They don't offer an aperitif, they don't take your order, and you have to ask for your carafe of water and your bread basket, which you have to dig out of the baskets from the previous tables!!! Awful, and we just wanted a decent worker's meal!! Once is enough!!! Dude, shut down your restaurant or I'll send Philippe Hetchebest after you, seriously

02/09/2026: There was a terrace outside on the street... unfortunately very windy and no room inside. It was the only one open in the village, hence the crowds. It took a while for everything to be on the table. The staff were friendly and tried their best but didn't speak a word of English. We ate a hamburger, fries, and salad. It cooled down quickly due to the wind and the hamburger was too raw on the inside.

08/08/2026: My wife, our two daughters, and I went to dinner on a Friday evening in August at the recommendation of the very kind staff at the nearby hotel. As soon as we arrived, they sat us at a table and left us there for 20 minutes without paying any attention to us. Meanwhile, other customers arrived, sat down, ordered, and were served. When we tried to ask twice, the waitress turned away without even answering. After 20 minutes, when yet another group that had arrived after us was served, we got up to leave. We tried to ask for an explanation, but the lady at the cash register yelled at us to leave, saying she didn't care about us. I've never experienced such rude treatment.

21/07/2026: I've been to this establishment several times. I've always had a good meal there. Today, July 21, 2026, I was very disappointed. The bread was very, too, dry. I had a hamburger with a tiny side salad. The hamburger bun wasn't great. The sauce was rather bland and lacked any real flavor. Finally, the fries were dry and sometimes burnt. I didn't dare order dessert for fear of being disappointed, even though they used to be so good (for example, in the fall of 2024, a delicious chestnut cream dessert). What's going on now? I don't know. I hope and wish that the food at this establishment will regain its former glory. It's up to them to rise to the challenge.

10/07/2026: July 10, 10:49 AM. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I just wanted to ask the waitress if ice cream was available. I didn't even get a chance to say anything before she brushed me off like a dog. "We're not open yet, madam," she said in a very unpleasant manner. I regret not putting her in her place. First and last time I'll ever set foot in that place.

22/06/2026: I've stayed in many hotels and Campanile resorts for work, but this one is simply catastrophic. The service is appalling. The hotel is supposedly undergoing renovations, and we were given renovated rooms, but upon arrival, there was a power outage. I discovered the air conditioning was broken (during a heatwave!). I asked to change rooms, but none were available. The customer service was completely indifferent. A very bad experience; I absolutely do not recommend it.

17/05/2026: The hotel is really nice, the staff are all very pleasant, and they accept dogs both in the rooms and at breakfast.
