29/09/2026: My story: I arrived at 6:30 PM, my order was placed at 6:37 PM, and I went to sit down. At 6:45 PM, they brought me my drinks... which they spilled on my jeans and phone... okay, these things happen... They offered me an ice cream as compensation... okay, I waited another 5 minutes. They brought me the drinks again... but the burger was missing... they told me it was being prepared... 15 minutes after finishing my fries, I went to check on the burger at the counter; it was 7:05 PM. They'd forgotten about me... at 7:15 PM, my burger arrived dripping wet... the bun was cold... I hadn't been served so badly at McDonald's in 40 years... What bad luck...

23/09/2026: A McDonald's, what else? You wanted a memorable dining experience, but for that, the service needs to be there. On September 23, 2026, around 8 PM, I ordered four meals at the drive-thru. It felt like I was ordering for 30 people, it was taking so long. Through the window, I could see the staff laughing and chatting; in short, nothing was moving. I just wanted to bang on the glass. And yet, there were few people inside, but a huge number at the drive-thru because it was so slow. Please, don't put this team on a Saturday night if they can't even manage ten meals during the week. And I'm not even mentioning the Caesar salad, which was pathetic, and the sweet potatoes and fries looked overcooked. I usually have a pretty good opinion of your McDonald's, but this time I'm completely disappointed.

21/09/2026: Ouch, it seems the owner has changed and that amateurs unfamiliar with the etiquette of such an industry have been put in charge of service. A waitress who walked right past us three times without even acknowledging us (while we were sitting on the terrace) served people who arrived after us and smoked a cigarette while chatting with her friends at the table right next to us... perhaps my friend's skin was too dark or she simply didn't like the look of me? We wondered... finally, a pleasant young man took care of us, except that my friend's Kir Royal arrived with barely any blackcurrant liqueur at the bottom, no bubbles (he explained that it was the last of the bottle, that they were out of champagne but that it should be fine... that he would come back later with champagne... strange). As for my rosé, it was flat. The young man never came back with the champagne. When we went to the bar, the young woman suddenly noticed us and tried to ring us up. I asked to speak to the young man, but she didn't understand, so I insisted that he ring us up. He came over and asked if everything was alright... when I explained that the kir wasn't royal and the rosé was flat, and I'd barely touched the glass, he told us that no, everything hadn't gone well. We simply wanted to enjoy a drink, and both were undrinkable—unbelievable in an establishment that specializes in that. Being a good sport, he decided not to charge us for the rosé: I hadn't drunk it, thank goodness. Without any shame, he rang up my friend's so-called kir. It would have been more professional to offer something else when they ran out of champagne and, above all, to come back and check on us. It was impossible to get hold of a waiter...

18/08/2026: They're ripping off customers and not listing the coffees on the menu because the staff wants tips. I've given all the information to the URSSAF (French social security agency); I'm sure they'll laugh to see such rude and unclean waiters who dare to tip themselves without your permission or even telling you, and who change drink prices as they please. Have a good day, and steer clear.

13/09/2026: Arrived at 6:30 PM, order received at 7:10 PM... if I remember correctly, fast food means quick... anyway... we won't even mention the disgusting toilets, and I'll let you imagine the dining area... it was far from rush hour, which is a shame.

13/09/2026: Takeaway order placed at 8:05 PM, order ready at 8:55 PM. Two long bacon strips and the sauces were missing; everything was cold except the rustic fries.

04/09/2026: Great place with a lovely manager. I ordered for four and spilled a beer, but the manager gave me a new one without charging me extra. The loyalty card is very worthwhile. In short, a great bar.

13/08/2026: A complete disaster, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! The first time I went, I thought it was a hidden camera prank, so I went back a second time… Let's start with the toilets: absolute filth. Dirt, nauseating, even foul odors, deplorable hygiene… You literally feel like you're walking into a place that hasn't been cleaned in centuries. At this point, it's not even a toilet anymore, it's a blatant disregard for hygiene standards. You leave feeling like you need a complete disinfection. But the worst part is the staff, and especially the owner!! Unbelievably aggressive, with total contempt for the customer and an absolutely detestable attitude. They should send Etchebest after him, or rather, I'd say Pascal the Big Brother; he needs a good talking to. I'll repeat what we heard, with absolutely no politeness or professionalism, not even a "hello" or a "fuck off": "Who's paying?" "Not a chance." "Don't even think about it." It's clear that his only goal is to take your money and expect the customer to just shut up. No welcome, no courtesy, no consideration: only hostility. He's sulking. The guy's completely wasted and high!!! Professionalism is practically nonexistent. Everything makes you want to leave: the restrooms, the atmosphere, and especially the staff's attitude. I gave them a second chance, but it was even worse, and I'm warning you, I'll never go back!! It's probably the worst bar I've ever been to. A sanitary abyss. A festival of contempt. A catastrophic atmosphere. Lamentable service. What's even more worrying are the numerous customer testimonials describing particularly bad experiences at this establishment. And when you read the owner's responses, the picture isn't exactly reassuring: instead of being professional or simply listening to the criticism, he responds with astonishing aggression and resentment, like a man incapable of tolerating the slightest self-doubt. His replies reek of contempt, pettiness, and a truly staggering arrogance. This clearly proves that this guy is completely high on drugs and fueled by beer (which isn't even good, by the way). If you're looking for a clean, pleasant place that respects its customers: go there immediately. One star, and even that's generous. If I could give it zero, I would. Avoid it at all costs!

13/07/2026: Putting hot items on top of very cold ones in the same bag. Bring your own bag to carry it.

12/07/2026: Excellent McDonald's! I've been to many in France, and this one is very high quality. It's fresh, the service is fast, and the food is hot, unlike most. They also play Lolita music—a very good selection. There's a TV, and they use plastic forks instead of the annoying wooden skewers. It's well located. I highly recommend it.

06/09/2026: So there's nothing in the menu; you have to add everything separately, making it an overpriced meal, and the drinks are too expensive.

23/06/2026: Horrible staff. I once ordered a meal from them through Uber Eats, and half of it had absolutely nothing to do with what I ordered, but I didn't mention it and even gave a good rating, thinking about the heatwave and their efforts. Tonight, I ordered another meal a little before the end of the available order period, but the assigned delivery drivers turned back every time they came. And once, after contacting the restaurant owner, he brushed me off with utter disrespect! I understand the fatigue and that anyone working in the restaurant industry is on edge because of the customers, but WHY be so mean and dismissive when I'm being polite and kind? I quote, "You deal with it, I have a life." In short, don't waste your time or money; other restaurants know how to treat customers properly, which is to say, WITH RESPECT.
