08/02/2026: Authentic, original, and delicious cuisine. There's only one surprise menu (guaranteeing freshness)... just let yourself be carried away! From appetizer to dessert, pure bliss. The wine list is very interesting. I highly recommend this innovative restaurant, a welcome change after the Vosges dishes (which are lovely, of course). The service is very friendly and professional. I will definitely return.

27/02/2026: A restaurant with decor that immerses you in the magic of winter and Christmas. Warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff, while young, are very friendly. We chose sauerkraut and a fondue for two. A minor point about the taste of the potatoes, but the charcuterie was tender and tasty, and the cabbage wasn't acidic, so it was very pleasant. The fondue was generous but a little bland, as the Emmental flavor was more prominent than any other cheese. A very good restaurant and good value for money. No comment on the desserts as we were full! 😁

17/02/2026: Thank you! I've never eaten such a good mountain burger in my life. From the fries to the meat and the cheddar sauce, it was exceptional. The servers are very friendly. I highly recommend making a reservation. For a Monday, the restaurant was absolutely packed. Once you've paid, you can pet Michel the cat. Michel keeps a watchful eye on the restaurant's smooth operation 🙂.

11/09/2025: After this third stay at the Auberge de la Poulciere, this is the perfect place to forget about everyday worries. A charming little place nestled in a green setting in the heart of a forest. Peace, serenity, relaxation... Ideal for recharging your batteries and getting back to basics. The rooms are absolutely perfect and decorated with great taste and class. The owners are fabulous: helpful, friendly... but above all, their warm welcome makes the stay most enjoyable. I would come back. My haven of peace in the heart of nature.

25/02/2026: Currently on vacation in Gérardmer, we trusted the reviews and ordered pizzas from Le Garage. No one was disappointed! The pizzas were of very high quality, and the owners were very friendly. If we return, we won't hesitate to choose this pizzeria! The photo isn't very presentable, but we had to share how excellent the salmon was!

15/02/2026: Ordered six pizzas and a lasagna tonight. Everyone at the table was raving about the food! We especially recommend the "Diabolique"! You can go there without hesitation!

From the main course to dessert, everything was delicious and prepared with care. The setting is also very pleasant, with a typically Alsatian ambiance that gives the place a lot of charm. 25/02/2026: A wonderful discovery! The food was excellent, flavorful, and generous, just like the cocktails. The lamb shank was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the breaded escalope with mushroom sauce was a delight, and the spaghetti carbanara was delicious—very fragrant but not greasy! We loved it. The service was efficient and friendly.

13/03/2026: A romantic dinner in a beautiful setting with a delicious meal and, above all, an extremely friendly manager (or waiter). Knowing that we booked with a Smartbox voucher, we didn't notice any difference in price. I highly recommend going there.
