13/09/2026: During a weekend in Besançon, we discovered this bistronomic restaurant serving dishes with truly original flavors and expertly prepared. So much so that, despite not being particularly fond of sweets, we couldn't resist trying the desserts, which were also quite surprising. The service is attentive, and the setting is chic and refined. A great find in the heart of Besançon.

07/09/2026: An exceptional place that's truly worth the detour! What a wonderful discovery in this tiny village! This inn is a real gem, where everything comes together for a marvelous experience. From the aperitif, with its delicious little madeleines, to the absolutely exceptional dessert, everything was excellent. The cuisine was generous, refined, and authentic, using quality ingredients and, above all, everything homemade. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail, and especially a genuine passion for their craft. The welcome is just like the food: warm, friendly, and sincere. You simply feel at ease and enjoy chatting with people who clearly love what they do. And as if this delicious meal weren't enough, we were treated to a guided tour of the village's magnificent church to finish. A very thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable. An address you'd like to keep secret... but one that so deserves to be known! A huge thank you and congratulations for this wonderful experience. We'll be back with great pleasure! ❤️

06/09/2026: Passing through Pontarlier, we had dinner there. The waitress was pleasant, and the sushi was very good. The chicken Pad Thai was delicious, one of the best I've ever had. The only downside was that we had to eat outside; dogs aren't allowed inside 😥 A bit discriminatory!

13/09/2026: Unexpectedly found a perfect Japanese restaurant opposite the station. Very extensive sushi menu, noodles, and particularly delicious tartar. Well-balanced and tasty. The ambiance could be better, but it doesn't detract from the taste experience. Highly recommended.

11/09/2026: I found this place very charming and chic, and very convenient when you get off the train. You just have to cross the street and you're there. The food is perfect; the sushi and maki platters were excellent, everything was delicious. The service was also perfect. The waitress who was there that evening, September 11, 2026, was smiling, pleasant, and she was very helpful in informing us and offering her advice and suggestions for our dinner choices. The prices are reasonable, and the dining room is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. I discovered an excellent green tea, sencha, which was just as good as the meal. I could come back just for that tea. Thank you to the team for the warm welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant.

24/08/2026: I absolutely love this place! Everything I've tried so far has been delicious: the orange blossom bissap, the dishes, the cakes, the ice cream, the drinks, the teas… everything! I love going there to read or relax with my partner. It's always a lovely experience. The staff is wonderful, always so kind and polite. The place is clean, and there's a wide variety of options, whether you're looking for lunch, an afternoon snack, or just a drink. I really have nothing to complain about; I love going there!

07/09/2026: A wonderful time at Jadis for our wedding. The restaurant/terrace was privately booked for 34 guests plus a DJ. The team at Jadis was fantastic, with Sandra and Thomas at the helm. Thomas in the kitchen – everything was delicious – Sandra was attentive to every detail (decor, food, logistics...) and Julien in the dining room was responsive and attentive. Efficient and friendly. We recommend it 100%!
