12/12/2025: I've lived in Carcassonne for two years now, and I so regret not having discovered this restaurant sooner!
The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the smiling servers, and the excellent, generous portions (the pizza dough is simply amazing!) will have us coming back very, very soon!

06/03/2026: Rabat Zaoui was a world pizza champion 🍕... Their pizzas are, of course, excellent and very generous. They only use local products. The staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly.

08/07/2025: More than €60 for 2 small pizzas and 2 "medium" ones, exorbitant considering the quality. Impossible to order while taking advantage of the so-called current offers, so we ordered without taking advantage of them. Same thickness whether we chose thin or normal dough... dough that cannot be described as pizza dough... in short, extremely disappointed, we will avoid Dominos in the future

I came here this winter when they closed...and even though the staff was already cleaning, they took the time to prepare my pizzas...and with a smile.

21/02/2026: The food was okay, nothing special. Very basic cuisine; my dish was still cold in the center (probably cooked first, then refrigerated, and finally reheated in the oven).
Despite the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the food, the price unfortunately doesn't reflect the quality of the meal.
The staff was pleasant and attentive, but the manager seemed very tired; hopefully, he'll be feeling better soon.
21/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, everything is homemade and you can taste the difference, typical interior and reasonable prices considering the generous portions.

09/07/2025: We only visited the free area because the price was €19. I think it's very expensive compared to other major monuments in Spain. What we saw caught our attention: the castle with battlements, busy streets with tourists, and a lively atmosphere. You can easily visit it in a day, eating inside and taking home a souvenir.

A very delicious meal, albeit a bit small portions (though that might just be me). We had canelloni with foie gras, followed by a super tasty steak with pepper sauce. The desserts were also delicious. We had the friendly service choose our wine, and it was absolutely perfect.

09/01/2026: The sign says it's open all day, but at 2:30 PM they told us the kitchen was closed. We had to walk quite a distance because of the incorrect information. It's disappointing.
