02/04/2024: Good choice! It was during our visit to the medieval city, we were looking for a quiet place and boy did it surprise us. Small place with little capacity, but very well prepared dishes and beautiful presentations, delicious flavors!
It has a menu for 20 euros, with 2 choices for a starter, main course and dessert, water and bread, it does not include drinks.
Highlight the attention on the part of the chef/waitress, since she alone remained in charge of the restaurant at all times and her good service is surprising.
Highly recommended!

05/04/2024: The food is quite delicious (especially the magret de canard). The somewhat high price, especially if we talk about beer, like in the entire neighboring country, which seems crazy to me. We had to ask for water three times for them to give it to us, almost as soon as we got to the desserts.
01/04/2024: Not only is the setting nice, but the service is even more so. Very very good cuisine and welcome and a rare thing it is possible to reserve!!!

The cuisine is exceptional, a big thank you to the chef.
The welcome with a smile, the service is perfect, thank you very much to the waitresses.
Don't go to Carcassonne without stopping at this restaurant.
We will gladly come back !
24/03/2024: What a desappointment ! I had lunch at this restaurant two years ago and it was great.
Now it's a disaster! The cassoulet is very fatty and without any flavor. The restaurant has become soulless. The service is cold and fast. And prices have skyrocketed!!!
And a special mention for the toilets, ridiculously small and with a very low ceiling.
One might wonder how this restaurant got a star...
In short, a very bad experience, I won't come back.

It is a very picturesque and at the same time very authentic place, with very friendly portions and for me, a very friendly and attentive service. Special mention for Magret, foi, and Tiramisu. 24/01/2024: My wife and I went to eat this evening, everything was perfect, from the welcome, through the service and especially the cuisine which is exceptional, very good quality products, perfect portions, we came away more than satisfied and in terms of value for money I rate 20/20, and a little extra the sake offered which was just delicious, I recommend 1000% and see you soon 🙏🏼💪🏼

28/01/2024: This is our absolute favourite restaurant in Carcassonne. We have been so many times and have never been disappointed. A true hidden gem. Enjoy the shady garden in the Summer or the cosy interior in the Winter. I highly recommend booking.

21/03/2024: Very unique place in Carcassonne. The Burratina plate was excellent. And the wine selection is very good. A great spot for pre-dinner and post-dinner drinks/cocktails. The ladies that operate it are knowledgeable and attentive.

29/03/2024: We didn't eat badly. But a menu of 18.50 euros for a salad and a main course, a lot of fries and little meat, is quite poor and you don't get the drink. The result is expensive.
09/02/2024: Restaurant offering a takeaway table service so you can eat on the ramparts while enjoying the view! Very nice ! (promise we put it back in its place)
