21/08/2024: Endroit chaleureux, paisible et joli cadre. Une très grande terrasse et un dîner au bord de la piscine. Un vrai moment de plaisir 🌼 Que demander de plus ? Un très bon repas, un personnel serviable, efficace, souriant et au petit soin pour notre chien Thimba. Cuisine de qualité. Aliments frais et jolie présentation des assiettes. On peut supposer que le chef et son équipe aiment leur travail. Bravo ! 😁 Tout ceci mérite les 4⭐️

05/08/2024: Repas sans intérêt pas bon plus rien a voir avec l ancien propriétaire les employés restent néanmoins très agréables je venez depuis 30 ans et v était pour moi la dernière fois...

25/08/2024: Nice setting, nice staff too but the food is especially bad... Bad industrial products, poorly cooked and not cheap.... Have a drink there but don't eat there.

04/08/2024: The terrace is really very pleasant. This is the very positive aspect of the restaurant. The map is unfortunately very, too simple. No fish. For dessert, few choices. And we really feel like we’re bothering the waitress! We almost felt sorry to have to make her work. We will not come back.

11/08/2024: We discovered this superb restaurant nestled in the heart of the Vercors region through word of mouth. We received a wonderful welcome from Sandrine. The terrace offers a magnificent 180° view of the entire Vercors region. After the welcome and the selection of dishes, it's time to taste. Forget your preconceptions about vegetarian cuisine and prepare to be dazzled. The chef has created his own plant-based proteins that are comparable in every way to meat. It's simply stunning. The plate is colorful, the vegetables are varied and flavorful, and the sauces, homemade of course, perfectly complement the dish. All the products are local, sourced, and organic. The kitchen's products are sold in various shops in the region. We had a long chat with Sandrine and her husband (the chef) after the meal. It was a fascinating experience that allowed us to better understand the challenges, vision, and values ​​of this kitchen run by a dedicated couple. 01/09/2024: A beautiful residence, this castle has been soberly restored and everything is in unison, The welcome and attention from Siam to make our stay pleasant, Bruno's cooking: tomato tartare, eggplant and tuna lasagna, lemon verrine, soft chocolate etc. Everything is perfect at reasonable prices. Well done. The view of the three beaks to visualize the next day's hike is great.

14/12/2024: Repas d'anniversaire. rapport qualité prix moyen. Rien de transcendant.Nous étions installés dans la petite salle pret de la porte qu'il fallait fermer apres chaque passage des serveurs pour ne pas avoir froid. Pour l' apéritif bière servie dans un verre à eau. 2 verres de vins devaient être proposés dans la formule (1 pour l'entrée, 1 pour le plat). Seul un nous a été servi pour l'entrée. Décus.

08/12/2024: Le repas était délicieux, avec des alliances subtiles de la cuisine française avec quelques inspirations asiatiques. Une attention très agréable pour préparer le repas d'anniversaire de mes parents et un accueil et une très belle attention chaleureuse du chef Masashi Ijichi. Félicitations, nous reviendrons, c'était très bon ! NB : points de vigilance à améliorer me semble t'il, de certains personnels de service sur le service des plats, le non remplacement des couverts et la qualité du vin, même dans un restaurant bistronomique....
