23/08/2024: Very nice discovery to share a week of vacation in this beautiful region, very warm welcome, very nice room, very good meals made with local products (the Ardèche crown, a real treat) taken on a very pretty shaded terrace, a pleasure to listen to the owner's anecdotes, and an establishment aware of sustainable development and energy sobriety, it's a plus, we will come back to stay there with pleasure.😊😍

06/09/2024: They don't accept anyone at lunchtime without a reservation because the restaurant is supposedly full, all the tables were empty and remained that way.
We signed up for the paella evening, we were seated at the table at 8:30 p.m., at 10:15 p.m. the paella still hadn't arrived, and when it finally arrived it was so salty that we couldn't finish our plate.
The rest is a great atmosphere, nice staff, but when it comes to catering it's a real shame.

09/09/2024: The owner does not recognize her mistake of a dish being charged more than the price indicated. And sends you back without the money owed to you, moreover without any excuse. All with his fake facade smile. Never again for me... for questionable meat, without any taste. Dishonest to the end...run away....
26/08/2024: Family hotel, quiet and very well located, close to the city center. Friendly and pleasant staff, nice room with beautiful view.
The restaurant reflects the image of the hotel, with good and varied family cuisine (there's something for everyone!), and very friendly service.
Passing through Vals les Bains for 1 night, it is certain that when we come back, we will not look for another hotel and we will book directly at the “les Touristes” hotel.

13/09/2024: Absolutely worth visiting. Very pleasant setting. Top notch cuisine. The black pig. A killing. Super tender. Recommended ++. Very friendly staff. Homemade desserts. A map provided. With our group of friends we highly recommended (apart from the fact that they didn't let me leave with my cocktail glass) 🤣

FYI, if you want to eat outside you must specify outside under the tree to have a cooler side.. too bad we were not informed when booking by telephone..
I recommend.

22/09/2024: Beautiful hotel renovated and decorated with good taste, simple room and beautiful common areas. Close to the heart of the city (terms, restaurants etc… 5-10min walk) The managers are adorable. Great welcome, thank you to them!
09/09/2024: Warm welcome from our group of 15 cycle tourists. The hotel is spacious and tastefully restored. We spent some friendly time around a tasty dinner.

17/08/2024: Choice of ice cream and sorbet, impressive in the diversity of the offerings. I really like that they use local products and the ice creams are very well filled. Fast service. Small bench opposite to enjoy your ice cream. Provide some cash.
