31/08/2024: Nowadays, it is hard to find restaurateurs who are fully aware of possible cooking or other errors. I would like to say that this restaurateur is to be recommended with his eyes closed (for ours due to a cooking error which assessed the proposal to recook and the failure to cover the burger on the bill by the manager.) I salute this professionalism. On the other hand, all the menus were divine. WELL DONE..!

13/08/2024: A very beautiful terrace. The meat served in the restaurant comes from their livestock. We enjoyed very good beef ribs with blueberry and raspberry tarts. The welcome and the service are very friendly. The room inside is very beautiful and practical in case of rain. In short, it feels like you're in the mountains...

15/08/2024: An essential address in Manosque and the surrounding area, very friendly and on a human scale, impeccable service from the manager couple who bring appetizers to keep you waiting and very high-end cuisine by the chef who makes EVERYTHING in house, the menu is reduced for this reason but each starter, main course and dessert is made with the desire to delight the customer. Totally reasonable price compared to the quality of the products offered, purchased by the managers in a short circuit maximum 20km around Manosque. A business risk-taking which deserves that we support them in their approach and in their desire to offer good products, cooked goods. 09/09/2024: Very beautiful setting, the protected interior terrace with motorized partitions is a real plus. We had an excellent meal, the pizzas are incredible and the expertise is undeniable. No regrets about our choice, we will return with great pleasure!

17/09/2024: Bien sûr le site est magnifique Bien sûr le service est de qualité Bien sûr les herbes, les légumes sont frais du potager local et les viandes et poissons ont leurs origines garanties MAIS Pour un restaurant étoilé, je suis très exigeant : un grand professionnel ne supporte pas le moyen le chef a 10 où 15 ans de retard Aujourd’hui j’attends plus de personnalité dans les plats, dans la présentation, des saveurs plus affirmées ET PUIS Nous étions installés dans un coin sans aucune décoration d’une pièce sans âme Le poulet cuit au barbecue avait du goût sur sa peau, pas sur le reste ( soit 90% banal) Le dessert aux 3 figues : la figue fraîche n’ était pas mûre. Impardonnable un dessert aux 3 abricots était incontestablement plus créatif et meilleur dans un petit restaurant de Moustiers-Sainte-Marie DONC manger dans un étoilé est une jouissance épicurienne et un prix Ici, l’étoile de Moustiers-Sainte-Marie est clairement en danger

15/09/2024: Siamo ritornati nel bel villaggio Moustier Saint Marie, vicino alle gole del Verdon, e dopo la salita verso la chiesa di Saint Marie abbiamo pranzato alla Bastide de Moustier, ristorante una stella Michelin, che già conoscevamo. Si tratta di una bastide in stile provenzale (che merita sicuramente una visita) con questo ristorante informale che è consono all’ambiente circostante L’accoglienza è stata buona ed il personale è gentile. Prima del pranzo ci hanno offerto come assaggio preliminare dei pomodori conditi e pane con acqua di pomodoro; buoni i sapori di campagna che però non esprimono la capacità della cucina che in alcuni piatti sono veramente molto alte. Ci hanno offerto anche un brodo che non ha incontrato il nostro gusto, ed è stato riportato in cucina senza offrirci però un’alternativa. Ottimi l’olio, il pane ed il sale e pepe che vengono serviti prima del pasto. L’acqua minerale non era a temperatura ottimale ed essendosi scaldata rapidamente non è stato previsto un secchiello del ghiaccio per mantenerla a temperatura corretta. Abbiamo scelto un piatto di pesce (magro del mediterraneo) ed un piatto vegetariano con barbabietole. Abbiamo trovato gli ingredienti utilizzati ottimi ed i piatti ben preparati ma non ci hanno entusiasmato perché, secondo noi, il tipo di cottura non è riuscita esaltare la bellezza e la freschezza degli ingredienti. Buono anche il caffè espresso. Abbiamo mangiato in giardino all’ombra dei platani con un gradevolissimo affaccio sul verde della Provenza.
