15/08/2024: Everything was perfect, family atmosphere, simple and exotic. Perfect cuisine, very well-balanced cocktail, super good mixed rum. Pleasant, attentive, warm staff. We immediately feel good in this place. I recommend this address.

13/07/2024: Great welcome, delicious food and very pleasant staff. My husband and I are from Reunion Island and we traveled with the decor, the music and the dishes. We will come back.

28/06/2024: 40€ for cold pasta, a cold hot dogg, frankly very disappointed and to top it off the state of the room leaves something to be desired (dirty seat, dirty window). First time in this restaurant because I had seen good reviews (4.2 stars out of 1212 reviews) I suspect fake reviews.

19/06/2024: Unfortunately, this restaurant is no longer what it was when it was launched, around 2018/2019. The products are of lower quality and hygiene has fallen apart.

06/09/2024: Greeted by a real prison door. We sat down, having no more battery, I asked the waitress to charge my phone, she told me that all the outlets were broken, and that she was under no circumstances going to unplug something to do so. charge the phone. Not to mention the smell of grease and the pitiful state of cleanliness of the Restaurant room, the air conditioning must also have been broken given the heat in the restaurant. Between the welcome and the answers from the waitress, we decided to leave. When leaving, the waitress took the liberty of saying to another of her colleagues “I believe it, not even now customers ask us to charge their phones.” We don't expect great quality when coming to Red Pepper, but here, the attitude of the waitress exceeds anything we could have imagined.

05/09/2024: Yesterday when I wanted to have a drink with my husband at the Caze Creole SHAMEFUL the gentleman charged us for 4 glasses of arranged rum while my husband took 2 glasses! me who wanted to protect Creoles like me!! Without forgetting Accra full of oil.

30/08/2024: While passing through the region for our vacation, we had lunch there twice. Hearty and good pizzas, pasta that satisfied our children and a top Burger. All at a very reasonable or even low price! The 2 waitresses were very friendly and pleasant. In short, we had a good time.

19/08/2024: Catastrophic stay for the price it's a shame, dirty and frozen spa pool, sauna closed during the 4 days we were there, no luggage storage service on arrival, no offer, to go to the 4th floor at the end of a corridor , (yet some privileged people had their luggage brought up in front of us) room equipped to the strict minimum, very far from deserving a 4 star. 2 single beds pushed together, breakfast was taken in the room on the 1st day so in addition to paying 28 euros, for room service you had to add 8 euros. More than 35 euros for a coffee and 3 mini croissants, I’m hallucinating. No directions in the hotel, no services, no attention. The drinks at the pool snack bar are overpriced with poor quality cocktails. The icing on the cake the next day I realized when leaving that I had forgotten a t-shirt so being still nearby I called asking if I could come and collect it and I literally got sent off telling me that they (the hotel reception) have nothing to do with the lingerie service that there would be no point in coming and that I must contact them by email, of course to date I have not still no response to this email so I can forget this t-shirt. Disappointing, I don't recommend it.

26/09/2024: Great evening spent in this brasserie. Perfect welcome and service provided by a very friendly, efficient and very good young waiter. The dishes are good and the value for money is very good.

22/09/2024: Located in the very center, for the location nothing to complain about. The cuisine is more than average, the value for money is not there. We pay a high price for the location. Big black spot on the day of my visit, the toilet, impossible to flush (mechanism seized?) no paper towels and hand dryer out of order, this is not normal. On a positive note I would note the kindness of the staff. Otherwise, there are several breweries nearby, I recommend trying elsewhere instead.

But how can this restaurant have almost five stars!!!😱Honestly the meat was disgusting .....TOO SALTY, TOO GRILLED, NO TASTE..Horrible...I'm so full of people...People are really used to eating poor quality food. ...I don't understand.....A leakediiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

24/08/2024: We ate lunch in the dining area of the grill. The room has air conditioning, it was clean and spacious. The service was good. We ordered the mix grilled, and the portions are generous, plus the meats (lamb, beef, and chicken) were cooked to perfection.

04/09/2024: Well located restaurant. The “vegebowl” dish was good, with lots of flavors. The service is a little quick, we received the aperitif at the same time as the dishes... Servers not really smiling... too bad.

04/09/2024: Evening meal taken in this restaurant at the beginning of September, I had the mussels marinière, they were very good, perhaps a little lack of seasoning but don't worry, you will still enjoy it! Nothing to say about the quantity. As for the atmosphere, it's certainly not the most beautiful restaurant in Royan but it's passable. For the service we were greeted by a smiling waitress, a smile that is missing on the faces of her colleagues.. I deplore the fact that the dish arrives barely 3 minutes after the drinks :/ In short, we ate well there all the same.
