09/07/2025: Accommodation: We were greeted by spiders throughout the accommodation (first week of summer vacation, the housekeeping probably hadn't been done since the end of the last vacation) - no trees to provide shade on the terrace, we had to make do with a parasol that provided only average shade. Snack: The smallest crêpe costs 5 euros, no supermarket. Activities: Few activities and generally poor quality Infrastructure: Two decent-sized pools with two slides but few parasols and no lifeguards, two ping-pong tables, a pétanque court, a multi-sports field General atmosphere: Too many things haven't been thought of to make us feel on vacation, starting with the welcome at the campsite, which we received in an evening dress and gorgeous stiletto heels. It's a real shame because we feel the campsite has potential.

08/07/2025: The property is well located near Salavas and activities. However, the accommodations and green spaces are poorly maintained. No deckchairs, no shade on concrete terraces, no supermarkets, the entertainment is few and far between and of poor quality... As for the restaurant side, it's a small, unpretentious snack bar. We expect much better from a large holiday accommodation brand. In short, disappointed.

07/10/2024: Great welcome by a very attentive team. A special point for the motorcycle garage and the water bottle ;-) Close to the center of Aubenas! Very clean room and sanitary facilities. The new owner is very nice. He redid the entire interior of the hotel. Me and my wife will undoubtedly return there on our next trip to the region. Thanks again for the welcome.

01/09/2024: Glaces délicieuses et boutique sympathique. Le milk-shake chocolat est très bon aussi. Petites meringues proposées en attendant la commande. Endroit au calme même s’il se trouve dans une petite zone plutôt artisanale, hors centre-ville. Équipe jeune et dynamique.

10/09/2024: After being refused a restaurant I was directed to Estello and what a nice surprise. Super friendly waiters, they knew how to put me at ease even though I came alone. I chose the entire menu with the suggestions of the moment: a delight! The salmon tartare, Ardèche trout and fondant, flawless! Thank you, I'm happy to have taken the plunge of a solo restaurant at your place!

17/08/2024: Un restaurant, très bien, des salariés souriants, très accueillants, l’assiette Castel est excellente, service plus que satisfaisant, avec des cocktails succulents. La terrasse bien entretenue, c’est un restaurant plus que recommandable, la cuisine y est excellente.

21/11/2024: Friendly and friendly welcome. The meals (dinner and breakfast), nothing to say. Very correct and succulent meat. Where it is much less good is the accommodation. So I'm curious to see what the boss will say because he defends himself against everything. But in view of the numerous comments, I am willing that some exaggerate (the music in the morning is very zen and therefore not disturbing at all) but the majority seem to agree on the lack of comfort and above all, for my part, the lack of cleanliness. The rooms are very simple but no problem there. On the other hand, bathroom with small face towels, no bath sheets, lots of cobwebs. Hop a little vacuum cleaner and duster and we're done. Well, you have to unmake the beds before leaving, but here too, oh surprise, room 1 the mattress is moldy, room 2 the mattress pad is immaculate with blood! The mattresses are very worn and therefore sagging. We stayed 3 days so 2 nights. No sweeping of the dining room. As for the dresser, it is loaded with plates but they are full of bread crumbs and sawdust, due I think to worms that have lodged in the wood. Nothing serious in short but here too a good cleaning would be more than necessary. The freezer in which the ice trays are located is filled with bread crumbs. The lids are not properly placed on the bins, ... There is a very nice view through the window of the room but again no cleanliness. Lots of dead animals, dust. Housekeeping doesn't seem to be their strong suit. No problem, a cleaning lady could take care of it. The establishment was taken over 4 years ago but a good refresh seems necessary, even urgent! 19/10/2024: The place could be exceptional, except that the dormitories are not up to standard. Beds are crammed together, with little or no room to drop backpacks into the spaces. Place it under the bed, we forget, the dust does not have to be removed often. No bedside table, only one coat rack at the entrance (practical for 10 people...). No fire detector (it's just obligatory), no emergency lighting unit (obligatory). Insufficient number of toilets, fortunately, there is one in the street and public 20m away. A shower for 10. Phew, the meal was excellent.

07/11/2025: A very pleasant and clean hotel, which offers a swimming pool and gym when the weather is nice. The hotel staff were very welcoming. We spent two peaceful nights there. Ideal for relaxing after hiking amidst the beautiful autumn colors.

28/08/2024: Order placed and delivered very quickly, but the quality is not there. Very disappointed, especially since we are usually satisfied. Tacos the size of a children's menu, normal size maxi tacos, very small patty, fries too, the feeling that the proportions have greatly reduced... In addition we did not enjoy ourselves, the meat was not grilled, sandwich too salty and soggy. We would have appreciated a longer but better quality service.
