. Standing outside in the rain I used my phone to book a couple of rooms in the hotel across the road. We were there 2 minutes later, a couple of drowned rats! We got our keys within a minute. Now that's a good welcome! An hour later we were sipping Kir Royales in the bar. The restaurant was excellent!

27/01/2026: Excellent restaurant that we discovered 6 months ago on our way to Carmaux. Very good value for money, the menus are generous. Impeccable service, a great place to eat, we'll be back. Gilles and Henri; best regards from Cantal.
