08/01/2026: The room was poorly insulated; it was cold, as the door wasn't very well insulated and opened directly to the outside. Furthermore, the cleanliness wasn't great. Breakfast was okay, with farm-fresh yogurt and a little cheese, but the bread... I'm fed up with reheated, industrial bread and pastries. Like many hotels, this one is no exception. A shame.

07/01/2026: We stayed at this hotel and it was a very pleasant surprise. At first glance, the establishment is simple, clean, and unpretentious, which was exactly what we were looking for in terms of value for money. What truly sets this place apart is the attention paid to guests. I had made several special requests related to my allergies before our arrival, and everything was meticulously accommodated with exceptional kindness.

22/06/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. I won't set foot in it again, even though I was warned, but I wanted to experience it for myself.

20/06/2026: We came for lunch yesterday. Everything was perfect, from the main course to the dessert. Special mention for the coffee tiramisu. The shaded terrace was very pleasant. If we're ever back in Barcelonette, we'll gladly return to this restaurant for lunch.

03/02/2026: We arrived at 1 p.m. The restaurant was empty on a Monday lunchtime, but someone on their phone was sharing videos as background noise, adding to the unusual atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and friendly, but we had severe stomach aches after eating frozen dishes, and I highly recommend the ravioli with beef stew, which were swimming in water. The dishes are served in less than two minutes, so they're frozen, leaving us with stomach aches and nasty diarrhea. Eat at your own risk…

10/01/2026: I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this restaurant. Pure bliss! I had a veal escalope filled with tomato and vegetable sauce, topped with a layer of cheese. It was truly delicious! My friends had the same experience, ordering daube and salmon pasta! Regarding the dessert, it's true it's not homemade, but many reviews complain about this, saying, "Oh, it says 'homemade' in the original text." NO, it doesn't say so, so we expect it's not homemade (so some of you, stop with your false remarks). Especially since the waitress was very honest and told us straight away, which I really appreciated. As for the staff, the waitress, waiter, and cook were all lovely! I'm really looking forward to going back someday! PS: The price is very reasonable! (I paid 26 euros for the main course, drink, and dessert).

29/05/2026: An extremely disappointing experience from the very first phone call. The reception was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional, and the information provided was completely useless. The advertised price also seemed entirely excessive given the services offered. Faced with this obvious lack of professionalism and courtesy, we chose to book with another establishment. The subsequent response only confirmed this lack of professionalism, with a disrespectful and inappropriate message directed at us. This regrettable attitude makes us absolutely unwilling to trust this establishment.

26/05/2026: During a short break, the five of us bikers were able to quench our thirst and received a pleasant welcome in a very pretty setting.

16/05/2026: A very pretty setting by the lake. The food was varied and very good; I had grilled octopus, which was delicious, but the portion was a little small for my appetite 😁. However, the dessert was a real find: a light and airy pistachio cream in a choux pastry shell. I'll definitely be back 😉

05/05/2026: Prices are the same as a bar, but you have to queue to get your drinks, no glasses are available, and the staff may not be very pleasant.

13/05/2026: We ate lunch at a restaurant today. Meal salad for €16 Contents of the plate: Salad for about 30 cents 4 tourtons (pastries) for about €2.50 A slice of raw ham, so thin you could see through it, for 50 cents Total €3.30 That's all there is to it. Just so you know. Not likely to go back anytime soon.

07/03/2026: I took advantage of the hotel restaurant during my business trip. The dishes were simple but tasty, homemade with local produce. These unassuming little restaurants are hidden gems that I highly recommend.

10/07/2026: First and probably last visit to this McDonald's. I came to take advantage of a promotion that, in the end, wasn't available at this restaurant, which was a major disappointment. Then, the wait was particularly long, even though it wasn't very busy. It's hard to understand when you expect fast service. Finally, the milkshake was the biggest letdown: it was extremely runny, more like milk than a real milkshake. In the end, between the unavailable promotion, the wait, and the poor quality of the food, this first experience was very disappointing. I hope these points will be improved for future customers. Saved by my daughter, who loved the play area.

08/07/2026: It's a shame that McDonald's France isn't yet sensitive to gluten intolerance and doesn't offer any menu options for this.

20/06/2026: I invited my partner for his birthday and was very disappointed. The meat was overcooked, even though I had asked for it rare. The side dishes were disappointing and not very generous, the shallot sauce was too salty, and the dessert was a disaster: a cold, dry, and bitter sponge cake that I couldn't eat. Only the foie gras appetizer was good. I won't be back.
