01/04/2026: Hello, this is a very good little restaurant where you can eat well all you want for €12. There's nothing to complain about. Of course, you're not served like in a 5-star restaurant, but the price isn't the same. You have to know what you want. I eat there every time I go down to Brive and I've never been disappointed.
27/03/2026: It's really a working-class restaurant; the food is average, but the interior needs a complete renovation.

12/05/2026: My review takes me back 10 years. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. We stayed in the studio. The meals were delicious and the welcome was very warm. My husband will be turning 50 in a few months and I will definitely be organizing a weekend getaway for him at your place. Sincerely.
12/05/2026: I spent a night there from April 26th to 27th with a friend. Everything (the welcome, the setting, the food) was truly perfect. A truly special place.

02/12/2025: One-night stay in November 2025, cleanliness left much to be desired... Clumps of hair were found in the bathtub, then a few more in the bed and toilet. Dusty floor and furniture... Warm, cold water... We didn't dare mention it to reception because other guests were waiting behind us to pay... The decor was outdated...
Positive points: beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped room. The receptionist was very welcoming!

17/04/2026: Every time I go, something's missing from my order… and unfortunately, it's become a habit here.
The worst part is the manager's reaction: "I can't be everywhere." True, but we pay for a complete order, not to discover what's missing when we get home.
At Carrefour, it's standard practice. It's about time the service improved.

29/04/2026: I am outraged by the quality of the housekeeping service. I stayed one night and found a pair of underwear and a sanitary napkin in the bed! I've included photos as proof. I never received any response from them, neither by email nor phone. The receptionist couldn't do much except pass on the information. Since then, nothing. No compensation whatsoever.
I am shocked by the hygiene of this hotel! It's appalling!
16/04/2026: Upon arrival, I was charged €11.50 more than my original booking.
The room was completely unacceptable for the price: unpleasant odors upon arrival, mold in the shower and throughout the room, and a generally dilapidated condition. The shower tray leaked (I had to mop it up).
The hallway smelled bad (like cigarettes).
The value for money was poor.
I will not return and I do not recommend this place.

If you're ever in the area, go to Burger King...

06/04/2026: This morning, Easter Monday, I bought 5 golden baguettes and a flan. I got home, and there were only 4 baguettes, which of course I didn't get with the 3+1 free offer! The waitress and the cashier who checked should relearn how to count! Check your basket before you leave!

Sunday morning, Objat is alive with the sounds of its weekly market. The streets and the small covered market hall are bustling.
After the market, everyone gathers at this café/brasserie.
It's the price of popularity: the bar is always packed!
The atmosphere is great, simple, and welcoming. As soon as you find a free chair, you quickly clear your table and chat with your neighbor!

The only downside is trying to take one more person during the lunch time.

13/02/2026: The waitress was very unpleasant, but judging by the comments, I think the manager couldn't care less and has never asked his colleagues for even a modicum of politeness and courtesy, especially in a business setting. I think the waitress should put up a sign at the entrance saying "GET OUT."
