15/08/2026: I ordered several bags of Valrhona chocolate shavings, a premium product I use daily to make my hot chocolate. The shavings arrived completely clumped together, making them very difficult to use for their intended purpose. Customer service immediately told me I should have chosen Chronopost instead of Mondial Relay. Yet, Mondial Relay is offered as an option during the ordering process. If this delivery method is considered unsuitable for this type of product in hot weather, it simply shouldn't be offered, or a very visible warning should be displayed before order confirmation. What disappointed me most was how my complaint was handled. I felt like all the responsibility was placed on me, without any empathy or genuine desire to find a solution. The only response was to advise me to crush or blend the bags, and to offer a discount on my next order. Yet, I wasn't asking for a discount or any kind of compensation. I simply wanted to receive the product in the condition in which it was sold, or for an exchange to be considered. I am already familiar with the quality of Valrhona chocolate, which is absolutely not the issue in this review. However, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in this retailer. I will not order from them again, and based on my experience, I urge future customers to be particularly vigilant before choosing this website.

12/09/2026: Hello, I'm revisiting my second review from a year ago. Frankly, there's been a significant decline. The kebabs are now 70% fries, and on top of that, they have very little sauce, just as I noted a year ago. I don't recommend them!

02/08/2026: We've ordered the kebab menu many times, and sometimes things are missing, like the sauce or the onions in the kebab as indicated, but otherwise the kebabs are always very good 😋

12/08/2026: Oddly enough, when the owner isn't there, my tacos are poorly made (smaller than ordered, no sauce, and the fries-to-meat ratio is clearly excessive). Otherwise, the tacos are good and well-filled.

05/09/2026: Terrible. No sauce with click & collect. I go into the restaurant to specifically ask them to add it to the bag. I go back to my car. The order arrives… No sauce! (as usual) I go back to the counter! Be smart: if the app doesn't allow adding sauce… just automatically offer mayo and ketchup. Are you worried about 20 cents?

03/09/2026: We stopped at this McDonald's on our way home. We were very satisfied with the speed of service. The burgers were well-made, unlike sometimes in other restaurants. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. They were also very responsive, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. I highly recommend this McDonald's. If they were all like this one, it would be much more pleasant to eat at a McDonald's.

04/08/2026: Isn't the amount of cheese and bacon for an extra €1.75 a bit shameful?

02/08/2026: Okay, imagine this: Sunday, a day of renovations and moving. It's 7:30 PM, not finished yet, but I'm hungry. My roommate suggests Burger King; it's not usually my thing, but I'll give it a try. The order: 1 burger, 9 onion rings, 7 nuggets (plus a drink). In the bag: wrong burger, 5 onion rings in a bag of 6, no nuggets (but a drink). I turn around, a 15-minute drive, the employees are very nice, apologize, and redo the order. I double-check this time: 1 burger and 2 small bags. (No drink or sauce, but no big deal). They made an effort to fix it, so I go home. Uh-oh, it was onion rings twice, still no nuggets. The working conditions seem awful, that's for sure. Mistakes happen, but this is ridiculous.

13/09/2026: One star because I can't give zero... I received terrible service from one of your employees, who was also rude, saying things like, "What do you mean there's not enough? I made the ice cream myself! If there's enough, then it's this way and no other way!" in an aggressive tone! I pay €5 for a McFlurry, not a sundae! Otherwise, thank you to the young man who tried to help me... If you don't want to work anymore, stop!

12/09/2026: Waiting 40 minutes for a box of nuggets tonight is unacceptable for "fast" food!

19/08/2026: Honestly, 20 minutes for two measly sundaes… This is slow food!

19/08/2026: Waiting 20 minutes for two ice creams that were forgotten in a corner and given to us melted... Epic!

28/08/2026: McDonald's is quite nice overall, but unfortunately, it's not very clean. There's a very unpleasant odor coming from the restrooms, and the veranda also smells bad, which is particularly bothersome while eating. More regular and thorough cleaning would really improve the experience.

26/08/2026: Slow service, problems at the till, you had to wait 10 minutes for the manager while he made the fries.

17/05/2026: McDonald's lets people wait in line at the drive-thru for 30 minutes, only to tell them when they finally get to the kiosk that they can't take their order because they're overwhelmed. The manager should just put up a barrier to block the drive-thru entrance out of respect for the customers, or change managers.

17/05/2026: A 35-minute wait for a melted ice cream. We were faced with a completely idle team who were clearly living their day like hell. The only smile I saw was when the employee said he only had 5 minutes left to wait.

09/12/2025: This is my second and, quite frankly, last time going there. A very unpleasant experience, just like the first time. I don't think you can get any colder or more unpleasant than that. It was too much to ask to place your order at the register.

04/08/2026: One of the last bars that serves Moscow Mules in copper cups!! Incredible! And please stop stealing glasses, people!! We'll end up getting cocktails in cafeteria glasses otherwise... with all due respect to cafeterias.

15/07/2026: The bartender wouldn't accept me because I had a can in my hand, even when I put it away and wanted to drink it, it was a no (I was supposed to meet some friends, they were waiting for me at the table).

24/08/2026: Record broken for a fast food restaurant: 28 minutes wait!!! No excuses.
