14/03/2026: Good evening, I received a phone call at 7:20 PM to place a small takeaway order of four small pizzas. The person on the phone was very firm: no, no, no, we're overwhelmed. They could have at least told us an hour instead of turning customers away like that! It's not very customer-friendly, not even a simple "excuse us, but we're too busy!" In short, the gentleman wasn't very pleasant. Aside from that, I've eaten at La Casa before and the pizzas are really good.

20/06/2025: My boyfriend and I had a salmon pizza. My boyfriend got food poisoning and had to go to the emergency room! This is very serious and I strongly advise against it!

15/12/2025: A very unpleasant experience at this bar/tobacconist today. I thought that a customer who makes the effort to come and buy something at this bar was entitled to at least a greeting in response to mine, but apparently that wasn't the case with the woman at the till who completely ignored me, acting as if I didn't exist. Appalling service, avoid at all costs

26/09/2025: Nice little bar/tobacco shop, reasonable prices, a great welcome, a well-located terrace... Snacks available...here's a poke bowl, filet mignon with vegetables, croque monsieur/goat cheese, chicken purée.... top-notch cuisine!

01/03/2026: Great menus. The sushi is generous with lots of fish and large pieces of avocado, and not too much rice, so it's perfect. Edit in 2026: We are still just as satisfied with Saveurs de Niort; we order regularly. It's always very good with a good amount of fish and raw vegetables. The value for money is truly excellent. I don't understand the rating, which doesn't reflect my experience. Ready Made and Toyo aren't any better and are much more expensive.

08/04/2026: Wow, I'll definitely be back!!!!! I had a kebab-flavored pizza with chocolate ice cream to finish on a light and sweet note, and well, it was really super good. You can feel the excellent value for money in all their products (My total: €17 (€12 + free drink with the pizza, student menu + €5), frankly, it's a really good deal), the products are fresh, high-quality, local, organic, and above all, grown with a love of flavor! Just so you know, if you're looking for work, this is the perfect place, as they're currently looking for a delivery driver to join their team 😉 PS: Join them at MFR Sèvreurope on Friday, May 29th, from 4:30 PM until midnight for the DAT'Race, a walk/run of about ten kilometers. There's a paid entry fee via Hello Asso, a group start at 7 PM, and prizes for the winners. Enjoy a musical atmosphere with a concert by the Nantes-based group "La Route Des Airs" from 8 PM to 10 PM, followed by an after-party with DJ Colass' from one of our students. 27/12/2025: The pizza dough wasn't fresh, and the atmosphere was seedy. The owner's image perfectly reflects Miss Pizza's. Hygiene was lacking. No wonder most of the staff don't last.

03/02/2026: As always, the welcome and the food are perfect. I have been coming here from time to time for almost 10 years, depending on my travels to Niort, and La Palanquin Doré is a mandatory stop.

26/08/2025: Cute little campsite. Easy access to the pool, very clean toilet and shower block. Peace and quiet guaranteed.

30/03/2026: Whoa! What a disaster! Nothing's changed, it's even worse than before! Where's the energy? It's so slow! But most importantly! They refuse to give me my already paid order if I don't show the receipt... Um... the ordering kiosk, for environmental reasons, offers the option to give or not give the receipt! So if I don't take a receipt, I don't get my order.

28/03/2026: Unfriendly staff... She answers at the kiosk... "What's this for..." Well, a McDonald's... Often long drive-thru lines... It's not very appealing.

04/04/2026: Excellent food, pleasant service, it was a very enjoyable experience, we appreciated the chef's visit.

16/03/2026: This is for the Lysius restaurant: (change of ownership from Cheval Blanc) After eating at this restaurant about three times, it has become one of our favorites in the area. The delicious food, the chef's talent, and the pleasant atmosphere all contribute greatly to this. Unlike all the other restaurants in the neighborhood that have reduced their portions and the quality of their dishes due to the current crisis, this one has maintained its standards. I highly recommend it.

10/12/2025: Lunch menu with main course and dessert: duck shepherd's pie in a very small portion, not even a salad... Dessert was basically baked eggs served in a ridiculously small portion with a slice of tasteless, dry chocolate cake. Very disappointed with the quantity for the price.

11/04/2026: Normal bakery, good products but high prices, attention paid to hygiene. A friend and I ate a burger and found a hair in it, just like in the muffin.

28/03/2026: This place leaves much to be desired when you eat in. Not because of the staff, who are very friendly, no complaints there, but because of the place itself, it's appalling... A wall socket sticking out of the wall, held on by tape that's no longer sticking, the socket literally falling off the wall (see photo), cobwebs everywhere, dust on the chandeliers where you can even see fingerprints, uncleaned tables, and food splattered all over the floor. Three or four people were there and no one cleaned up... even though there wasn't a single customer. The toilet door won't close because the lock has been completely smashed, so you could find yourself face to face with another customer at any moment, watching you do your introspection. And apparently, this isn't a recent problem, judging by other reviews. The light keeps switching on and off... This establishment is sorely lacking in maintenance, and as for the exposed electrical outlet on the wall, I'm going to report it. This is far too serious because if a child were to put their fingers in it, it would unfortunately be an instant electrocution. The food is good, not exceptional, but decent enough. The only positive point is the friendliness of the staff.

06/07/2025: A small meal with friends before heading to the movies: it was very enjoyable! Despite the unpredictable weather, two musicians performed covers of favorite songs. The hearty dishes arrived quickly and with a smile. We even had time for dessert! We will gladly return.
