04/10/2026: We stumbled into this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised. First, we were greeted by two very friendly young people who also handled the service with great kindness. Then came the meal, where everything was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert, and very generous portions. Everything is homemade by the owner, if I'm not mistaken. So if you're ever in the area, don't hesitate; you won't regret it. Remember to book ahead! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

23/09/2026: I just left the restaurant. The food was excellent, the portions were just right—plenty of filling without being overwhelming. I had a great meal: a complete three-course meal with appetizers and desserts, everything you need for a satisfying meal. It's a welcome change from those chain Chinese restaurants; frankly, it's nothing like that. The service was also very friendly, and I really liked the decor and atmosphere. It wasn't extravagant, just what you'd expect from a restaurant. If you're looking for a nice, quiet place to eat, since the restaurant isn't huge and it wasn't overcrowded or noisy, I highly recommend it.

01/09/2026: A hushed atmosphere and intimate dining rooms. We had a wonderful time with friends. We really enjoyed the surprise menu concept. We chose the five-course menu, and it was a delightful discovery with each course. Everything was exquisite, with original flavors and beautiful presentation. A particular favorite was the Arctic char cooked at low temperature. The sequence of dishes was perfect, and the service was attentive. A very high rating for this Michelin-starred restaurant!

14/07/2026: They have a counter, takeaway pizza, and drinks too; everything is paid for by card and picked up in under 4 minutes. The pizza is excellent, and the drinks are cold. It's truly an oasis in the desert because before finding this place, nothing was open. Open 24/7! Highly, highly, highly recommended.

The food is absolutely delicious—homemade, and Nadège, the owner, has a wonderful smile and a great sense of humor, creating a pleasant atmosphere and ensuring you have a fantastic time. We were a group of friends, and we ordered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Go for it!

19/09/2026: I came using a gift certificate. I hesitated between this and Le Bac à Traille, which I think is more my style "on paper"... nevertheless, I don't regret this exquisite and meticulously prepared culinary experience at all. The dishes are delicious and refined. The servers are attentive and professional, just the right amount of professional and caring without being intrusive. Everyone, from the apprentice to the head chef, is dedicated, with no variation in quality. In my opinion, it's excellent value for money and atmosphere if you're looking for a Michelin-starred experience.

17/05/2026: Nice and very comfortable hotel. Excellent welcome. Pleasant setting, pool and spa. Hotel restaurant: I ate there once a few weeks ago. It was very good! One small drawback: no restaurants/bars nearby if you want to go out.

25/08/2026: The dishes are beautifully presented and the food is really good (prawn poke bowl 👍 and braised pork shoulder 👍). The staff is friendly and helpful. However, at this price point (€40), one would expect dishes to be served piping hot. The hake fillet arrived practically cold, which is disappointing. It didn't go back to the kitchen (I was too hungry 🤷). As for the "entertainment," it was completely dead. A shame. End of summer? So, we wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh air. No such luck… too many smokers. On a purely personal note, it would be really nice if the terraces on this square became "non-smoking." I know, it's not forbidden and it's still pretty much impossible, but still, having to endure cigarette smoke during a meal eventually becomes unpleasant, especially when we're being served delicious food and we want to fully appreciate all the flavors. Okay, I'll go eat some carbonnade on a terrace in Belgium next year, because I don't like eating inside in the summer 😄

09/09/2026: A delightful surprise in this historic setting of Suze Castle. The ambiance of the vaulted room, the warm welcome, a simple yet high-quality menu, service with excellent wine recommendations, and a reasonable price all contributed to a wonderful experience.

05/09/2026: We were very pleasantly surprised to see **Marine** again, whom we already knew from her time working at a pizzeria in **Baume-de-Transit**. She was highly regarded there for her kindness, dedication to customers, and professionalism. We found exactly the same qualities at **Le Brigand** restaurant. Marine is smiling, attentive, and very professional, and we are convinced she will give this establishment an excellent image. However, our opinion is much more reserved regarding the food. For a restaurant that aims to be reputable and semi-gastronomic, we were very disappointed to be served potatoes that seemed to have been reheated from the lunch service. In our opinion, this is really not up to the advertised standard or the prices charged. This is all the more regrettable because the quality of Marine's welcome and service deserves to be matched by cuisine of the same standard. **A big thank you to Marine for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. 16/08/2026: The Savoy terrine was decent as a starter, but the rest of the meal was disappointing: overcooked frozen vegetables with the chicken skewer, and the advertised "pavlova" wasn't one at all—just a strawberry-whipped cream-sorbet glass with meringue crumbs. On the covered terrace, the atmosphere was stifling and unpleasant for dinner: a cigarette was being smoked at the next table, and there was a strong smell of cannabis coming from the surrounding apartments. I mentioned it to the waitress, who offered no solution. Overall, an average experience, marked by a lack of freshness and a lack of responsiveness from the staff.

21/08/2026: Dinner before the concert at the Belfry, relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, friendly service. We will definitely be back.
