31/12/2025: A very friendly welcome and a family-run Senegalese restaurant. Delicious food from the Antilles and Provençal dishes. We were there with children and they catered to our vegetarian needs. We would gladly return. Good value for money.

11/10/2025: Sometimes the simplest pleasures are the best! Everything is simple in this restaurant: the welcome from the owner, the smile from the owner, the deliciously prepared dishes, the rustic and warm setting. A place you'd want to keep to yourself.

31/07/2026: Residents of Saint-Paul, we regularly eat at the restaurants on the market square, among others. This was our second experience at Peppino's, and our second disappointment. Once we ordered, there was an interminable wait between our aperitif and our main course (45 minutes). The carafe of water arrived after a 20-minute wait and only upon request. Then, no dessert; we were simply forgotten in our corner. Beyond the waitress's lack of professionalism, she was unfriendly except when we took payment. Taking customer orders is basic common sense in the restaurant business, as is being approachable and showing a minimum of effort. To that overweight waitress: if you don't enjoy this profession, you should find another career. We will not be returning and will not be recommending this place. The owners and servers of the other restaurants on the square make all the difference compared to your service. Best of luck.

14/06/2026: The room was very nice. Very clean and quiet. The setting is lovely, very well decorated with all sorts of plants... as for the restaurant, it was good. The staff is very friendly. Very good.

06/08/2026: Appalling service. We arrived with a sleeping two-month-old baby and a very quiet four-year-old. The waitress initially told us there was space inside. She then consulted her boss, and as if by magic, there was suddenly no space. Then, a few seconds later, there was finally some available… but with a “long wait.” The explanations kept changing and didn't exactly inspire confidence. We clearly felt that the problem wasn't the lack of space, but the fact that we were with children. As we were leaving, I simply said, “You're really not kid-friendly.” The only response was an awkward, pinched smile, without a word to contradict me. Enough said.

30/07/2026: Excellent place. Friendly staff. The daily special (13€) was superb, the crayfish ravioli was fantastic. No complaints whatsoever.

18/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant, and we've been going there for several years now when visiting our home in Lurs, Haute Provence. The chef always delights us with his excellent slow-cooked dishes and fresh ingredients; whether it's the main courses or desserts, it's a real treat! Come and discover this Mediterranean cuisine, and much more... We highly recommend this establishment!

19/07/2026: A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent evening meals and breakfasts. An idyllic garden with a well-maintained swimming pool nestled among olive trees, just 5 meters from the hotel, serenaded by cicadas. Ample parking.

05/07/2026: Delicious pizza! I don't understand how anyone could criticize the quality. Yes, the crust is very thin, but that makes it easier to digest—a lighter pizza! And the toppings are generous. The service is friendly, and the ice cream is very good for a very reasonable price. You should go and enjoy this little village bar/restaurant.

18/05/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. We were a group of four girls and we received a very warm welcome and had a wonderful meal. The prices were very reasonable, and the food was delicious and plentiful.

04/05/2026: A very warm welcome; this is our second stay. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom clean and functional. We stayed overnight on a half-board basis; dinner and breakfast were both very good. It's well located in the heart of the village with shops nearby.

30/07/2026: Having gotten used to all-you-can-eat restaurants or large buffet chains offering a wide variety of options that mainly satisfy cravings for fried food, I must admit that this one raises the bar considerably, completely breaking with negative stereotypes. Most of the dishes, and especially the wok, are really good! And a big thank you for the warm welcome!

13/06/2026: Passing through today, everything was top-notch: the food, the service, and the welcome.

02/05/2026: We had reserved a table for 20 people, but upon arrival, we had to move the tables ourselves so we could all sit together, which is very unprofessional for a reservation of this size. Furthermore, part of the group was seated in the sun, and no solution was offered to avoid us being in direct sunlight, which made the experience uncomfortable. The service, for its part, left much to be desired, with one waiter being rather too familiar. For example, when we asked for water, the waiter was far too familiar and made an inappropriate remark: "You're starting to get on my nerves." He displayed the same attitude when we tried to move to the shade, with a "You're not being a pain, are you?" It's a shame, because the initial contact before the event was good, and the quality of the meal was excellent in a lovely setting where the welcome is usually pleasant. However, the overall experience was largely spoiled by the lack of organization, professionalism, and the staff's behavior. I do not recommend this place if you are looking to book large groups.
