Foie gras, scallops, venison cooked to perfection, gourmet coffee (truly gourmet), and excellent wine recommendations.
Special mention to Nathalie, the waitress, who was incredibly kind and helpful.
02/10/2025: I took my girlfriend there for her birthday, very warm welcome, we both ate very well! We will come back

02/10/2025: We ordered takeout and everything went very well. The welcome was friendly, the pizzas were good, and the prices were reasonable. I think it's worth it! I'm also including a photo of the menu, in case the website isn't working (as it was for us). It's always useful for passing customers like us.

A €37 set menu, varied and well worth the price.
Impeccable presentation with a friendly and welcoming waiter and chef. Expect to pay around €40 per person including drinks.
Come and discover a great restaurant in the heart of Montélimar, frequented by many celebrities. If I ever become famous, I'll be one of them too, haha.

02/12/2025: We stayed at Chateau de Fontager for 4 days. From start to finish we were greeted by friendly staff who were ready to help with everything. Nice rooms, clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast served in the most beautiful surroundings (the Bistro).
We ate at Chant de la Source (the hotel's gourmet restaurant) and WAUW! Absolutely fantastic experience. From the food to the service - thank you for the experience.
We will definitely be back!

The castle is magnificent, the room spacious and elegant, and every detail exudes charm and serenity. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, a true delight to start the day.
The staff were wonderful from beginning to end: attentive, smiling, and always responsive to our needs.
A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. We will definitely return!

The rooms are clean and quiet despite the proximity to the railway line.
Breakfast is of good quality, with a good variety and quantity, except for the scrambled eggs, which are really not good.
