01/07/2026: After trying this restaurant three times, I highly recommend it! 🍖 The food is delicious, hearty, and generous (with large portions). The vegetarian dish (currently vegetable curry with coconut milk, previously spätzle with seasonal vegetables, if I remember correctly) is, however, a little bland. 💁 Excellent service with friendly and quick waiters. 📍 Very well located (easy access by public transport, close to highways) and with parking.

17/05/2026: Wow, a huge thank you to Mamie for her zest for life and her sense of humor! The meal was delicious, and the service was incredibly pleasant! I highly recommend this typical local restaurant; the experience is well worth the trip.

19/05/2026: The ice cream is nice but seems overpriced for what you get (smallest possible size costs €4.50, while across the road at Maison Franchi you pay €2.50 for a similar size). They make them very pretty so it’s nice for photos, but the ice cream is harder for this to be possible.

18/05/2026: My wife and I have eaten here twice in the last month or two. Our first trip we ate at the restaurant, was an excellent experience with service and with the quality of food. We did carry out a week or two later, same experience great service , from Joe , and quality was very good. We will be carrying out again today, thought I'd already reviewed this restaurant. Highly recommend! Great quality and the value, their prices are very reasonable.

08/05/2026: I love those quaint, rustic beer halls and pubs. We went there for a nice beer. They have various beers on tap, such as Fischer Traditionell, Meteor, and also an IPA, among others. My wife and I each had a Fischer Traditionell, and we really enjoyed it. Next time we're in Strasbourg, we'll definitely stop by again.

24/05/2026: Unpleasant staff. As a regular customer, the staff made a mistake in my taco by adding a sauce I didn't ask for. When I went to ask for a change, they initially ignored me while I was speaking to them, then refused, accusing me of having said I wanted the sauce in question. Go to O'Classic, it's better.

03/12/2025: Eat in. The sushi portions were a bit small. The curry rice bowl with crispy chicken was too spicy, so my son couldn't eat it. No restrooms. The restaurant mainly does takeout and delivery.

29/05/2026: The restaurant really had me think "holy molly". The best meal I had in Strasbourg for my 8 days stay. Highly recommend trying the special of the day set menu. The portions were generous and the food was phenomenal.

26/05/2026: Holy moly! The brisket platter was amazing! The brisket was exceptionally tender and the fries were freshly made.

12/06/2026: The decor is stylish and understated. The large-format painting in the dining room, depicting a cityscape, adds a vibrant touch. The tableware, glasses, and cutlery are of exceptional quality and complement the classic ambiance of the dining room. The service is outstanding. We were served in German with a friendly demeanor, and the staff also spoke English in addition to French. The menu is clearly laid out and was explained in an easy-to-understand manner, complete with suggestions. Towels were provided for cleaning our hands, dropped napkins were replaced, and place settings were cleared and set simultaneously. All of this was done so discreetly, simultaneously for both guests, and always at just the right moment, that we felt constantly cared for and never disturbed. The wine pairings for the carte-sur-table menu offered a diverse range of flavors and were perfectly matched to the dishes. The sommelier truly knows his craft! The eight dishes themselves were sophisticated, appropriately portioned, and harmoniously seasoned. At the same time, they showcased a wide array of ingredients and techniques, providing a constant and pleasant surprise. Highlights included the oyster stuffed with bacon and the vanilla cream served in a sugar sphere. At the beginning and end of the meal, three chocolates were served alongside an amuse-bouche, perfectly complementing the menu. All in all, the visit was a must!
