12/07/2026: The atmosphere and service are pleasant, but I'm sorry, the fish wasn't fresh at all – you can tell the freshest pieces were placed on top of the sushi and those meant for the rolls (see photo). The vinegared rice was very mushy, too sweet, and there was a lot of rice for very little salmon. It's definitely not cooked with a genuine love for the product. I'm really nostalgic for places where quality sushi was still good over the last 10 years; it's declined drastically, and this is one of those many restaurants just jumping on the bandwagon without putting in the effort. A 4.7 average? No; that's clearly impossible.

01/08/2026: It was the first Korean meal I had in about two weeks while traveling through Europe, visiting Prague, Austria, Switzerland, and France. It was so delicious it brought tears to my eyes, and I scraped every last bit off the plate!! I’m a native of Yeosu and quite picky about food, so I usually leave leftovers if the food isn't good at a restaurant in Korea, but I really enjoyed this meal! My girlfriend and I each ordered a kimchi stew and bulgogi, and both were delicious. The dishes other customers ordered looked appetizing as well~ I highly recommend it!!

The staff is welcoming, the atmosphere is calm, and the buffet offers simple, well-prepared, and very tasty dishes. It proves that a well-thought-out, carefully cooked selection is better than an endless menu.

23/07/2026: To find the best places, you have to get lost, like here, tucked away on a side street near the Castillet, in a small pedestrian area. I sat on the terrace and ordered the set menu: starter, main course, and drink. The starter was an assortment of steamed dumplings with a delicious little sauce, and for the main course, I had the "KFC" chicken. This breaded chicken was incredibly tender, served with a sweet peanut sauce and white rice. It was simple, but all the flavors blended so well. The presentation of the dishes made it even more tempting! The only downside, which isn't the restaurant's fault, is that while eating on the terrace, homeless people walk by and ask for money while we're eating.

16/08/2026: Sorry, €16 for 100g of rice and 5 small chicken balls (which are very good by the way) makes you feel really disrespected.

24/07/2026: Reservation made Friday, July 17th at 7:10 PM for two at 8:30 PM. No problem, a friendly welcome on the phone, the evening was looking promising. However, there was a problem with public transport on the way (the tram was stopped). I left a voicemail (using the restaurant's phone number listed on Google and the one I had used to make the reservation) and then a text message to let them know we would be late (we finally arrived at 9 PM). At that point, the welcome was completely different: no table available, no offer to serve us even later, no alternative suggestions to salvage our evening (our anniversary with my partner)... In short, while we were trying to find something, we ended up going to another restaurant at 9:30 PM, which somewhat redeemed the evening that had started so strangely. So, we didn't get the chance to try Malaysian cuisine. Later that evening, after we had eaten, we received a text message from the establishment apologizing: a nice gesture, but we don't want to come back.

20/07/2026: I cannot understand why only two people are working when it is this busy on the weekend. We waited 25 minutes to place our order, and another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The server was serving, taking orders, cleaning, clearing tables, and handling payments... working non-stop without a moment to catch their breath. The lemon chicken my friend ate was terrible. It seems like additional staff are absolutely necessary.

15/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it. The owner is kind and wonderful, and the food is perfect and very good for Tibetan food lovers. I give this restaurant a five out of five, no complaints whatsoever.

06/07/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. The service was mediocre, slow, and inattentive. The atmosphere was far from pleasant: the restaurant was very stuffy and poorly ventilated, making the meal uncomfortable. The space is much too cramped, making it difficult to move between the tables. Furthermore, the chairs were unstable and uncomfortable, giving an impression of poor quality and a lack of safety. Overall, between the poor service and the unwelcoming atmosphere, I do not recommend this establishment.

21/06/2026: I'm absolutely charmed by this restaurant; it won me over in every way! The owner, whose past commands respect, is incredibly kind and will serve you dishes from his far-off homeland, Tibet—dishes that are all incredibly fresh and homemade. The freezer is simply not in his vocabulary; everything is prepared fresh daily! It's so rare to find places where you can find such quality at this price! Honestly, you can go there without hesitation; I guarantee you won't be disappointed, absolutely not! You could easily walk right past it in Malakoff because it's not flashy, but you'll leave feeling satisfied and refreshed, a true gourmet's promise! And I'm usually quite picky, but this place is simply wonderful. My friend Emma was absolutely right when she told me about this restaurant; it truly deserves the name. I think I'll reread Tintin in Tibet now!

19/07/2026: Based on the very positive reviews, we went to the restaurant. If we had known, we would have left sooner than planned. First point: the price for a Sunday lunch, €35.90 per person, outrageous! Second point: the buffet, which is no better than any other; nothing is fresh, the sushi is dry and barely warm. Third point: the noise, it's deafening! And to top it all off, they put three covers on the bill. The third person was my one-year-old daughter who only ate two fries. Never again! Don't be fooled like we were!!!

08/08/2026: I think it's one of the best Asian restaurants in the area, hands down. The loc lac is one of the most tender I've ever tasted here; we order it every time (but there are other very good dishes too). And the place is authentic and welcoming.
