28/02/2026: I rarely order because every time there's a mistake...it's 6pm, I'm alone, I ask the person the difference between Royal Bacon and Big Mac Bacon, because I specify that I want Bacon, I choose the Big Mac because I'm told there are 2 slices of Bacon...and I end up with a Big Mac without Bacon...great...pffff it's complicated.

15/03/2026: Last night, I dined at this gourmet restaurant with my father, and the experience was absolutely remarkable. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and atmosphere were exceptional. The staff was very attentive, professional, and warm, which immediately put us at ease. The decor was elegant, the table was set with great care, and the tableware was magnificent, making the experience visually stunning. We chose the tasting menu, which included amuse-bouches, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. Each dish was a true delight: a wealth of flavors, perfectly balanced combinations, and nothing was too heavy or excessive. Everything was perfectly balanced and truly excellent. Initially, we thought the portions might be a little small and that we would still be hungry at the end, but it was quite the opposite. The meal was very well thought out, and we left feeling completely satisfied. We arrived around 7:30 p.m. and left around 10:30 p.m., but the time flew by. The dishes arrived at a perfect pace, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment of the meal. I should also mention that it was my father's birthday, and I had mentioned it when making the reservation. The staff had a small token of appreciation for him, which touched us deeply and made the evening even more special. In short, a perfect experience from beginning to end. For me, it's a 10/10 and a place I recommend without hesitation.

07/03/2026: My first experience at this restaurant was on Valentine's Day. The food was excellent and the dishes were beautifully presented, promising a wonderful evening. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near the quality of the food. As someone who has worked in the industry for many years, the discrepancy was striking and somewhat spoiled the experience. It's a real shame, because with better service, this establishment could be truly remarkable.

16/02/2026: A huge thank you to Maison Pascalis for the brunch they provided for our wedding. We had excellent communication with Allessia, who gave us wonderful advice and created a superb buffet. The 3 kg wedding brioche was a huge hit! The pastries were excellent, the Kouign-amann crown was as surprising as it was delicious, and the craqueline was also very popular. The ravioli gratins were excellent, as were the charcuterie platters 🤩 Everything was delicious, generous, and beautifully presented. We highly recommend them!

24/11/2025: A lovely place to discover, with a friendly young owner from Franche-Comté, quality cuisine, excellent wines, and delicious homemade cheeses and desserts. A beautiful terrace in the summer, in a small village with a priory and a charming, timeless garden that's definitely worth a visit.

23/11/2025: As a long-time customer of Père Chaussy, I have tried the Agapons several times. I am not criticizing the work, unfortunately this is the last time, it no longer meets my expectations.

14/02/2026: We loved it! The trout was simply exceptional – we've never eaten such good trout. A real treat from start to finish. In addition to the quality of the food, the welcome is warm: everyone is very kind and attentive. They happily accepted our dog, which was really appreciated. The staff is accommodating and the atmosphere is friendly. You can also just come for the bar area, enjoy the board games, and the great heating that makes the place very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

01/03/2026: The spa area is really lovely; we spent two hours there and left feeling completely relaxed! And the restaurant afterwards was a perfect way to end the morning. I highly recommend it.

The bistronomic cuisine, featuring local produce, was a pure delight, served by a young waiter who perfectly mastered his craft, offered excellent advice, and provided impeccable service. Bravo and thank you to the entire team at this magnificent establishment. We will return with great pleasure.
