19/07/2026: I went through the drive-thru and ordered Filet-O-Fish. My drink was already warm, without even an ice cube, so it was impossible to drink it straight away. When I got home, I discovered my Filet-O-Fish: it had been a while since I'd been there, but I was really disappointed. The fish was tiny and very thin. It looked like a fillet meant for a children's meal. Considering the price, that's really unacceptable. I was very disappointed with this experience.

15/06/2026: I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The young staff, Justine and Florian, as well as Ramage, the hotel's intern, were very welcoming to me every evening. 20/06/2026: My friend and I ordered two smoothies and were overcharged by the server. When I pointed it out, the price was corrected, but I also noticed him doing the same thing to other customers before and after us, which suggests a pattern rather than a mistake. The service felt dishonest and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend checking your bill carefully if you go there, and don't hesitate to call it out if something doesn't add up.

18/02/2026: The rooms are clean. A bit dodgy, but clean. Julien gave us a very warm welcome. He's bilingual, but I don't care since I don't speak English.

09/02/2026: A quick one-night stay; everything was impeccably clean. Comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a bit dated and not very accessible for older people. Perfect location near an A36 motorway exit. Welcoming staff. Easy parking.

04/05/2026: The staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient, close to the highway and next to a shopping area with restaurants. The only downside was that there were ashtrays fixed to the exterior wall and the room, and people smoked nearby, so the smells drifted into the room, and people talking loudly in front of them, which wasn't very pleasant, especially late at night.

23/02/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. The food and dishes are fresh and delicious. While there's less choice than at other Chinese buffets, there's consequently less waste, and the food is almost exclusively Asian. There's enough variety to satisfy everyone and leave feeling full. The service is also very pleasant.

06/07/2026: I ordered spring rolls and the meat was spoiled. And the prosciutto on the pizza was also very questionable, very disappointed… I don't recommend it. The freshness of the products is not there…

19/06/2026: I booked a room at this establishment in April, and it was confirmed the day before my arrival! When I arrived today around 5 pm, they told me there was a problem with the room (I had just completed a long motorcycle trip and unloaded all my gear...). The problem is that they don't have a room with a shower? Only available the following day!? At no point did they think it necessary to inform me during the day so I could have made alternative arrangements? In short, a complete lack of professionalism! So yes, a very bad rating...

24/04/2026: We only tried the restaurant. The service was perfect: friendly and attentive to the menu! We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious, high-quality regional menu.

29/05/2026: First time at this restaurant! There were 20 of us, and the welcome was normal! We had drinks on the terrace, then dinner inside! 35 euros (drinks, white, red, and rosé wines, still and sparkling water)! The meal was good, the apple tart dessert was very good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, and to finish, coffee! The service was very good! The only thing that could be considered negative (but nothing serious) is that today it's over 30 degrees Celsius outside, and there's no air conditioning in the restaurant, only the doors open, and I was very hot! But I'll be back!!!

20/05/2026: During an evening in Besançon, I particularly enjoyed this restaurant for its warm atmosphere and decor, impeccable and courteous service, and excellent cuisine. It was busy, but the noise level was perfectly acceptable. The service was excellent, neither too fast nor too slow—just the right amount of time to fully appreciate the food. I will definitely return on my next visit. The menu is varied and apparently updated quite frequently. The value for money is very good. In short, I highly recommend it!

21/06/2026: Very disappointed with the service. In the sweltering heat, we were directed straight to the terrace, but we refused. Then they seated us right in front of the bar, even though there were tables for two in better locations. This meant the waitresses had to walk right past us, and the restrooms were right in front of us. Really disappointed. It's a shame because we ate very well. I think when there's no more availability, you refuse the reservation and don't just seat people anywhere. A word of advice: review this with your waitresses.

02/07/2026: Lovely terrace in the city center with a nice menu. It's a shame the service is a bit rushed and not very customer-oriented... They charge you immediately for every coffee, and of course, the terrace surcharge is multiplied by the number of payments... In the end, for 2 coffees + 1 omelet, I paid the surcharge 3 times, and when I pointed it out, they told me it was normal 🤷🏻

29/06/2026: I was disappointed by the €18 Italian salad. The menu advertised a carpaccio of multicolored heirloom tomatoes, but I received simple slices of regular red tomatoes, without any heirloom or multicolored ones. It's a shame, as tomatoes are the main ingredient. Furthermore, they were bland, even though they're in season. The burrata and ham were decent, but the dish didn't live up to the menu description. At this price, I expected better quality ingredients, and above all, something that matched the description.
