26/05/2026: A wonderful experience discovering Black Forest cake in Grenoble. The pastries are truly excellent; kudos to the pastry chef who manages to convey genuine expertise through his creations. The server was kind and very pleasant, which is becoming rare these days. However, I'm deducting one star for two reasons. As a Black Forest cake enthusiast, I was expecting cherries instead of raspberries, but the cake was no less delicious. The price for eating in seems a bit high compared to the price of pastries to take away. Thank you nonetheless for a very enjoyable experience!

13/07/2026: A little disappointed, I didn't realize that with click and collect you had to pick up your order because nobody brings it to you, even though the app says a team member will bring it, and you're just sitting in your car waiting in the warmth. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but you have to exaggerate, it wasn't a big order and he didn't seem overwhelmed at the restaurant...

10/07/2026: Hello, I am writing to you as a loyal customer who comes every Saturday to pick up a takeaway meal for my family. Until now, I have always appreciated your service, but what happened on July 4, 2026, around 7:00 PM is unacceptable. Once again, several items were missing from my order. Most importantly, the Royal Cheese I received contained only the bread and meat—no sauce, no cheese. When I pointed out the problem quite politely, the manager replied, "If you're not happy, don't come back." I don't understand how anyone can speak to a customer like that. I request that action be taken regarding this situation. As a regular customer, I expect a minimum of respect and proper service. I expect a response from you regarding this incident and the poor quality of service I received. Sincerely, Nestor

30/06/2026: 2.8 is still far too high a rating considering the numerous problems I encountered at this restaurant. By far the worst I've ever eaten at. The staff is completely lost, and the management is clearly nowhere to be seen. The opening of your competitor is likely to cause you serious problems. It won't take much to improve things. The only reassuring thing is that when you hit rock bottom, the only way is up.

29/06/2026: It's a shame there isn't a zero-star rating. I already had to wait over 10 minutes to be served. I live 5 minutes from McDonald's, and when I got home, the fries and nuggets were cold too. I paid €1.30 for the FIFA cup, which I absolutely didn't get, nor the barbecue sauce. This McDonald's is getting worse and worse!

09/07/2026: So, I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this is a total rip-off. I came at 11:20 PM to place an order. I got a drink that already cost €2 extra, and instead of the Boobas I was supposed to get, as indicated on the kiosk, I went home really looking forward to trying them, only to end up with just Oasis. That's an expensive glass of Oasis, I must say! :) Anyway, great, I understand better now why the manager served us when it was a young woman making the drink. Thanks for the scam, by the way! :)

17/05/2026: A 35-minute wait for a melted ice cream. We were faced with a completely idle team who were clearly living their day like hell. The only smile I saw was when the employee said he only had 5 minutes left to wait.

17/05/2026: McDonald's lets people wait in line at the drive-thru for 30 minutes, only to tell them when they finally get to the kiosk that they can't take their order because they're overwhelmed. The manager should just put up a barrier to block the drive-thru entrance out of respect for the customers, or change managers.

29/05/2026: On Thursday, June 28, 2026, it was supposed to close at 1:00 AM, but when we arrived at 12:10 AM at 6:00 AM, desperate to eat, it was already closed... The waiter made the sign of the cross to let us know he wasn't serving anymore... Thank you, goodbye... Please respect your opening hours.

29/05/2026: I usually go there, but this was unacceptable. Dry, cold burgers and wraps... Melt ice cream. Unacceptable. Today I ordered a coffee milkshake and received an espresso, seriously?

09/12/2025: This is my second and, quite frankly, last time going there. A very unpleasant experience, just like the first time. I don't think you can get any colder or more unpleasant than that. It was too much to ask to place your order at the register.

05/07/2026: Very good, and truly the best bagels I've ever had, but the staff's comments about orders are a good reason to avoid it... The jokes inside the establishment are outdated and many of them are sexist... Luckily, the taste saves the day.

12/06/2026: Nothing to say except for the decor, which consists of a large selection of jokes, many of which are extremely sexist and degrading to women, which is a major drawback. I understand the desire to create a somewhat "lowbrow" joke atmosphere, but there are enough jokes out there that you don't need to display images of large-breasted women in swimsuits or phrases perpetuating demeaning stereotypes about 50% of the people on this planet (and always the same ones).

17/05/2026: Terrible welcome. The dark-haired waiter with curls didn't seem interested in greeting us, even though we arrived during opening hours. Furthermore, they removed our chairs to rush us out. I don't recommend it. It's unacceptable to receive such treatment on a Saturday night. I used to love this bar, but I won't be going back... what a shame :(

29/06/2026: We ordered a meal and ice cream from the kiosk. A very friendly employee brought our ice creams, and ten minutes later, given the heat, they had melted. We pointed this out to her, and she explained that we could have them later, adding that it was normal to receive drinks and dessert before the meals. The table next to us was luckier. Except we were expecting everything at the same time. At €4 for ice cream, there's a minimum standard...

29/06/2026: I've eaten there dozens of times and it's always been a great experience. The staff is lovely.

30/06/2026: Ordering from a fast food restaurant, waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru, then deciding to order at the kiosks inside, and once the order is placed, they say, "Hello, what's this for? We just placed an order at the kiosk!" Oh, okay, well, there will be a bit of a wait, we have 19 orders in the kitchen! What a joke for a "fast food" restaurant!

30/06/2026: Honestly, it's frustrating... Items are often missing from our orders, the ice creams aren't even filled to the top, and today we ordered a chocolate muffin and it turned out to be a caramel one. It really gives the impression that order checking isn't being done properly. It's a shame, because we're paying for service that should be up to scratch. Clearly, Burger King is much better in this regard!
