10/09/2024: My visit to Le Bérault was mixed, marked by a welcome that left something to be desired. Arriving with a backpack and a small suitcase, we couldn't get a map despite asking, and the staff didn't seem inclined to help us choose a breakfast, even after explicitly asking what they could to propose. Forced to ask individually what was available, we felt a distinct lack of customer service. This uninviting reception pushed us to leave the premises earlier than planned. Despite this, in the absence of a warm welcome, the water was refreshing. As things currently stand, I cannot give this establishment more than two stars given the welcome and this constant feeling of being a nuisance, which is regrettable because the premises have a certain charm. A better welcome could really transform the experience. I am also surprised by the welcome received, particularly because the comments I had read about the establishment did not reflect my experience. Was it due to our arrival time or the presence of our suitcase? This remains an unanswered question.

23/07/2024: In terms of culinary quality and service, nothing to complain about, it was excellent (special mention to the waitress who took the initiative to remove the peanuts from my dessert). But on the other hand, the dishes are really not that good for value for money. I ordered a "prawn skewer", and six tiny prawns that look exactly like shrimp. They look big in the photo and when you see them on the plate, but as soon as you peel them you realize the deception. And it's not the unfortunate 100g of pasta that you have to imagine getting full.

19/07/2024: Restaurant in the heart of Rungis town, with veranda. Attentive service and good speed. Diversity of dish which becomes more complex with different supplements. The basic price of the menu is not very limited in itself: even the dishes and desserts of the day are subject to supplement. This results in an average basket which can turn out to be high for a midday

19/08/2024: Very smiling and friendly welcome. We were served by Stéphanie, an adorable, smiling, considerate waitress who took great care of us, asking us if we wanted to wait to take the time to quietly drink our aperitif (a very well-measured mojito, not like in some restaurants that are too stingy). on the rum!) before she sends the dishes. The dishes are plentiful and delicious. We had the truffle liguines, very generous in truffles, the mussels and fries also delicious and the blue entrecôte as requested. We will return with pleasure to this cheerful place with its warm decor.

11/09/2024: Resident in Geneva while passing through Paris, a friend introduced me to this charming little creperie in the heart of Vincennes and I don’t regret it! Fast service, the smiling and generous owner brought us a superb, well-stocked pancake, washed down with an excellent little Breton red for the occasion. Excellent pancake to finish with dessert, I enjoyed it. Excellent value for money, go there with confidence, the eating experience will be conclusive!

28/05/2024: Un bon restaurant japonais mais service beaucoup trop long, entre les ventes à emporter et le service en salle la gestion du restaurant est catastrophique ! Manque une personne dynamique supplémentaire pour pourrait réduire ce délai d’attente. C’est vraiment dommage car ce restaurant Japonais est vraiment bon.

12/08/2024: Good morning, I took my daughter and my parents for their wedding anniversary to the restaurant and it was great. The server was professional and the food was excellent. My parents ate well. The portions are huge and we were able to take our meals away. Bravo to the kitchen staff who are often forgotten. Too bad there is the language barrier to communicate. I advise you to visit the garden before leaving the premises. Welcoming hotel staff. Thank you so much.

03/08/2024: The facilities are good, the only thing I didn't like was the service, the treatment, I found it unprofessional and rude on the part of the staff in general!

01/09/2024: I came today, the ice cream is good. But the service is dismal, a wait time after ordering the ice cream has melted. Difficult to get 1 glass of water and when the water is hot long after tasting it! At the price we pay we could have better service.

10/08/2024: La serveuse était complètement à l'ouest. Nous lui commandons simplement 3 choses et 2 cafés crème. Elle prend la commande mais bug en même temps, elle n'arrivait pas à retenir la commande. Elle arrive avec beaucoup de retard et dit être toute seule alors qu'ily avait 3 personnes avec elle. Passons, elle s'excuse du retard et heureusement car déjà la salle était vide. Nous attendons les cafés et toujours rien, je lui demande pour les cafés et elle nous dit ah non vous ne m'avez jamais demandé. On se dit bref, c'est pas grave cela peut arriver à tout le monde sachant que nous lui avions demandé. Par conséquent, je lui dis, mais nous voulons 2 cafés et elle nous dit ah ok. Nous attendons 10 minutes et rien, je me déplace et lui dit pour les cafés cela se passe comment?? et, elle me dit ah oui désolé. je me suis dis elle se fiche de nous ou quoi? bref, elle arrive, nous avons demandé 1 café crème et expression, le crème était froid car elle avait du simplement rajouter le lait froid sur le café. Vu, la médiocrité de cette serveuse, nous ne l'avons pas interpellé pour lui dire que c'était froid!honteux.peut être est elle mal formée? De plus, à l'arrivée comme au départ,elle était assise entrain de fumer alors qu'il y a une table avec des clients.Etrange, cette attitude.

18/05/2024: We came to Tours on a Saturday and found this halal restaurant where the specialty was cheese nan instead of bread for the kebab sandwich. So we had the naan cheese sandwich and it was a real delight. Especially since the terrace is well located in old Tours which is very pleasant. Pleasant and helpful staff too! A beautiful address!

15/09/2024: Very bad experience for our first time in this establishment. Cleanliness of the dishes which leaves something to be desired we had 3 very average presentation desserts in 3 large glasses which did not worth what we were eating. The water was offered in the water carafe with the glasses which smelled bad. No welcome on arrival since the waitress, despite her good intentions, was all alone to take care of around thirty people so the wait was much too long for 3 desserts. Moreover, the customers alongside us complained because they been forgotten for their dish. A little message to the owners that it would be good to think about recruiting in the interest of service and keeping customers. Beautiful establishment and beautiful decoration despite everything. Bravo all the same to the waitress who did her best and thank you for her patience despite the difficulties she seemed to encounter without really showing it
