16/05/2026: When you buy a meal deal for almost €20 and the sandwich is cold, the fries are also unsalted and bland, and the drink tasted like water—it was disgusting. I do not recommend it, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! As for the service, the waiters... well, I don't know if you can even call them waiters, they are completely unfriendly, not even a smile. There are also issues with the garbage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

30/04/2026: We arrived for lunch at 12:30 PM, just the two of us. The dining room was almost empty, the terrace nearly empty, and there weren't any large tables set up. Without a reservation, we were refused service under the pretext that they were full... Go figure! Customer service gets a big fat zero.

25/04/2026: Generous pizzas served quickly in a calm and welcoming setting. The waiter was efficient and friendly. We had a great evening! We'll definitely be back!

29/05/2026: As for the bartenders, no complaints: they do their job very well 👌 The drink prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, a major negative point concerns the security guard at the entrance. Upon my arrival, as I was simply about to enter, he grabbed my arm and asked, "Where are you going?" Uh… just to have a drink, that's all 🤨 I completely understand the importance of security: ensuring everyone's safety, preventing disturbances, controlling entry… it's normal and necessary. But there's a way to interact with customers. A calm and respectful exchange would have been more than enough, without any aggression or haughty attitude. People come to relax, have a good time, and unwind, not to be greeted this way. It's a shame, because this kind of experience unfortunately gives the establishment a bad image. I sincerely hope this point will be taken into account, as there is clearly a better way to interact with customers while remaining professional.

26/10/2025: Good location, quiet and pleasant, but the meal was not great, especially the dish offered in half-board (perhaps it was a bad day, the roast pork ratatouille was very limited in terms of taste and preparation). Fortunately, the breakfast was nice, but the croissants were not really all you can eat.

25/10/2025: We had a very pleasant week with a very friendly welcome from the management and a super pleasant staff who took great care of us. And what about the cuisine with varied and tasty dishes in addition to being generous. The icing on the cake, the spa... upon returning from hikes, a real plus.

25/07/2026: Very warm welcome, very friendly staff. The meal was very good, generous portions, reasonable prices, and fast service. We will gladly return.

29/06/2026: A warm and friendly welcome from a team of equally friendly women. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The south-facing terrace can be shaded, making it a perfect spot for sunbathers or those seeking a bit of respite from the heat. The nearby shops, such as the bakery next door and the Intermarché supermarket, make it a natural meeting place for regulars and newcomers alike, all seeking a friendly atmosphere. The numerous activities and events offered each month further solidify its place among the city's cooperative businesses and cultural hubs. One minor complaint: they don't have melon syrup...

17/05/2026: Three mistakes on a quiet afternoon order...imagine what it must be like in the evening rush

16/05/2026: One of the worst McDonald's in the area. Disgusting, undercooked fries. Cold potatoes and the tops of the sandwiches were frozen. 50 euros for four people, except the waiter was understanding and remade them for us. Avoid it.

07/07/2026: Really disappointed. We quickly went through the drive-thru, making sure to ask the person taking our order if the toys we wanted in the Happy Meals were still available. In the end, we received the order with zero toys; they were out of them and didn't even bother to replace them with anything else. We thought, "No big deal, they're just toys..." except that a milkshake was also missing, we had about thirty different ketchup sauces but not the one creamy sauce we ordered, and the Cokes were lukewarm and flat. Honestly, I understand the staff are tired; it was late. But thank you, McDonald's, for not charging us so much for such poor service.

07/07/2026: The meal was decent, as usual. The toilets were dirty. But most importantly, there were no more World Cup plush toys available in the Happy Meal, which our 3-year-old son had been dreaming of...

04/04/2026: Great for gluten free and staff are knowledgable about coeliacs. I had the gluten free burger with chips and nachos as a starter. Wish there was still outdoor seating (we went at 5pm on a sunny April evening), but the inside is still lovely.

03/04/2026: I never put bad reviews but after my children horrible experiences I will say this please is not worth the visit avoid!!!!! Just horrible place, I spooked with the manager after the incident and he was rude, not worth the trip. Avoid!!!!!!! If you go there be aware your child can’t touch the menu at the bar( my little 7years old did and been told my the manager to not touch the plastic menu ) please avoid not worth the stress. My little one still doesn’t know what did he wrong.

28/06/2026: The staff weren't very friendly, which is a shame because the food was good. Make sure you book in advance, otherwise you'll be treated like dirt. For the price of the meal, a little more courtesy wouldn't hurt.
