14/02/2026: The concept of "fast food" is lost. Table service takes almost half an hour; drive-thru and takeout orders take priority. In the restrooms, there's only scalding hot water for washing hands, which is really not good for children.

29/01/2026: When I arrived, there were about 10 people at the registers and only 3 in the dining area, so it wasn't really busy. Yet, I waited almost 15 minutes before someone finally came to serve me, even though there was no one ahead of me. After placing my order, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a simple Oreo McFlurry. During all that time, there was no information, no apology, no employee to explain the delay. I really felt ignored. The lack of organization is blatant. Frankly, they need to stop hiring only inexperienced young people without properly training them, because it's clear that no one knows what to do or how to handle customers. This isn't acceptable with so many staff members. The customer service is nonexistent, and the overall experience is disastrous. It's a shame, because this McDonald's could do so much better. It's a pity we can't give zero stars.

17/01/2026: I ordered cooked tuna and avocado maki yesterday, and I noticed a strange smell. At first, I thought I was imagining things, but I wasn't at all! I took the maki in my mouth, started chewing, and tasted a disgusting, rotten flavor. I spat it all out and almost threw up! The tuna wasn't fresh; it was expired. It's shameful! Six years later, I ordered from them again, not realizing it was them because I'd forgotten about them after six years. Anyway, I only ordered a dessert and two bottles of water, and they somehow managed to forget the water bottles and only included the dessert, which I haven't even tasted yet! In short, I wanted to leave them a bad review regarding the water, and imagine my surprise when I discovered I'd already left them that same bad review six years ago! I even remembered the scene where I was complaining about the maki rolls! It's clear that after six years, they haven't improved at all. I don't even understand how they managed to survive COVID; they're so bad!

14/12/2025: Honestly, after reading the reviews I was really worried, but for sushi that's opened and delivered overnight, it's really not a disaster. They're just regular sushi, the rice is a little soft, but nothing to write home about like most of the comments!

23/10/2025: There are some service crew that was not correct when the client was not happy in their services. They speak bad and more on they shout and insults the clients 😠

22/10/2025: Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Honestly the burger was like eating paper. And yes I’ve eaten paper before

10/02/2026: 🚫🤮🦠 This establishment urgently needs a hygiene inspection. The premises are extremely dirty (uncleaned tables, overflowing bins, and a terrible odor). The sandwiches are stale and several days old. Avoid this place unless you want to get food poisoning.

10/02/2026: It's 11:30, the tables are dirty, the sandwiches aren't kept cold, there's a bitter taste coming from the chicken in the paninis, and the croque monsieur smells like sweaty socks. In short, avoid it.

01/11/2025: I ordered through their website and received a confirmation email. It turns out they're closed until January 2026. After waiting for an hour, I had to call several times before they finally answered, and that's how I found out. If I hadn't called, I could have waited a long time before being able to eat tonight. They should post on Google that the restaurant is temporarily closed. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience won't make me want to try them when they reopen.
