12/12/2025: I've lived in Carcassonne for two years now, and I so regret not having discovered this restaurant sooner! The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the smiling servers, and the excellent, generous portions (the pizza dough is simply amazing!) will have us coming back very, very soon!

18/01/2026: Homemade cuisine, using carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. The system of being able to create your own menu according to your preferences is a fantastic concept, allowing for complete choice of the menu without any restrictions. The service was impeccable, the setting is beautiful, with a lovely terrace for sunny days.

20/01/2026: Thanks to a waitress who understood us and spoke a little Spanish, we were able to find out what the dishes were, since the menu wasn't in our language... and we're so close!

10/01/2026: We had lunch with the family on a Saturday, and it's worth noting that they had a weekend menu, which was much appreciated. The restaurant is located in the center of Carcassonne and has a very pleasant and welcoming decor that blends rustic and modern elements. The dishes on the menu were beautifully presented and prepared. We didn't find anything we didn't like. The service was excellent, although we had a little trouble understanding each other at first, but that didn't detract from the overall experience.

09/01/2026: The sign says it's open all day, but at 2:30 PM they told us the kitchen was closed. We had to walk quite a distance because of the incorrect information. It's disappointing.

16/01/2026: Excellent place! Probably the best pizza we've ever had: perfectly cooked dough, generous and high-quality toppings, and perfectly balanced flavors. All this is accompanied by a warm and professional welcome from an attentive and friendly team. A pizzeria we recommend without hesitation and where we will gladly return.

08/01/2026: I went there as a guest and I'll definitely be back. The pizzas are excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. The pizza chef is fantastic. Well done!

28/01/2026: We went there for a drink; my aunt and I ordered two hot chocolates. The service was slow and cold, both when taking our order and when bringing it to us. The hot chocolates were basic, just like homemade: milk and cocoa powder (confirmed by the waiter, or at least the gentleman who took our payment). At €6 a pop, it's a disgrace, a rip-off! In such a prestigious establishment, you expect something artisanal, something that lives up to the promise of the facade—like hot chocolate cooked with milk and cream, a substantial drink, in short. After we complained to the supposed waiter, he curtly offered us the miraculous recipe for such a disappointing drink, followed by a simple "OK," colder than the weather outside. Having worked in the hotel and restaurant industry myself, I believe I can say that employees have a duty to live up to the standards of their establishments. Leaving aside this disappointment, this sector requires self-discipline and a pleasant demeanor to encourage customers to return—in short, the foundation of sales. This was a disappointing experience, with little substance to it. After reading this, I won't be returning.

07/12/2025: Horrible! The waitress didn't even ask how the meats would be cooked. The service was unpleasant and unwelcoming. I strongly advise against going there.

06/12/2025: If we could have given 0, we would have. Endless waiting times, awful food, overwhelmed waiters who constantly need to be chased down for anything, only to then forget about us... the average rating makes more sense when you discover "a free gift" for every 5-star review left.

08/07/2025: More than €60 for 2 small pizzas and 2 "medium" ones, exorbitant considering the quality. Impossible to order while taking advantage of the so-called current offers, so we ordered without taking advantage of them. Same thickness whether we chose thin or normal dough... dough that cannot be described as pizza dough... in short, extremely disappointed, we will avoid Dominos in the future

31/12/2025: I was swayed by the reviews. The service is excellent, the atmosphere unique, but the food leaves much to be desired. The dishes, although well-presented, are of very low quality. The ingredients are not worth the price they charge. Not recommended at all.

30/12/2025: The place is outstanding. It's very picturesque. If you're looking for good food and to enjoy local products, you've come to the right place. The service is excellent; they are very friendly and fun. The risotto is superb, as is the foie gras, both excellent choices.

09/12/2025: Excellent value for money, can be booked online, centrally located, around €25 per person for a starter, main course and wine. Very friendly staff. Gluten-free and vegan options available.
