02/12/2025: One-night stay in November 2025, cleanliness left much to be desired... Clumps of hair were found in the bathtub, then a few more in the bed and toilet. Dusty floor and furniture... Warm, cold water... We didn't dare mention it to reception because other guests were waiting behind us to pay... The decor was outdated...
Positive points: beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped room. The receptionist was very welcoming!
15/11/2025: This hotelier has completely lost her sense of customer service, no doubt worn down by 35 years in the business. After just five minutes of trying to book a room, she informed me that she wouldn't take our reservation because we didn't have a mobile phone!
The reason given was that she didn't want to be responsible for a guest she couldn't reach by phone. I've never heard such an argument! It's high time she stopped this line of work, which no longer suits her, and made way for more enthusiastic professionals.

11/10/2025: 3.50 for a beer, which one you ask?? Heineken in a can 3.50€ 8.6 in a can 3.50€ etc... etc...... The same price for all. I understand that the "grocers" in this type of shop must make a margin, but this is way too expensive compared to the price in a classic store, even in a so-called "classic" grocery store the prices are not as excessive....
04/10/2025: Tacos 3 meat equal to a taco M from o'tacos very very small and poor quality meat there is not even cheese sauce one of the worst tacos I have eaten and I weigh but words

27/06/2025: Absolutely loved our stay here. The owner is a very lovely women, she runs the place with kindness and generosity. And she had great suggestions for our day trips in the area.
24/06/2025: A very warm welcome and a constant presence. A superb period house with all the modern comforts. Extraordinary, homemade, and complete breakfasts. And in a magnificent setting, the village of Turenne, with its castle and beautiful rooftops.

13/02/2026: The waitress was very unpleasant, but judging by the comments, I think the manager couldn't care less and has never asked his colleagues for even a modicum of politeness and courtesy, especially in a business setting. I think the waitress should put up a sign at the entrance saying "GET OUT."
21/01/2026: The products are good; you can tell the bread and pastries are made with care. Unfortunately, the customer experience is completely ruined by the saleswoman's attitude: cold, haughty, and frankly unpleasant. With that talent for indifference, she'd be much better suited to the funeral industry… It's a shame, because the products deserve to be enjoyed in a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere.

12/12/2025: Absolutely awful. I spent five nights in the hotel because I was in training, so I didn't have much choice. The room was old and worn, the bed uncomfortable, and it took 15 minutes for the hot water to come on, and even then, there was no pressure. I didn't see any staff once, and the restaurant wasn't even open. In short, there are much better options for less money.

23/09/2024: We stopped at the Flunch in Brive-la-Gaillarde on our way to the North from our vacations.
What a pleasant surprise! This is one of the cleanest Flunchs we have visited.
We saw the manager ensuring that everything was in order, with dynamic and organized teams.
The welcome was warm, and above all, the dishes were served piping hot.
Congratulations to the entire team for this impeccable service.
We will come back with pleasure.
