12/12/2025: I've lived in Carcassonne for two years now, and I so regret not having discovered this restaurant sooner! The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the smiling servers, and the excellent, generous portions (the pizza dough is simply amazing!) will have us coming back very, very soon!

04/05/2026: A wonderful experience. The cassoulet is made in the traditional way and is less fatty than what you might find elsewhere. Enjoyed with a glass of red wine, it was delicious. I highly recommend it.

02/05/2026: We went there to enjoy classic cuisine and we weren't disappointed; everything was good. The semi-cooked foie gras was perfect, and the ravioli with cooked foie gras were delicious. The cassoulet didn't disappoint, though it was more traditional. It's one of the few places in Carcassonne worth the trip. The service was friendly, and they provided excellent wine recommendations.

29/03/2026: The food was fantastic! We tried the cassoulet, a very generous portion and excellent quality. The service was also great; they spoke Spanish and the staff came around to ask if everything was alright. I would definitely return.

20/03/2026: A warm and attentive welcome. From appetizer to dessert, a delight for the palate! A sublime terrine with a proper salad dressing and a pork cheek to die for! I highly recommend stopping by! Wow! Thank you, chef, it was a real treat!

12/04/2026: We were there a couple of weeks ago and loved it, great service and excellent food.

10/04/2026: Such a shame, because the kids wanted a really good crepe and we're only there for one day. We walked past five or six other places which looked good, but for some reason chose to go here because it was right in front of the castle, so good location. We were served three stone-cold crepes with watery something called chocolate sauce, which tasted nothing like chocolate. The crepes had clearly been cooked before and just refolded, like buying something from Lidl in the freezer compartment. When I complained, the waitress said, "Yeah, you're right, they were pre-cooked." She went off to speak to the manager and came back, and they did nothing about it. It would have taken to give me a free coffee or charge half for the crepes or something, and I wouldn't have felt totally insulted, but I did. I asked them if they could do something about it very politely. The waitress apologised; she was good, but the manager clearly thought it was acceptable to serve stone-cold crepes in a place that claims to be a specialist in crepes. I would thoroughly not recommend going here. The guy needs to learn you can't treat customers like that and get away with it. It's appalling, really appalling.

07/03/2026: Invited for a special occasion, we discovered this excellent fish and seafood restaurant. What a wonderful welcome! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service very warm, and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish we tried. This restaurant was a delightful discovery for us, and we will gladly return. 09/07/2025: We only visited the free area because the price was €19. I think it's very expensive compared to other major monuments in Spain. What we saw caught our attention: the castle with battlements, busy streets with tourists, and a lively atmosphere. You can easily visit it in a day, eating inside and taking home a souvenir.

15/02/2026: Tucked away in the old city of Carcassonne. A very delicious meal, albeit a bit small portions (though that might just be me). We had canelloni with foie gras, followed by a super tasty steak with pepper sauce. The desserts were also delicious. We had the friendly service choose our wine, and it was absolutely perfect.

09/01/2026: The sign says it's open all day, but at 2:30 PM they told us the kitchen was closed. We had to walk quite a distance because of the incorrect information. It's disappointing.
