18/07/2026: We had pizza on the shaded terrace, which was very pleasant. The waitresses were very friendly, and the pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. Everything was great.

26/05/2026: Don't be put off by the exterior; the real charm is inside: very friendly staff, clean and functional room and bathroom, excellent and original cuisine, a generous and varied breakfast, and impeccable spa treatments. We loved our three days at this hotel. We'll gladly return.

21/05/2026: We had a truly heavenly stay at La Villa Borghese. The decor might be a little dated, but that's precisely what gives the establishment its charm and authenticity. The restaurant, La Table de Pauline, is simply excellent, worthy of a fine dining establishment: refined, sophisticated cuisine bursting with flavor. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and highly professional, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the new, very spacious wellness area, where expert professionals provide divine massages. A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. An address we wholeheartedly recommend for a stay focused on well-being and serenity.

25/03/2026: The bedding was cramped and very hard. The welcome was rude. What I also find hard to accept is that the manager recommended a parking lot, which I went to, and the next day I got a parking ticket. She told me she would reimburse the fine, but after two reminder emails, still nothing. It's a shame; we were left with a bad impression for only €35...

15/02/2026: I came for work with a group of children to enjoy a waffle. We received a very warm welcome, and the staff were friendly and patient. The waffles were generous and delicious. I recommend it.

02/05/2026: Visited on May 1st. I'd say they should have stayed closed because, having arrived around 2 PM, we were told, just after collecting our meat, that they were closing the self-service area. In short, the ribeye steak was of very poor quality, and I developed gum inflammation afterward. I don't think the service or the employees are to blame, but the restaurant looks like it's been reopened after years of abandonment. Everything is dilapidated. The walls are crumbling, the kitchen equipment is very worn, there are flies everywhere—in short, everything needs to be redone. I don't understand it. I used to happily go to Flunch, and now I understand why I haven't been back in years. I didn't want to eat at this kind of fast food place where they serve junk food, but I quickly regretted it. Even the desserts were bland and tasteless. In short, if you can't afford it, close your restaurants; don't insist. It's a shame for the employees, but a decision needs to be made. 01/05/2026: We stopped for lunch on our way to the Verdon Gorge and it was a wonderful surprise. A delicious lunch with an Argentinian touch, prepared by the charming couple who run the hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer…

05/04/2026: We sat down with four children, waited 30 minutes, and were told it was going to be very slow. Okay. 30 minutes later, the waitress took pity on us and came to take our order. The owner walked by and told her, "No, you don't take orders, you have to see who's left first." Great for the customer! We waited an hour, weren't even sure we'd get any food, and were just a way for them to optimize their stock. The waitress said, "See how they talk to their customers and staff? You'd be better off going somewhere else." We left without any regrets.

04/07/2026: Went to the terrace for a drink. The waitress was haughty and unpleasant. I asked for a carafe of water. She supposedly replied that she wasn't allowed to serve carafes of water anymore, only a glass, and instead brought us a tiny shot glass of water. Great. Keep in mind we ordered a Pepsi and an iced tea.

21/06/2026: If you want a larger glass of water with your coffee, they suggest you buy a bottle of crystal water. There's clearly a lack of consideration for customers: four coffees, two croissants. A smile is also optional, Madam. I work in retail myself, and your customer service is nonexistent. You probably think tourists are easy targets. It's a heatwave, Madam. I'm from Arles, and here, generously, they offer us a carafe of water without even asking.
