28/08/2024: Nous cherchions un endroit où manger en rentrant du pays basque. Quel bonheur de nous être arrêtés. Le lieu est très beau décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est encore plus belle que le lieu. Le patron très agréable. Foie gras cassoulet etc carte des vins exceptionnelle. Bref un endroit à ne pas rater. +++++++

28/09/2024: We had a blast. Very caring staff. Very good and generous pizza, with quality ingredients. Possibility of local drinks. The boss in charge, super smiling and commercial. It’s a pleasure and makes you want to come back!
22/09/2024: WE ATE AS A FAMILY FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION. WE HAD EXCELLENT PIZZAS AS WELL AS SALADS AND HOMEMADE DESSERTS. I RECOMMEND 100/100. THE PIZZAS ARE EXTRA AND GENEROUS WITH A THIN DOUGH. WELL DONE.

30/11/2024: A discovery in Carcassonne for us. A very nice discovery where everything comes together ideally. From the welcome of the owner, to that of the staff, including the quality of the dishes (uniqueness, freshness, etc.) and an ambitious and tasteful decoration. In conclusion when we return to Carca we know where we will go to confess our sins. See you soon

16/09/2024: A superb evening in a dream setting. The restaurant is ideally located in the historic city with the magnificent ramparts as a backdrop.
We had a flawless meal from start to finish.
Impeccable service with attentive staff, present but discreet.
Each dish more tempting than the last.
The only thing to improve is the exterior signage of the restaurant, we did not immediately understand that it was located in the city hotel.
15/09/2024: Always a wonderful experience, each time I visit Carcassonne I make sure to book in for lunch. This time I treated myself to dinner, which was as expected, magical dining.

The only thing is that one of the waiters who served us was a little confused: he brought us the wine/appetizer list first when he should have brought us the menu/card first. He didn't let us taste the wine and served it directly to us, filling the glasses too much. He seemed to be in a hurry to take note. He would surely be an apprentice. The rest very good. We will repeat

We were happy to discover this good address but we will move on.
A smile, an appropriate and polite turn of phrase, would have made the difference

17/08/2024: On vacation in Carcassonne, I spotted this business. As soon as you enter, we are dazzled by the beauty of the setting and then the view of these magnificent cakes only makes us want to sit down and taste them.
We had brunch and were able to enjoy their culinary talent! Excellent !
I will be delighted to stop there again during my next stays.

We do not regret this choice of restaurant, we were seated in the quiet garden, sheltered from traffic.
Very pleasant welcome, smiling staff, efficient and fast.
17/09/2024: Authentic restaurant in the tourist trap that Carcassonne is unfortunately becoming more and more. Very friendly waiters who gave us a spacious table to sit quietly with our dog on the garden terrace under the trees. The 29.50 menu is excellent, with foie gras and gésiers salad as first course, homemade cassoulet with duck as mains. The portions are large, great wine at prices we can only dream of in Belgium.

10/01/2025: It was close to where we were staying. The truth is that it was very good, the coffee was good, the pastries the same, the only bad thing is that inside it only has a couple of tables and if they are full you have to go outside, luckily it wasn't cold when we went, but the tables and chairs to put One but to the place, they should fix them up a little. But recommended if you want to have breakfast near the castle.
08/01/2025: The woman who works there has a very bad attitude.
We bought 4 quiches but 2 of them were not fresh ( fish one had very bad smell) .
Cookies were not fresh neither.
