13/09/2024: Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, the waiter gave us good advice on the choice of dishes. The service is fast and attentive. The cuisine is refined with a thousand flavors. Thank you for this culinary journey in the heart of Moulins, I will come back without hesitation.

18/08/2024: We stopped at this restaurant by chance: what a nice surprise! Pleasant welcome and what can we say about the refined, elaborate, truly succulent cuisine, all in a lovely setting. Take the detour if you are in the area
16/08/2024: Nous avons passé la nuit et le dîner dans cette chambre d’hôte / restaurant.
Le cadre est reposant et cocooning, surtout avec la piscine qui apporte un vrai plus.
Le dîner fut excellent et raffiné avec des produits du terroir. La chambre est quant à elle décorée avec goût, on ne manque de rien !
Qui plus est le couple est charmant, accueillant et aux petits soins ! 😁
Nous recommandons vraiment ce lieu !
Mention spéciale aux toilettes qui nous offrent une immersion en aquarium 🐟🐠

The 5 cheese pizza satisfied my very generous appetite (medium size). Fortunately the dough is thin.
The only downside is the balsamic vinegar on the arugula placed on the pizzas, the people who ate with me did not appreciate it.

The establishment is clean, welcoming with nice decor and friendly spaces.
The waitress, who is also the cook, is adorable.
I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat quietly, with good products at a reasonable price.

26/02/2024: Nous sommes des clients occasionnels depuis de nombreuses années et depuis l’arrivée du nouveau chef, la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. Le menu à 38€ permet d’avoir un choix pour tous les goûts.
La cuisine est fine de l’entrée au dessert, le service attentionné
Mention spéciale pour le tataki de bœuf qui est extra !
Bref ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

28/09/2024: Il me semble que l'accueil si aimable, le service si attentif et impeccable étaient identiques au souvenir de quelques années en arrière.
Cuisine délicieuse quoi qu'un peu congrue.
Une différence cependant: pas de cartes sans prix pour les dames, très dommage.
15/08/2024: Classical building with nice terrace and garden for relaxing. Free parking on site. About a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Staff very friendly but only on duty in the morning and late afternoon. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable but some equipment did not work - staff were willing to fix but clearly things were not checked thoroughly beforehand. Breakfast was pleasant. There used to be a restaurant for dinner but it is closed and it was explained this was due to difficulty getting staff. A bit expensive for what is offered.

18/08/2024: Vous recherchez une bonne brasserie et acceptez de vous conformer aux contraintes horaires , la Brasserie des Artistes est ce qu’il vous faut. Cadre agréable , cuisine soignée , personnel de salle à votre écoute. Produits de qualité.
N’oubliez pas l’horaire contraint. Ex : arrivée pour déjeuner 12:45. Maxi.
Difficile d’associer une vie d’artiste à ce genre de contrainte 😉 !

26/09/2024: I really liked eating at patapain. Between noon and 2, left work, menu with my chocolate cake and my sandwich. Now it's rare for me to go there. But in 5 years, I have noticed that the menu prices are still the same or even more but with smaller quantities. The piece of chocolate cake, 2 bites, the sandwich getting smaller and smaller. What's going on, the French eat less or we always pay more for less!!!! This leaves you thinking. Smaller, more expensive!!!!
14/08/2024: The pastries were good, I really liked the peach donuts, the sliced chicken sandwich was perhaps lacking a little chicken, the shop is pretty but on the other hand the service was a little slow to say that there was no one there at that time except a few customers before us but there were two in the store.
