25/08/2026: I came to eat at this restaurant with my mother on August 22nd at lunchtime for my birthday. The food was very good; you can tell everything is homemade. Bravo to the chef! The service was excellent, the waitress discreet but very pleasant. I wasn't disappointed. And what can I say about the meringue dessert? Super delicious! Finally, a real restaurant! It's a shame it wasn't more crowded, but then again, it was the Saint-Loup festival. Personally, I highly recommend this place for authentic cuisine. 🍽😊

12/09/2026: My wife and I just had an amazing dinner here at Le Saigon. The fish curry was amazing. Totally recommended! My wife had Caramel Chicken which was also fantastic. We had a selection of starters which were lovely. The service was excellent despite the restaurant filling up.. We visited Le Saigon again, 11 months after the first visit. Walked in at 9pm and was seated immediately on a Saturday night. We ordered starters and mains. Both were exceptional again. My wife had yellow fish curry. Or fish hot pot, which was very tasty. I had a special prawn sizzling platter. Chef special. I ordered it very hot.. and it was, but still really tasty. The chilli was so strong in the air it made lots of people in the restaurant cough including the staff. 🤣. We had desserts, banana benier. Lovely. And I ordered a Colonel, basically a glass with vodka and coconut ice cream, mint and lime. Which I enjoyed very much 😜 staff were fantastic, super efficient and friendly. Cant wait to visit again. 02/08/2026: Superb place to eat, the concept and atmosphere are incredible. I enjoy it every time. If you want to eat there, book well in advance, they don't have much space and fill up very quickly.

25/08/2026: I had a terrible experience at this bar. I was served by a waitress named Yuna, and unfortunately, her welcome and attitude were extremely unpleasant. She wasn't smiling, wasn't friendly, and spoke in a very cold manner. I hope things improve, because I don't think I'll be returning after this experience.

21/08/2026: Discovered somewhat by chance during our holiday in the region, we had a wonderful family meal at this brasserie-style restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food is excellent, with a variety of daily specials and, above all, high-quality meat at a very reasonable price. The service is impeccable; the waiter clearly loves his job, and it shows in his service and in our conversation. We returned during our stay, and it was just as excellent and enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely time spent at your restaurant.

21/09/2026: Unfortunately, this is the second time we've had a similar experience at this establishment. The first time was in winter. We were the only customers seated on the terrace, with our dogs, and despite this, no one came to greet us. We finally decided to leave. We wanted to try again, but this time, the same scenario played out. We sat down on the terrace at a table that had just become available. The previous order was still on the table, right next to us. This didn't bother us at all, and out of respect for their work, we even moved the dishes together to make clearing easier. As we sat down, the waiter walked right past us. We said hello, and he responded. He was clearly aware of our presence and had seen that we had just sat down. We then waited at least 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. The most baffling thing is that customers who arrived after us, seated at a table right next to ours, were served before us. The same waiter came to take their order just a few meters away, even though he had seen us arrive, responded when we greeted him, and had already walked past our table several times. Another waitress then went around to the tables and stopped at the same neighboring table to ask if someone had taken care of them. Again, even though we were right next to them and still waiting, no one spoke to us. It was this feeling of being completely ignored that bothered us most. We can perfectly understand that there might be a crowd, a wait, or a staff shortage. A simple "I'll be with you in a few minutes" would have been more than enough, and we would have waited without any problem. We finally decided to leave, once again, without even having been able to order. We're not just tourists passing through; we live in the area, in the same town. We could very well have been regular customers. But after two similar experiences, it's hard to dismiss this as a simple oversight. In our opinion, when a customer sits down on the terrace, it's the staff's responsibility to come and take their order. The customer shouldn't have to go looking for a server to be served. So it wasn't the wait time that bothered us, but the feeling of simply not being treated as customers. Two attempts, two times we left without being served. It's a shame, but we won't be trying a third time.
