Valérie is discreet in the kitchen while her daughter is serving. Everything is good and their smiles complement their expertise. Remember to book anyway! I'll come back for the frog legs!

19/10/2025: Short visit off-season. The environment is very pleasant and calm. The welcome and service are perfect and the icing on the cake: meals just the way I like them, tasty, hearty and with simple, local and seasonal products, perfectly prepared.

20/10/2025: After 1 year of abs(tin)ence, I went back to taste the Pizz'a Yan de la Bégude, and I have the impression that the level has increased. I was very pleasantly surprised. The generosity of the topping and ingredients (porcini mushrooms in particular), the quality of the dough, and the originality of the menu options (the pesto with lots of garlic is really good), is very pleasing. I think the new pizza maker is very talented (and friendly). The option to make 1 pizza made up of 2 half-and-half recipes is really cool too. I will come back to explore 👍🏽

19/03/2026: The terrace is very pleasant, and the location is simply magnificent. The service is excellent and very friendly, and the drinks are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.

18/02/2026: The waitress is an apprentice; she's doing her best but needs more guidance. I asked her what rosé wine they had for an aperitif, she went to check, and came back saying they only had the regular kind. I don't know it 🤣😂 so I didn't order the aperitif. She took our order but didn't offer us any drinks with the meal. However, the dishes were generous and very good. We had to wait for dessert, but it was very busy.

17/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic! We were in the area for a weekend (we're from Marseille). A superb setting, excellent cuisine, and above all, impeccable service, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant! A truly wonderful experience.

23/01/2026: I buy pastries and other treats there very often, and they're always so delicious, refined, and indulgent. I want to warmly thank Quentin for his welcome, his advice, his kindness, and his professionalism. He adds a real touch of class to this pastry/chocolate shop. I tasted their frangipane galette and their rosalpina galette, and wow, what a treat! I've eaten about ten of them this year in Valence and the surrounding area... In my opinion, they win first place for galettes this year! (And I'm not being paid to say that, lol 😂 it's sincere...). I'll be back again, and I highly recommend it.

25/02/2026: A stop on our way to our holiday destination and a very pleasant surprise: a very generous half-pizza and salad, followed by an equally delicious gourmet coffee for two. Everything is truly homemade, it's tasty, the service is friendly, the pace is quick, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. A place to remember!
