20/01/2026: Thanks to a waitress who understood us and spoke a little Spanish, we were able to find out what the dishes were, since the menu wasn't in our language... and we're so close!

10/01/2026: We had lunch with the family on a Saturday, and it's worth noting that they had a weekend menu, which was much appreciated. The restaurant is located in the center of Carcassonne and has a very pleasant and welcoming decor that blends rustic and modern elements. The dishes on the menu were beautifully presented and prepared. We didn't find anything we didn't like. The service was excellent, although we had a little trouble understanding each other at first, but that didn't detract from the overall experience.

12/12/2025: I've lived in Carcassonne for two years now, and I so regret not having discovered this restaurant sooner! The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the smiling servers, and the excellent, generous portions (the pizza dough is simply amazing!) will have us coming back very, very soon!

The only thing is that one of the waiters who served us was a little confused: he brought us the wine/appetizer list first when he should have brought us the menu/card first. He didn't let us taste the wine and served it directly to us, filling the glasses too much. He seemed to be in a hurry to take note. He would surely be an apprentice. The rest very good. We will repeat

The system of being able to create your own menu according to your preferences is a fantastic concept, allowing for complete choice of the menu without any restrictions. The service was impeccable, the setting is beautiful, with a lovely terrace for sunny days.

Impossible to order while taking advantage of the so-called current offers, so we ordered without taking advantage of them. Same thickness whether we chose thin or normal dough... dough that cannot be described as pizza dough... in short, extremely disappointed, we will avoid Dominos in the future

It offers a varied menu, ranging from pizzas and a children's menu to traditional French dishes and desserts. You can sit inside or on the terrace, overlooking the street. We chose to sit at one of the many tables in the large dining room and ordered two grilled rib-eye steaks with green peppercorn sauce and potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious and generous. The staff was welcoming, smiling, competent, and helpful. The service was attentive and quick. The prices were high, but justified by the excellent quality of the meat. Our feelings are in one of the many dishes inside an amplio comedor and pedimos dos filetes de costilla a la parrilla con salsa de pimienta verde y patatas. All this is riquisimo and abundant. The personal is friendly, friendly, competent, friendly and helpful. The service should be attentive and rapid. The prices we have are caros, but just for the excellent quality of the meat.

09/07/2025: We only visited the free area because the price was €19. I think it's very expensive compared to other major monuments in Spain. What we saw caught our attention: the castle with battlements, busy streets with tourists, and a lively atmosphere. You can easily visit it in a day, eating inside and taking home a souvenir.

18/09/2024: A menu at 29.50 for starter, main course, dessert, our choice: foie gras, cassoulet, chocolate fondant..... to die for We do not regret this choice of restaurant, we were seated in the quiet garden, sheltered from traffic. Very pleasant welcome, smiling staff, efficient and fast.

17/09/2024: Authentic restaurant in the tourist trap that Carcassonne is unfortunately becoming more and more. Very friendly waiters who gave us a spacious table to sit quietly with our dog on the garden terrace under the trees. The 29.50 menu is excellent, with foie gras and gésiers salad as first course, homemade cassoulet with duck as mains. The portions are large, great wine at prices we can only dream of in Belgium.

28/10/2025: Very unpleasant place! We found a live insect on one of the salad leaves. We showed it to the waiter and he simply asked if we wanted him to replace the leaf. If it were possible to give 0 stars...
