09/12/2025: I don't understand the other reviews. I arrived at the restaurant, it was very clean, the restrooms too, and the staff was very helpful. Special mention to the two girls in shirts (probably managers?) who helped me with my order.

23/01/2026: The manager would be better off finding another job; he's disrespectful. The hamburgers are cold, and when you ask him to reheat them, he says it's normal. What a clown! I strongly advise against going there. Drive 2 km further and go to the one in Colombe.

21/01/2026: Pitiful, cold, and unpleasant!!! Edit: 6:30 p.m., I arrive at the first counter. I apologize to the employee because I missed the ordering machine (not very visible, even less so in the dark). She very curtly asks me to go around again... (OK, maybe there's a procedure to follow). Not nice! Not nice! I go around again (finding myself with 4 cars in front), I order (at the machine!) 3 McDonald's sandwiches and a small Coke. I pay, the same employee says to me: "That's it, have you seen the machine now?!" Still very unpleasantly. I pick up my order... 10 minutes later, cold. My rating is 1 star for the smile of the employee who gave me my order!!!

28/01/2026: 10 a.m. in this McDonald's waiting for our train. We tried to stay as long as possible by ordering occasionally. Even during rush hour, only 3 minutes passed between ordering and receiving our food at the table. SNCF (the French national railway company) should take note to improve the punctuality of its trains.

23/01/2026: Mmmh, not fast food... a looooooong wait. 25 minutes between my order and the service.

19/08/2024: Eat well but it's really old McDonald's from the 90s and 2000s! Needs to be refreshed.

18/08/2024: I came back from eating with my family and were provided with the correct drink size (0.5l). Without you, people in France will evaporate.

24/01/2026: Catastrophic 4 out of 9 kiosks out of order, forced to go to the counter to place my order, the server only understood half of what I said, so my order didn't match what I ordered 🤦‍♂️

17/01/2026: Overpriced, endless wait, toilets filthy, uncleaned tables, and the floor was a disaster... a breeding ground for germs, no heating in the middle of winter

25/01/2026: Visit on January 24, 2026. Very bad experience. The tray was served cold. I took it back to the counter and the employee was already sighing. She touched my burger with her bare hands after I had already taken a bite, then handed it back to me reheated in the microwave, with a bite mark still visible. I asked for an exchange, which was initially refused. The situation started to get tense. I was then given a tray missing my daughter's fries. When I pointed this out, the response was: "Oh really? Where are they for the exchange?" I told her that she had taken the tray with her, so it was up to her to know. The fries were eventually exchanged... but still cold. I even asked her to taste them. At this point, her patience had clearly run out. To make matters worse, my daughter had ordered a book with her meal and received a deck of cards. Again, I had to ask for another exchange. It seems to me that the basic principle of food service, especially in a chain like McDonald's, is to serve hot, ready-to-eat food quickly. Furthermore, having worked there myself in my younger days, I know there's nothing complicated about reading a customer's order correctly. Fortunately, a colleague intervened, much more professional and respectful, which helped calm the situation. I don't understand how such a lack of hygiene, respect for the customer, and professionalism is possible. Very disappointed. Truly the worst McDonald's.

04/09/2024: Meal today 04/09/24 We are installed in the room and everything is going well. Two McDonald's employees arrive and sit on a table on the terrace on the games side to smoke a cigarette. And the guy vomited twice on the terrace because he was completely cooked. He can barely stand up. After that he went straight to the kitchen like nothing. I don't have the right to put a photo but I will describe it because for me this person should return home with a blame or even more. He's a strong man with a ponytail and a blue scrunchie for tonight. He is dressed in a white shirt and black pants like the managers. I don't know what image the director of this establishment wants to show but I doubt that it will be this one. It is clear that I am not ready to return to this establishment. Good luck to those who eat after us.

02/09/2024: A fast food restaurant or a Sunday at 1:30 p.m. you need 45 minutes to leave with a menu and 2 sandwhichs.... An incomplete order terminates the table. This was of course not the first time and I don't know why I insist on returning to this one... Slower and more expensive than a gastro soon.

01/09/2024: A McDonald's with great incompetence. when we ask for something at the checkout they don't bother to inform us. They don't have time when their terminal doesn't work. Obviously there is always an oversight in the order. Too bad we can't give 0 stars.

01/10/2024: I find that the McDo de l'Aigle de Grenoble is the best in Grenoble
