29/03/2026: I love the service; the young woman who handles the cash registers is a sweetheart. It's lucky she works there! I used to get a kebab from them all the time, but this is the last time. Tonight, there was a hair in the packaging of my sandwich, on the non-food side, and another hair under the fries. Honestly, I stopped eating; it didn't look appetizing. Hygiene is the most important quality in my opinion, and I'm disappointed because before, the cook would sometimes forget the extra cheese or the sauce wouldn't be the one I chose. It wasn't the end of the world, but the hygiene issue is really annoying.

07/05/2026: The worst McDonald's I've ever seen. A 20-minute wait to pick up a simple order. I asked for a toy from the kids' meal, and they gave me a book instead without even telling me. And the service was clearly lacking: unpleasant staff and no consideration for customers. A very bad experience; I won't be back.

07/05/2026: Too much late to prepare the food and staff doesn't maintaining hygenic. The burger section people doesn't wearing the glouse. Please look into this and take neccesary precautions to this things.

17/05/2026: This tobacco shop is a disgrace. The owner makes it very clear that she doesn't accept card payments because they only accept them for purchases over €20. There is clearly fraud going on in this business.

16/04/2026: The welcome is pleasant and the staff are quite friendly. However, it's important to remember that it's a chain… the pizza will never be up to the standard of a real pizzaiolo, but that's not surprising. That said, the pizzas are still decent overall. I do find the prices a bit high for what they are, unless you take advantage of promotions like "Crazy Tuesdays and Thursdays," where it becomes worthwhile.

14/04/2026: Really disappointed. As a loyal customer for years, today, April 14th, I asked for an extra packet of hot sauce. Usually, they give it without question... But the guy asked me for 30 cents and spoke to me like the pizzeria boss! Domino's, for €0.30 you've lost several customers (I'm going to tell everyone so they stay away from this Domino's). Goodbye!

12/05/2026: Never go here. I had a croque monsieur for lunch today. The ham must have gone bad; I have food poisoning and am nauseous. The dish costs €12 and comes with bagged salad and supermarket dressing. It's shameful to poison your customers like that.

09/03/2026: Thank you so much for your warm welcome and kindness. I highly recommend this place, especially if you need a break before or after an exam. The owners here still know what hospitality means! The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious!

16/05/2026: The crepes are delicious, kudos to the chef. The galettes are very good, but the person who greeted me put me off. We were 10 minutes late and received a very rude remark upon arrival, even though the restaurant was empty at 7:10 pm. The owner should be as pleasant to her regular customers as she is to new ones. I recommend it for the food, but not for the staff.

20/12/2025: I've been eating there for years, but the quality has declined lately. The shrimp dumplings have been mealy for some time now, and the tiny piece of salmon on the sushi is overpriced, especially considering how much the prices have gone up.

15/05/2026: One star just so I could leave this review. It's a shame the staff doesn't seem to realize that every customer deserves respect through their actions and language while performing their duties. Indeed, loudly mocking a customer with colleagues, in the middle of service, because they can't open a refrigerated display case (it's broken) to get a can of soda included with a sandwich meal is not worthy of good service. Addressing the customer with "yo," stretching out their arm... and repeating it to make their colleagues laugh doesn't enhance the bakery's image, and certainly not that of this person who calls himself "Johan." Other customers had to intervene to grab the can, even though this "Johan" with his long arms could have reached it more easily than we customers, despite my repeated requests for help. I would like to know the manager's opinion on this bakery regarding the deplorable behavior of an employee named "Johan" who was working the cash register on Friday, May 15th, around 4:00 PM. Thank you for your response.

23/05/2026: Pizza Hut Créteil: over an hour's wait for a pepperoni pizza, and to top it off, an employee made a mistake. We tried to discuss it with the waiter, who apologized, saying his colleague had made an error. That day, the waiter made several mistakes, and she and her colleagues were extremely unpleasant. I won't be going back, and I intend to share my experience. Saturday, May 23rd, pepperoni pizza ordered at 5:30 PM. It was 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit). Our Cokes were served when we ordered, but as you can imagine, they were empty when we received the pizza, and the waiter refused to listen. No discussion was possible. Well done, Pizza Hut!

24/05/2026: We celebrated my son's birthday at McDonald's today, and everything went very well. The staff was welcoming and patient, the decorations were fantastic, the organization was seamless, and the kids had a wonderful time. Despite the heat 😅 My son went home with a huge smile 😊 Thank you again to the whole team for this great time! And thank you again to the manager. ☺️

10/06/2026: Order placed via the app: 2 children's meals and 1 World Cup meal. Despite the price charged, the children's books and toys weren't in the bag, nor was the World Cup cup, and this isn't the first time this has happened. It's impossible to reach them by phone to file a complaint.

05/06/2026: Tonight it's a low-food menu. Over a 40-minute wait even though the place isn't full. No display to track my order, so it's starting to get stressful... Have they forgotten about me? Luckily the waiter is friendly... No ice cream offered, but then again, it might have melted anyway...

15/05/2026: I came to eat French toast, and I got food poisoning right after I finished eating it. I started getting sharp pains in my stomach. Run away!

21/04/2026: I came on a Sunday for dinner during an oriental-themed evening, and honestly, the atmosphere was incredible. We had a really good time, the music was great, and the food was delicious—no complaints there. However, a major drawback was the service. The waitresses were very unpleasant, completely unpolite: no hello, no goodbye, a truly haughty attitude that completely ruined the experience. We felt like we were bothering them more than anything else. Another very problematic point was security. We were stopped in front of everyone and asked to go to the register to get a receipt, as if we hadn't paid. It's very awkward and frankly unprofessional. This kind of check should be done properly at the time of payment, with the receipt being given directly, and not by making customers feel uncomfortable in front of everyone. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the service clearly needs improvement.

23/04/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I just ordered for the first time and was shocked when I bit into the shawarma: a huge piece of glass. I hope you are aware of the danger I faced and I will be filing a complaint because, of course, you are unreachable by phone. I can't seem to upload the photo to my review that proves my claim.
