27/08/2024: My essential break during any visit to Dieulefit! Hot chocolate is simply delicious and systematically enhanced with some equally chocolatey surprises. In summer, I opt for homemade ice cream. The interior and exterior setting is very comfortable and rather exotic. Stopping here with a book is a guarantee of traveling without completely moving. Please note that you should not come in a hurry. It’s a place to take your time, savor, and chat with the very friendly and welcoming staff.

13/09/2024: Arriving by chance to take a break on the road, we were turned away from two restaurants, before being very warmly welcomed in this restaurant even though it was full. We had a great time and all the staff took great care of us. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope to be able to return soon!

05/09/2024: We celebrated our civil wedding as a family at Expression, and everything was perfect! The restaurant was privatized, we ate in the shade of the trees while it was really hot, and took advantage of the swimming pool, 27 adults and 10 children. The meal and aperitif were excellent, at a very reasonable price, it was a very beautiful day, we felt like we were at home and the adaptability of the owners was incredible. We thank you for this day and will come back with pleasure.

23/08/2024: At the bend of an alley, we made a wonderful discovery... We enjoyed the appetizer and dessert, we who are used to salting and peppering all our dishes, nothing there....everything was perfect! The dishes are beautiful and have lots of flavors, everything is fresh and homemade, really congratulations to the chef and his team. We will come back with pleasure! WELL DONE

25/08/2024: In the middle of August, after endless traffic jams on the A7, when we arrived in Bourg de Péage we wanted to eat a good pizza, but the problem with the traffic jams meant that we didn't really know what time we were going to arrive. After calling the Cota (full), the Cozy (last order at 8:30 p.m.). the 3rd restaurant that was kind enough to accept us even at 9:30 p.m. is Piazza! So you arrived at the restaurant at 9 p.m. The Pizzaiolo chef (68 years old but 🤫, he really doesn't make them!) and the waitress are very friendly! The pizzas are very good! The atmosphere is great. All with very good value for money! We had a good chat, the chef is very commercial, and likes contact with customers! 21/07/2024: Heartwarming welcome. The pizzas are well stocked and very good. The size is suitable. You can go there by car and on foot.

16/08/2024: Great restaurant. Remember to book in advance however, few tables, the team is very welcoming and warm. We ate very well.

10/08/2024: We were very well received at the inn, the waiter is very professional and very attentive! The meal was excellent from start to finish!

04/08/2024: We had something to eat when we booked an overnight stay nearby on our way to Spain. Just an average restaurant along a somewhat devoid of atmosphere. But the staff is very friendly and it was pleasantly busy. We ate on the terrace.

01/09/2024: Très bel établissement dans une belle demeure bourgeoise, décoration raffinée, accueil chaleureux par le « Maître des Lieux « Service impeccable Belle entrée «nid homard cabillaud « parfait Plats : filets de rougets (trop salé : dommage) accompagnement un peu léger mais très bon Desserts : parfait tout chocolat très savoureux Dessert à la pogne goût de la pogne moyen dommage pour Romans Globalement une belle soirée (un peu cher)

15/08/2024: Au milieu d’un long trajet sur l’autoroute nous consultons l’application Michelin qui donne le nom de ce restaurant. Nous sommes le 15 août ! À 11h30. Nous appelons et c’est le chef qui nous répond pour nous dire qu’il y a encore une table pour nous. Nous arrivons dans un endroit décalé : une ancienne maison de maître dans un quartier résidentiel dont le rez a été transformé en Restaurant. Le même chef nous accueille dans cet endroit à la décoration moderne mais douce. Et la suite nous transporte : un menu incroyable avec des saveurs authentiques et un art culinaire de haut niveau, servi dextrement par le Chef lui-même ! Il fait tout et très bien ! Nous avons juste passé un instant suspendu et magique. J’espère que nous pourrons y repasser un jour si le hasard nous y guide à nouveau. Bravo Monsieur Christoffel et bravo à votre équipe car même si nous n’avons vu que vous, autant d’excellence ne peut être le fait d’un seul homme 🤣
