Very good local products, vegetables (REYNARD organic farm in Mollans sur Ouvèze and Sublon farm in Malaucène), meats, fruits, wines (domaine du moulin in Vinsobre, Tyrand vineyard in Mollans sur Ouvèze) Homemade with careful presentation and quantity sufficient for a reasonable cost. The best restaurant in Buis-les-Baronnies. Open digestive tract. Everything was there for a good evening
28/08/2024: Beautiful site near Rocher St Julien, the cuisine is sought after, it's good. For my part I had lamb, cooked correctly but a little fat, so average, I would have preferred a better piece.
But now, the waiter's welcome is barely satisfactory, no smile, table in full sun, he had to ask for a parasol, which he was unable to put. It's a shame.
Prices are expensive compared to the whole

21/08/2024: Very beautiful site, well maintained with a friendly welcome. 2 euros to fish and then you pay for the fish by weight a little over 14 euros/kg. You can also have lunch or have an ice cream. The only fault is that they don't take the credit card.

Hier wird man fündig: der vegetarische Teller, gestern Herbstteller, hatte Vielfalt, Qualität und viele geschmackliche Nuancen zu bieten. Super, gibt es in deutschen Städten weder besser noch günstiger (16,—). Rotkohl- Walnuss- Salat, Curry-Kichererbsen, …
Der Fischteller ist auch zu empfehlen; der frische Fisch war frisch zubereitet. Im etwas düsteren und nicht überall freundlichen Saillans hatten wir das nicht erwartet!

Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car le chef détonne un peu, il n'est pas à la hauteur de ce bel établissement (expression, tenue, prestance ...).

14/08/2024: A superb discovery that this little restaurant where everything is "homemade". The menu is short, a sign of the miason fact, but everything is delicious and elaborate.
There is a choice of interior with air conditioning, very popular in these hot weather, as well as a terrace for those who prefer...
The couple, who recently took over the place, are both passionate and very helpful and attentive to their customers. The plates are delicious and generous. You will feel like at home, or better, like staying with friends...!
If you pass through Montélimar, don't miss the Aubergine! You will have a deliciously delicious time there!

23/09/2024: 2' visit in 2 months and unfortunately the same observation: the service is endless to eat a dish of the day (1 hour flat). The quality is correct but the quantity remains very limited. The à la carte prices are very high for this category of establishment.
