Well done to your team, everyone at their post! Efficient, no overflowing bins, no dirty tables, clean restrooms, no waiting, and we should have even taken a picture of our burger, which was almost identical to the picture – unheard of at McDonald's! The wraps are well-made; they don't fall apart when you pick them up...
Congratulations to all the staff!

I don't think you can get any colder or more unpleasant than that.
It was too much to ask to place your order at the register.

16/10/2025: A loyal customer for several years, I'm never disappointed by the products on offer (the Léontine with Everything bread ❤️)! The team is always top-notch, and the atmosphere is super pleasant. You can eat inside (nice decor) or outside on the terraces.
I discovered Bagelstein thanks to the Emblem offer; even though they're no longer partners, they now offer a student menu that's just as affordable. 👏

13/01/2026: If you're looking for a kebab with an extra charge of "free insults," you've come to the right place! The owner of Le Petit Creux has invented a new concept: assaulting the customer before they even eat. Not only does he hang up on you, but he insults your mother as a bonus. A complete disgrace to the town of Domene. Zero points for service and manners.
P.S.: It's a total disaster.

I'm honestly shocked by some of the comments, don't pay any attention to them! I'm from Domène and very happy to have found you; we go there often and have never had a problem.

It's not for lack of trying to report it.
When you order a click and collect meal with fries, there's no choice of sauces on the app…
And yet, they don't automatically add them.
At €15 a day, are you going to quibble over 20 cents?
Please don't reply with:
"There's nothing we can do, it's the app."
Or
"Just ask."
"I don't have to complain."
"Improve the app."
Or
"Just give mayo and ketchup automatically."

08/01/2026: Progress has been made in terms of customer service: smiling and professional staff, hair tied back (I mention this because once a saleswoman had long, loose hair that kept dragging on the food when she bent down to grab something from the display case). Well done on the improvement!

18/01/2026: At €12.80 for a kebab, you have to accept that you're going to leave bad reviews because frankly...
I've rarely been ripped off so badly. The kebab was tasteless, the service deplorable, and to top it off, they forgot to give me my drink. At €12.80, not being able to take an order properly and serving a semblance of a kebab is really unacceptable. I don't know if it's incompetence or just plain rip-off, but what's certain is that I'll never set foot in that place again.
17/01/2026: Fantastic! Crispy bread, generous kebab, great fries, and the sauces are delicious! Served in 4 minutes with a smile.

04/12/2025: Lunch was okay, but nothing special. My pizza was a bit bland, and the presentation of the daily special was really cafeteria-style. Nothing disastrous, but nothing memorable either.
