Cool and efficient service at lunchtime, I have not yet tried it in the evening.
Bravo for this beautiful address which was missing in the neighborhood.

The boss is adorable and attentive, the kitchen staff who master their art brilliantly in an Olympian calm, the food and wine pairing so original/surprising/delicious. 30/03/2024: This was our first dining experience in Paris and all we can say is wow! Everything we had was superb and the prices are excellent for what you get. We had the cheese platter, sirloin, veal and pavlova for dessert. There is also a fantastic selection of wine to choose from. I'm not kidding you when I say this is one of the best meals we've ever had. Not to mention the staff were very accommodating of English once they heard me struggle through attempting to communicate in French. Just note you will likely want to make a reservation if possible as this is a small place. Only negative is that we would like to come more often but we're on a different continent. Merci Le Maxan!

02/04/2024: A visit to this town of Saint Brieuc and a desire to eat! I found myself in this establishment by chance! I don't have words strong enough to describe it... a delirium... Taste, Joy, Kindness... finally happiness, paradise! The owners are great, the setting takes us back to the 80s (better than at Disney), food entirely homemade with local products; no industrial products: even ice cream (divine!) and what's more, there is attention to each customer! Too bad this establishment is 600 km from home otherwise I would go every day!
Thank you for this good time and at an unbeatable price!!!!

Back in Saint Brieuc I had the pleasure of returning to the horizon. Wow! I ONLY HAPPINESS! A vintage, atypical decor, a cuisine made only from good local products, everything is homemade from the little puff pastries to the ice creams or sorbets even the caramel, always beautiful generous portions served with the smile and kindness of Joël or Manu. It feels like home and we feel very good there. Thank you again dear Rodolphe Manu and Joël and truly the horizon is enchanting...
