Nous avons très bien mangé, l'accueil était super, le service très bien.Le personnel est très à l'écoute, souriant, sympathique.En bref, nous avons passé un très très bon moment. 16/06/2025: We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. We were able to park our mountain bikes in a secure garage. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. A great place to stay.

10/01/2025: I agree with the previous negative comments, one of the managers is hateful. Already the response to my hello was forced and judging by the face that Monsieur made he already seemed at the end of his rope at 10 a.m. I politely ask if I can move a chair to a table that was empty, and then, unfortunately, I am rebuffed in a haughty and condescending manner. A simple no would have been enough, no need to use an inappropriate tone. I had already noticed this lack of professionalism during my previous visits but it was some time ago, so I wanted to try the experience again and well it was the last and at the right time. When you don't like people you don't open a business, some people don't deserve to stay open sincerely.

02/01/2025: The setting is very pretty, the food tasty and the staff very attentive and friendly. On the other hand, the owner seems less inclined to respond to the wishes of customers...

12/10/2025: Today, after 15 years, I returned to this restaurant where I had eaten excellent, high-quality French cuisine, in the sense of so-called "traditional" French gastronomy. How disillusioned I was! During the second course, I narrowly avoided breaking a tooth due to a kitchen blunder: a rigid piece of the animal's bone had not been properly cleaned. The owner, who was working the waitress, to whom I pointed out the situation, showed no reaction or gesture towards us. We ordered the €125 menu, which was a series of rather ordinary and bland dishes; I must say, they were not worth the price or the trip. Well, how sad to return to this place, which was once run by a family who brought a different spirit to the Taillard. This has probably been the case for a long time here or elsewhere, where a brand, a name, a trademark is sold, and the rest is no longer important? A word to the wise!

29/09/2025: We spent a weekend and what can I say... incredible! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Warm welcome. A hearty and friendly meal, I appreciate that the owners sit down at the table with us, that there is an exchange. Everything is homemade, local products, even better... from the garden! The next day we visited the leather goods shop, a passion that the gentleman shared with us with great pleasure. I could listen to him explain the manufacturing process for hours. I highly recommend it. I hope to come back one day. Thank you for everything 🙏
