29/03/2026: I love the service; the young woman who handles the cash registers is a sweetheart. It's lucky she works there! I used to get a kebab from them all the time, but this is the last time. Tonight, there was a hair in the packaging of my sandwich, on the non-food side, and another hair under the fries. Honestly, I stopped eating; it didn't look appetizing. Hygiene is the most important quality in my opinion, and I'm disappointed because before, the cook would sometimes forget the extra cheese or the sauce wouldn't be the one I chose. It wasn't the end of the world, but the hygiene issue is really annoying.

16/04/2026: The welcome is pleasant and the staff are quite friendly. However, it's important to remember that it's a chain… the pizza will never be up to the standard of a real pizzaiolo, but that's not surprising. That said, the pizzas are still decent overall. I do find the prices a bit high for what they are, unless you take advantage of promotions like "Crazy Tuesdays and Thursdays," where it becomes worthwhile.
14/04/2026: Really disappointed. As a loyal customer for years, today, April 14th, I asked for an extra packet of hot sauce. Usually, they give it without question... But the guy asked me for 30 cents and spoke to me like the pizzeria boss! Domino's, for €0.30 you've lost several customers (I'm going to tell everyone so they stay away from this Domino's). Goodbye!

20/12/2025: I've been eating there for years, but the quality has declined lately. The shrimp dumplings have been mealy for some time now, and the tiny piece of salmon on the sushi is overpriced, especially considering how much the prices have gone up.

06/04/2026: Hello, I wanted to say that this restaurant stands out tremendously, even though it's a fast-food place. I went through the drive-thru yesterday afternoon (Sunday) around 3 pm. The welcome was warm, with smiles and kindness, and the manager gave us advice on our order. He even let us taste the "Étoile" (a local specialty) which my daughter and I loved immediately. A huge thank you to your manager! I will definitely be back thanks to him, and I will tell everyone I know about it. I hope my feedback reaches him because he truly deserves it. Thank you very much.

10/04/2026: A 20-minute wait for the drive-thru is inconvenient when you're in a hurry. The same goes for the wait to pay, even when it's not busy. Once, I paid €5 for a large Coke and was served a medium one without a refund or even a word of warning. I had to wait for the drive-thru clerk to come back and offer me a small Coke as compensation, with no apology, no explanation, nothing. I understand mistakes, but not the lack of explanation or at least an apology. Very disappointed.
07/04/2026: I ordered at the drive-thru at 7 pm, and there was no one there! After leaving and just as I was about to eat, I noticed that both Happy Meals were missing desserts, including pineapples, which cost me two extra charges! On top of that, I also paid extra for peanuts, and of course, they forgot them! It's practically theft! I tried calling them, but no one answers; I just get a voicemail! And to top it all off, there were no napkins! Not practical with two 6-year-olds! Yet, it's not like they were overwhelmed, which would explain this lack of professionalism.

21/04/2026: I came on a Sunday for dinner during an oriental-themed evening, and honestly, the atmosphere was incredible. We had a really good time, the music was great, and the food was delicious—no complaints there. However, a major drawback was the service. The waitresses were very unpleasant, completely unpolite: no hello, no goodbye, a truly haughty attitude that completely ruined the experience. We felt like we were bothering them more than anything else. Another very problematic point was security. We were stopped in front of everyone and asked to go to the register to get a receipt, as if we hadn't paid. It's very awkward and frankly unprofessional. This kind of check should be done properly at the time of payment, with the receipt being given directly, and not by making customers uncomfortable in front of everyone. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the service clearly needs improvement.
13/04/2026: The foie gras wasn't foie gras at all, but foie gras mousse, and the same goes for the seared foie gras on the Rossini steak. It was very bad. The meat was poor quality, and the side dishes were clearly mass-produced. The prices are excessively high for the food and the location.

24/04/2026: Order placed at 12:20 PM to please my daughter. After waiting an hour, we called for the first time: we were told the delivery driver would leave "in 5 minutes." Thirty minutes later, still nothing. We called again: another excuse, this time that there was only one driver with multiple orders. Result: delivery at 2:10 PM, almost two hours after the order was placed. In the meantime, we had to cook for ourselves, with a child waiting and completely confused. So we refused the order upon arrival. The delay was already a problem, but the most unacceptable aspect was the lack of transparency and the incorrect information given over the phone. A very bad experience.
18/04/2026: We needed to place a last-minute order for 21 pizzas for a going-away party. They were incredibly accommodating, friendly on the phone, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied with their responsiveness.

24/02/2026: After losing my bag, it was found by an honest passerby who dropped it off at this bakery. When I went to retrieve it, the cashiers denied having it and questioned the person who had returned it, even going so far as to suggest they call the police to discredit them. Meanwhile, fraudulent payments were made at another business. Thanks to security cameras, it was established that the person who used my bank card was an employee of this bakery. Committing this kind of act while wearing the company uniform seriously damages the brand's image. The evidence suggests that some cashiers were aware of the situation and participated in it, which is completely unacceptable. I hope that management will take the necessary measures against those involved.
