In a quiet little street, the place has a pretty terrace.
Friendly and smiling service (caring waitress).
Price of consumption more than reasonable.

The terrace is nice and even more so with a ray of sunshine :)

After a break we went to eat a small special of the day and oops, big slap in the face: apart from the fact that the prices have doubled, the special of the day is mediocre, the cakes are overpriced and disgusting, the welcome and the service is deplorable.
In short, the forest is over too.black
21/09/2024: Quite honestly, I don't understand some of the rave reviews about this pastry.
Third experience, and third observation: very ordinary pastries, not very tasty, much too sweet.
I have no problem paying €6.10. For a very small cake, as long as it is thin and tasty. This is not the case here…

The small shaded terrace is super nice.

30/07/2024: The octopus with risotto is a real delight, perfectly cooked and subtly crispy: impeccable. The fries, although correct, lack exception. I can't tell if they are frozen.
Respect to the manager who also takes care of the service and doesn't stop for a second!

Well not at all for the cuddly bread you pay 1€ per baguette but 55 cents per half
Amazing, I wish the manager would tell me why

Purchase the baguette at the price that suits you, since that day I have taken my bread from the bakery at Jean's

08/11/2024: We stopped here by chance for lunch and were highly impressed. My wife and I shared two entrées and our friends had two main courses. The food was freshly prepared, the quality was excellent and the ambiance was smart and welcoming. If we travel this way again we would definitely plan to have lunch here!
