23/09/2024: I have had lunch there occasionally for around fifteen years and I am surprised to see the choice on the menu. I experienced the 3 menus (health, land and sea), then 2 (land and sea), then with a double choice and now a single menu.
The dishes on the menu are now almost the same over the years. Where did the game go, the baeckeoffe in the fall? Game is only on the €50 menu!
22/09/2024: Having made several stays and evenings in this establishment, nothing to complain about at the top of the top of the welcome, service, meals, spa, room and seeing the owners running in all directions clearly shows the seriousness of the establishment. Looking forward to our next stay!!!

25/09/2024: An excellent discovery in Rosheim! The blind tasting menu, following the chef's wishes, was delicious, original, creative, with subtle flavors and a refined presentation. The food and wine pairing was perfectly chosen, with a focus on surprising, little-known local or French wines. The chef and his team share with pleasure and enthusiasm their passion for gastronomy!

The salmon, guacamole, avocado, and mango appetizer was a true delight, melting in the mouth, and the scallop skewers were superb.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely return.

05/01/2025: While visiting this beautiful and magical town, I searched for a restaurant to eat at, but unfortunately, most were closed.
Everything changed when I found Restaurant Istanbul. Not only was it open, but it also offered a warm welcome and excellent service.
The food was delicious, with generous portions, great flavor, and a reasonable price.
Absolutely recommendable!

20/10/2024: En visite à Strasbourg, nous sommes arrivés au restaurant sans réservé (je précise) un vendredi soir à 19h30 avec un restaurant vide. J’ai demandé à la serveuse me fixant avec insistance et me dit assez froidement que toutes les tables sont réservés (pas de chance). J’ai proposé au vu des kilomètres à pieds que nous avons fait du centre ville de manger sur leur terrasse à ce moment là vide également comme il ne faisait pas froid, et me répond sèchement qu’ils ne servent pas en terrasse .. ce qui je trouve est dommage pour le patron de l’établissement que c’est deux couverts de perdus… je ne peux juger donc sur la cuisine mais en tout cas, je trouve qu’ils auraient pu trouver une solution pour nous accueillir.

18/09/2024: Cuisine trop traditionnelle !! Rien d'extraordinaire !! Le service est parfait mais ce n'est plus du tout l'ambiance et la chaleur JUNG ni même Franck Pellux et son épouse ! Les 4 verres qu'on nous a servi sont trop chers (78€) pour des vins sympas, (dont les locaux connaissent les prix pour les 2 verres de vins Alsaciens) mais pas extraordinaires et en quantités inferieures à ce qu'on trouve dans des restaurants similaires !! D'ailleurs la clientèle strasbourgeoise a l'air d'avoir déserté ce restaurant.
07/09/2024: Nous avons été avec mon frère pour fêter son diplôme. Nous n'avons pas décoller....L'accueil est parfait. L'équipe est au petit soin. Nous avons pris le menu découverte. Une déclinaison de vin et de boissons sans alcool. La sélection de vins était ponctuée de belle découverte. La déclinaison sans alcool n'a pas vraiment d'intérêt. Côté plat, des cuissons maîtrisées mais il ne s'est vraiment rien passé au niveau goût. C'était tout juste bon.
