12/12/2025: I've lived in Carcassonne for two years now, and I so regret not having discovered this restaurant sooner! The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the smiling servers, and the excellent, generous portions (the pizza dough is simply amazing!) will have us coming back very, very soon!

04/04/2026: The food is high quality and the place is quiet and charming. The service was attentive (our waitress spoke perfect English). While the menu is limited and the prices somewhat high, the quantity and quality of the food make it a safe bet for anyone wanting to enjoy fine dining in Carcassonne.

29/03/2026: The food was fantastic! We tried the cassoulet, a very generous portion and excellent quality. The service was also great; they spoke Spanish and the staff came around to ask if everything was alright. I would definitely return.

They have a very well-prepared, healthy menu, truly committed to using local produce. We tried the lunchtime set menu for €25, and the value for money is exceptional. 09/07/2025: We only visited the free area because the price was €19. I think it's very expensive compared to other major monuments in Spain. What we saw caught our attention: the castle with battlements, busy streets with tourists, and a lively atmosphere. You can easily visit it in a day, eating inside and taking home a souvenir.

15/02/2026: Tucked away in the old city of Carcassonne. A very delicious meal, albeit a bit small portions (though that might just be me). We had canelloni with foie gras, followed by a super tasty steak with pepper sauce. The desserts were also delicious. We had the friendly service choose our wine, and it was absolutely perfect.
