29/08/2026: This small cafe had the best selection of grab and go meals and snacks out of any place I have seen in Paris. Often cafes only have croissants and some desserts or just some basic sandwiches. This place had so much selection it was hard to choose! It is across the street from Sainte Chapelle, so it was busy. The workers are efficient and kept the line moving. I wish I had a chance to come back to try more things! My kids loved the ice cream cups!

21/08/2026: On August 21, 2026, around 3 PM, I wanted to stop by for a drink. To my astonishment, the owner was kicking someone who was sitting right next to the patio! He also threw a wooden stool at their face, all while his employees watched... What a fine image for the city and this bar. I will never set foot in this place again, and I intend to spread the word to everyone I know. Shame on you, gentlemen. Civilized people don't take the law into their own hands.

25/06/2026: The service was excellent, the young waiter superb, the drink quality was terrible. They'd be better off investing in good beer than this swill, and the wrap was hairless—I've never seen anything like it. Honestly, you can taste the Boursin cheese more than the chicken, and a quarter of a lettuce leaf leaves you starving. I don't recommend it.
08/04/2026: I just had a Serrano ham, goat cheese, pesto, and sundried tomato sandwich. Excellent!
It's €5.90, but the bread is fresh and delicious, and the filling is too, so I prefer to pay a little more than at a bakery where the sandwiches are practically empty, just bread. I recommend this place if you want quality food quickly and to feel satisfied.

The pizzas are good, but expensive for what they are.
The pasta is egg-free, which I find unacceptable, not only considering the price but also because it wasn't mentioned on the menu. And it was undercooked.
We were served a "gourmet coffee," but without coffee, and with chipped dishes.

13/09/2026: We were a group of 7 from Strasbourg, the welcome and atmosphere were perfect, we had a great time celebrating Jean Jean's 40th birthday 🥳

However, the service was appalling. The manager was neither pleasant nor friendly. The waiter did his best, but it was a long wait; 40 minutes for the appetizers even though there was no one else there. And to top it all off, the price of the wine listed on the menus and the board was not the same as the price we were told and asked to pay.
I absolutely do not recommend this place.

28/08/2026: Go and try some delicious cakes at BAUD! That's what a friend told me when I asked her for a good place to find pastries in Besançon. She was absolutely right, and I'm very grateful for this excellent recommendation. You absolutely must try their "Castel" cake! That said, don't get me wrong: all their cakes looked very tempting.
11/08/2026: Excellent products and very welcoming staff. However, one woman in particular needs to retire, especially given how rude she is to her own employees… This approach needs to be reviewed immediately as it completely undermines the luxury and prestige of the establishment…

It's very generous and rich. The meat was good, but the side dishes were swimming in cream.
It might suit people who prioritize quantity.
The prices are also a bit high.

Previously, after 7 pm, pastries were half price, which prevented waste. Now they just throw them away!
Even employees can no longer benefit from this perk. This new strategy is deplorable when you consider that some people are going hungry!
They really need to improve things!

04/09/2026: A disaster! I arrived at lunchtime for a kebab from the previous day's rotisserie, which wasn't turning and wasn't heating up. The kebab was just reheated pieces on the griddle, and you pay 8 euros? It's a rip-off! Hygiene needs to be checked!!
20/08/2026: I went there by chance at 7 PM.
The order took far too long, there were only two of us, and the tacos had burnt bits in them—clearly not cleaned properly.
I ordered a kebab taco and a cordon bleu, and both were undercooked. The fries were old and soggy with a rancid oil taste.
I ate two croquettes in 10 minutes and felt sick. I don't recommend it; go across the street to the pizza place. Call it a kitchen nightmare.

18/02/2026: The rooms are clean. A bit dodgy, but clean. Julien gave us a very warm welcome. He's bilingual, but I don't care since I don't speak English.
09/02/2026: A quick one-night stay; everything was impeccably clean. Comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a bit dated and not very accessible for older people. Perfect location near an A36 motorway exit. Welcoming staff. Easy parking.
