25/11/2025: Terrible, aggressive staff, disgusting hotel

15/11/2025: We booked a room. Check-in was listed as 2 PM to 10 PM. We arrived at 9:20 PM. After a five-hour drive, strangely enough, no lights were on, and there was no one to greet us. So we called the number listed in the advertisement several times, but still no answer. Since the front door was open, we went inside the hotel to knock on the reception door. No answer. Aside from a message, which I quote, "{Please leave the keys in the lobby}…" Another man with us, who was also present, couldn't reach anyone using the number. So we were left without accommodation. At 10:50 PM, a number with a mobile number called me, saying they didn't understand why we hadn't been able to reach anyone. They told me, in a somewhat aggressive tone, that it was normal and that we should have called the number on a plaque below the keypad on the first door. He doesn't let people speak, he interrupts them. He doesn't try to find a solution at all, but prefers to hang up on people, saying he won't let them speak, even though we're just explaining the facts. I was telling him that if he needed to call that number, it might be better to add it to the ad so as not to get confused. It's true that at 9 pm, when night falls, we'll be scrutinizing every brick in search of a clue. So, if you're thinking of staying at this hotel, I advise you to have a degree in detective work. I can't criticize the hotel itself because I haven't seen the rooms or anything. But if the hotel is anything like its owner, or at least the person who answers the phone... Good luck!!

12/02/2026: It's a shame, I had to throw almost everything away. The spring rolls look like they've been sitting around for days, and the noodles... well, let's not even go there.

11/02/2026: The spring rolls are extremely greasy, and so are the other dishes. The environment is very dirty. The staff is unpleasant.

22/01/2026: Tiny pizzas, exorbitant prices, no more beer, and I just discovered that the meat is now 100% halal. Customer service via email is useless except for responding with platitudes. Pizza Hut is finished for me.

19/01/2026: I recently ordered from Pizza Hut Créteil (Chicken Barbecue and Pizza Lover) and was extremely disappointed. The toppings were practically nonexistent, the pizzas were bland, and there was more dough than actual ingredients. The quality has been declining with each order, while the prices remain consistently high. This chain clearly prioritizes profit over quality. I will not be ordering again.

18/11/2025: I ordered Uber Eats and they forgot 2 fries and 1 drink, and the drink arrived spilled. No help from Uber Eats as the helping website does not work. beware! Tried calling the restaurant but the number does not work either.

01/01/2026: The amount of toppings is appalling. It's just bread.

05/12/2025: Beware of their scams! I ordered for delivery. The bill arrived for €35.20 instead of €27.90. My brother paid it without noticing the problem. I called the Pizza Hut in Villejuif, and a rude woman told me no refund was possible and hung up on me. My father was able to sort it out and get me a refund. It's shameful to scam women without giving them a refund!! I will never eat there again.

Competent, helpful, friendly, and welcoming staff, including Philippe (manager), Thierry, Maurice, Kuper, Mr. Tic Tac, and all the others. Charming decor, bright and airy dome. A friendly and welcoming place where life is good, a moment of happiness, a moment of relaxation where guests and clients can easily mingle in a friendly and convivial atmosphere.
