11/12/2025: I visited this bakery twice during my vacation and was able to try both the snacks and the pastries. I have no complaints about either.
The staff were patient, attentive, and offered helpful advice, which I appreciated.
The portions are generous, sometimes a little uneven, but this is a testament to the homemade nature of the pastries. A special mention goes to the flan and the Tropézienne tart 🍰 – they were generous and delicious, unlike the frozen versions you find everywhere.
I was able to eat in both the inside and outside, and the atmosphere and service were excellent.
I highly recommend it.

My husband and I go there from time to time for their eclairs and chocolate religieuses, which we recommend.
They're incredibly good.
The saleswoman is super nice, friendly, and helpful.
Pleasant place, especially their sunny terrace.
A pure delight.
I recommend it.

Homemade products, of course.
The pastries are to die for, we enjoy them so much.
I don't know if I'll be in Grau du Roi for next summer's vacation, but if so, I'll be loyal to this place.
P.S.: The peaches are always a real killer!😁

28/06/2025: 1.5 hours between ordering and delivery. Impossible to reach the pizzeria. An inedible Creole pizza that was so spicy. Honestly, a very disappointing order. We're not likely to repeat it.
30/05/2025: Ordered 5 pizzas. Three of them didn't match. I returned them, waited 20 minutes to get the 3 pizzas I'd originally ordered, and there was no goodwill!
The service is leaving more and more to be desired these days...

19/12/2025: The young man served me very well, but next to him, presumably, was the owner, coughing loudly and shamelessly without even bothering to cover his elbow. When it came time to pay, I had a coupon for a free meal. He added a sub-15 charge, making me think that was my coupon. Not having time to argue with this jerk, I left.
Be careful, make sure you ask for your receipts.

A very kind gesture, well done! 👏 for your excellent customer service and warm welcome. Our pizzas were delicious and reasonably priced.

The welcome, the service, the cleanliness of the kitchen. The clear explanations of their offerings.
The pizzas are always generously topped, and the cooking is perfectly executed.

09/01/2026: We had mentioned receiving a coffee machine for Christmas and were in the shop hoping to get some advice. We were open to buying and ready to try several varieties. Despite this, the saleswoman simply asked us to make a preliminary selection online before coming back to the store.
This is completely unacceptable for a specialized shop: providing advice is an integral part of the service, especially when a customer is ready to buy. A very disappointing experience and a real lack of business sense.

01/02/2026: Avoid at all costs... extremely expensive for the quality... €20 for a roasted Camembert with one measly slice of charcuterie, three fries, and three lettuce leaves that taste like dish soap. The presentation is disastrous. The servers are friendly, but that's about it.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment following my visit to your establishment.
The dishes served clearly tasted like they were made from frozen products, with a very mediocre flavor. Considering the price, the service was far from satisfactory: it would be cheaper and much better to shop for groceries and cook for oneself.
Furthermore, the sanitary conditions were unacceptable:
the toilets were not heated and lacked toilet seats, which is simply scandalous for an establishment open to the public.
Taking into account all of these factors, I consider the value for money to be completely inadequate.
