22/11/2025: Having recently arrived in Niort, this place was my first visit. A pleasant and unique spot with welcoming staff. The atmosphere wasn't electric, but my colleagues and I had a good time.
26/10/2025: Discriminatory place, no respect, they let the customer have their way. They refuse entry despite proper attire.
You should boycott this place to make them change their way of treating people.

They walk around with a nonchalant air, they're happy to be working, you can tell! Order placed for takeout. Back home, burgers made in a rush. Everything's falling apart…
On top of that, the prices are going up and the portions are getting smaller!

Sorry, but it doesn't look anything like the photo you showed. It's clear the cheese has been overcooked, or something like that, but it's unacceptable.
Please improve your dishes, otherwise you're really stingy.

22/02/2026: Passing through, we had a good meal for two in a large, cold dining room. The waiter was friendly, but his attire left much to be desired! The menu board was illegible and needed to be rewritten.
15/02/2026: The food was very good. But it's a shame it was so cold in the dining room. We had to finish our meal with our coats on.

09/01/2026: It's very good, except that a roof overhang or sunshade is needed above the order terminals. It takes a while to place an order there, and when it rains, it's very unpleasant to get wet, both inside and out. Thank you for your understanding and any solution you can offer.

07/12/2025: A 0/5 rating doesn't exist, and that's a real shame... We were refused service at the table 5 minutes before closing time and told to go to the drive-thru. The friendliness was ZERO.
We headed to the drive-thru, there were two cars ahead of us, and we waited 25 minutes...
Once again, the friendliness was NON-EXISTENT. No "Hello," no "please," no "thank you." I think basic courtesy doesn't exist at McDonald's...
And to top it all off, the fries I didn't eat because they looked like they'd been cooked hours ago, no sauce was offered, so none was served, and the drink was disgusting.
In short, horrible service, disgusting food, horrendous wait time. I'm lucky I didn't get sick; I wasted 30 minutes and almost €20. McDonald's is FINISHED for me.
One last piece of advice: get bought out by Burger King. At least the food is better there and their staff recruitment is more professional. It's a SHAME!
03/12/2025: It's been several years since I last went to McDonald's. Big surprise: the cheapest meal costs 15 euros, which is the price of a roadside diner. Seriously, wake up, it's not worth going there anymore. The service was incredibly slow, the table service was acceptable, but the fries were cold and the burger was mediocre. The staff were friendly, I admit, which is why I'm giving it two stars. But still, at that price, I'm disappointed...

15/09/2024: Voilà, Tout est dit dans la note qui est largement méritée. Tout d'abord, pour un samedi midi, vers 12h, il est surprenant de voir que c'est le désert total. Après cela, nous nous rendons compte qu'il est nécessaire d'avoir un bac scientifique pour comprendre la méthode des menus. Il y a des étoiles partout sur ces menus, mais pas dans les assiettes, c'est sûr. Les entrées sont encore filmées. Les desserts (industriels) sont étalés sur des assiettes en carton (pratique et pas cher car pas de vaisselle). Vous voulez du pain, vous attendrez que le cuisinier vous le donne, après avoir fait la queue une première fois (enfin vu le monde, la queue est rapide). Vous voulez votre plat chaud, deuxième queue (enfin...) et chaud, c'est le vocable utilisé pour dire tiède. Un steak saignant = bien cuit avec des frites insipides. Vous voulez du sel, faut montrer patte blanche auprès du cuisto. Vous voulez de la moutarde, par de dosette en libre service, il faut passer par le même péage. Vous souhaitez manger de la langue de bœuf. Normalement, elle est présentée en tranche. Eh bien là, non. Elle est présentée à la méthode cantine, en émincé, comme si on voulait cacher ce qu'il y a dedans. Les haricots sont insipides également, avec goût de flotte. Bref, quand on regarde le visage des rares personnes autour de nous, on comprends que cet établissement aurait besoin d'être revu complètement. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

- products never available
- place in disrepair (condition of premises and hygiene)
- repeated errors
A little message for people who respond to reviews: it would be good to act before one of the unfortunate customers ends up with too much food poisoning. The hygiene of the place is deplorable and it is inevitable in these conditions.
I have received a full refund for my order since I contacted you on the site (which was absolutely not requested) and I see this as an admission on the part of the manager of his inability to take care of himself as he owes it to this place. It would be a good idea, rather than working at a loss by reimbursing products for which customers do not request reimbursement, to hire staff and train them, in particular in basic hygiene rules.

Bravo, l’énoncé est respecté : de la salade mal triée et un peu d’une boîte de thon sans saveur.

C’est quand même pas compliqué de faire bon avec des produits simples que nous produisons en local!!! Allez faire un tour sur le marché chez Prunier. Ils vont donneront des idées.
