When the owner responds to very negative reviews, this person should behave more politely and acknowledge their habit, which does not reflect the importance of hospitality and courtesy, the most fundamental principles in the restaurant industry.

09/08/2026: The crust is good and light, the ingredients are high quality, but the quantity is insufficient, especially the cheeses which only cover a small portion of the pizza. A real shame... Hopefully this will be addressed!

26/05/2026: I highly recommend this charming establishment. Every time we visit Nyons, we book the Hôtel Colombet for our stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with classic decor. The service is impeccable. We felt so at home! The staff is discreet and attentive. As for the restaurant, it's a wonderful place to discover. The dishes are delicious and generous. The service is perfect. We will definitely return on our next trip to Nyons. A nice bonus is the shaded parking lot opposite the hotel, perfect for motorcycles.

13/07/2026: This café offers a craft organic beer for €4.50 for 25cl. Expect to pay 12.5cl for a flat, uninteresting beer. A waste of money on a small, inviting terrace.

29/07/2026: I stumbled upon it quite by chance. The parasols didn't appeal to me much (they created a sauna effect in the heat, like that day). But the surrounding trees provided good, cool ventilation. A good meal, served generously, quickly, and with a friendly attitude. At 10:50 pm, what more could you ask for? Nothing.

10/06/2026: A lovely chocolate shop with a wide selection of tasty chocolate. We bought some treats here for ourselves and for those back home. The quality of the chocolate is very good and there are plenty of different flavors to choose from. Additionally, we were assisted in a friendly manner by the staff. Definitely recommended for chocolate lovers! 🍫

19/05/2026: I discovered this restaurant this weekend, and I'm very happy with it. A truly wonderful experience. We had a fantastic time at this restaurant. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and a huge thank you to our waitress, Leslie, who took such good care of us: smiling, attentive, and very professional from beginning to end. It's such a pleasure to encounter someone so dedicated and genuine. You can tell she loves her job, and that makes all the difference. This restaurant is a real gem. A special mention for their homemade desserts, which are absolutely divine. A big congratulations to this restaurant and thank you to the whole team.

17/05/2026: We waited at least 20 minutes to place our order and then another 40 minutes for our food. All that for food that was truly awful, and considering the price, it's completely unacceptable. The sauce was far too spicy, even for adults, the hamburger was dry, and the burger bun was impossible to cut. There was no cheddar cheese, not even dressing for the salad, and the chicken breading wasn't crispy. The service was cold, and the waitresses chatted for ages while we waited to order. We used to go there often, and it was very good, but now it's really bad. We'll never go back.
