There's a wide selection of unique beers, with advice available if needed, and you're encouraged to move around the bar, fostering spontaneous conversations. The atmosphere is fantastic, with well-chosen decor and distinct zones. Add to that hot sauce challenges and original cocktails to set this bar apart. Is that all? No, the snack platters are exceptional...

20/05/2026: Beautiful hotel, perfect location for exploring the city on foot. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The park-facing rooms are lovely and spacious with a terrace; be aware that the frogs' calls are quite impressive. High-quality linens, excellent bedding, a wide selection at breakfast with good quality products, and eggs cooked to order. The spa in the basement could be a little warmer, but it's pleasant with a hammam, sauna, and pool. Excellent treatments were provided. We were very satisfied with our stay.

21/06/2026: The best Basque cake I've eaten in 40 years!!! (My first time in the Basque Country)... With cream, of course! Melt-in-your-mouth and with a long finish, absolutely perfect! Not just anyone can be a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF)... and with a sense of humor too - a hiker's honor!
